The hotel is in the heart of the historical center of the city. Caution, it is a pedestrian street only : if you come by car you may leave it on a parallel street ( near the train station).

Staff were wonderful, room was very large exactly in photo. Spotless with small balcony on a pedestrian street. At night double doors kept it very quiet

The hotel is in a great location and the staff were exceptionally helpful. We needed to find an English speaking dentist and the lady on the front desk was only too happy to help us out. The room was speacious and clean.

The room is big, clean and comfortable, it is very nice. The location is pretty good, near the main train station, only 5 min walk. There are a lot of restaurants nearby, only less than 10 min walk to the beach, it is convenient to reach everything like restaurants, supermarket, train station, beach, shopping streets, etc. Though our room was just upon a restaurant and quite some bars and restaurants next to it, the room has double windows, which work very well to isolate the noise, so when the double windows are closed and the curtain is closed, we cannot hear any noise outside. We are very satisfied with this hotel.

Perfect location, friendly staff, large and clean rooms. Good price – quality. At walking distance to la Croisette, 5 min walk to railway station and in the middle of pedestrian area with small pubs and restaurants.

Excellent location in a quiet street just 200 meters from the beach and very close to most important attractions, shopping and restaurants in Cannes. Though the room was facing the street, but at night it was perfectly calm and quiet, excellent for those who need a good night rest.

Super comfy room with a big balcony. Smiley and polite staff. Got a free upgrade. Location is just perfect, a lot of shops, restaurants and cafes nearby. Very good value for money.

Really comfy bed & as it was our anniversary they went that extra mile

The rooms are nice and comfy, big beds good bed linen, lovely terrace bar, friendly staff and a fabulous beach club on the front, with sun beds, umbrella’s towels, restaurant and bar. all less than 300 yards from the hotel.. and yes you pay 27 euros for the day at the beach, but its perfect if you actually want a day on the beach and not to be bothered to have to take towels. The hotel has underground parking near by but will valet park for you, and to be able to walk out and do shopping, eat dinner have a coffee, walk along the front or just relax. it is the perfect location.

They upgraded us and they put us in a room at the 7th floor facing the garden. It was very quiet and comfortable. There is a big parking below the hotel that was very convinient. We booked the parking separately.

This is the sister hotel to the majestic, however it really pulls the budget strings in. For a whole week, I was given one tiny shampoo for myself. The children did receive a toiletries set each but I’d be careful about getting it in the eyes as we had tears. You are able to use the restaurants and bars in the other hotel, however the Albion doesn’t travel a pool and you are not allowed to use the majestic pool, despite it never being too busy. I loved that the breakfast room was bright, well laid out and lots of help on hand.

Was spacious, cutlery etc provided, fully-fitted kitchen.

Modern, clean, large apartment. Excellent location centrally in town, close to train/bus station and the Croisette and the Palais des Festivals.

Very well situated on the rue d,Antibes the main shopping street in Cannes. Lots of restaurants near by, station just up the road, the shuttle bus just around the corner, the palais 10min walk and if you have time the beach is near bye as well. Is has good AC and Internet connection well sound proofed.

Perfect location! Lovely property! Could not have asked for more! Property right on the road with all the shops! 1 minuite to the beach! Will be staying here again!

Apartment location is great, just next to famous rue d’Antibes. The size of the apartment is quite good for 4 persons, 2 adults and 2 kids. The apartment was recently renovated, very clean, it has air conditioning and beds are comfortable. We were pleasant surprised to notice that cleaning services were provided almost every other day. Grocery supermarkets just in front of the apartment!

Central location. Lady managing the place was nice to deal with. Offered we keep luggage at her office before check-in time.

Roomy chalet style accommodation in almost a holiday camp like setting. Make use of the fine hotel restaurant and the all you can eat starter and pudding buffet.

Nice hotel located right down the street from the best part of the city. Clean facility, nice staff and fairly quiet.

Although 1.6 kms from the Palais, the walk was rather nice at night and early morning. The patisserie next door is really nice as well. There’s a Spar right next door, pharmacies and all relevant stores are a stone’s throw away. Free tea and coffee are always at the reception along with croissants!

Parking in front of hotel was free, this is std business hotel a far a way from city. Standard clean corporate hotel.

A peaceful, tidy and cozy hotel. All the rooms are with the view which was a big plus. Having a slow breakfast at the balcony of our room was a great way to start the day.

The pool area and the family rooms. Nice bar area and restaurant. Staff very helpful.

the sunbeds were very comfortable and had like an extra shed on the top of your head that you can adjust. Very useful during hit waves ! We liked the fitness room and Hamam and it was very clean.

The hotel is very clean, and the food good. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel is set in beautiful grounds. It has a great pool too.

Horor! The staff was very rude and impolit. I have a big car and they suggested to park it in the garage and i damaged the roof because it was to big for the garage and all they said was well what can you do! And charged me the garage! Everything is extremely dirty and it is disgusting to walk barefoot in the room.. and i could hear the traffic like i was sleaping outside…they ruined my holiday..

Excellent location – right by Manuel Montt metro. Supermarket and a bank on the corner, Starbucks over the road and Hertz car rental a few blocks away. Small kitchen area allows self catering – many restaurants to choose from also. Very clean bathroom. A/c worked all the time WiFi up 100% , no connection or bandwidth issues – connection radius is limited to the room however – something to be aware of. Rooftop pool – sun heated only > refreshing BBQ area (didn’t use BBQ) Sun loungers – some broken – need repair Overall value for money is outstanding.

A lift that works, on site parking although not ideal for large cars and payment required ( still good for Cannes)

Cheap and cheerful, for the price it was exactly what I expected. Everything was clean and at the end of the day it was a place to sleep at night while we were out doing stuff during the day! For anyone wanting to really immerse themselves in the French culture outside of the tourism in Cannes, with the ability to visit central Cannes easily, this place is perfect.

Perfect location, very close to the beach, good value to price, clean, comfortable, practical kitchen, everything what we needed was in the apartment. Grocery store next to the hotel, no problem with parking.

The bed was mega comfortable, the patio was amazing and the staff was very helpful and kind. I highly recommended this apartament amd will definitely come back.

If you are going to a sea, and don’t planning to rent a car, if you don’t like busy Cannes, LaBocca suit the best. So. location, location, location. Location of the hotel is very good. Supermarket in 5 minutes, sea in 7 minutes of walking distance. Staff is professional and they were tried to do all best they could. Yes, you have to clean a bit on check-out. But they just asked to clean dishes and throw away a bin.

The lovely Pierre and his family run hotel,this is my third year and excited to catch up with them every week. The security is great at the hotel, there is a supermarket and McDonald’s next door and the bus stop to the centre of cannes is close to the hotel.It’s my second home.😃😄😆

It is a short drive to Cannes city (15mins) We stayed one night and drove into Cannes the following morning. The beach is within walking distance (approx 1.4km) however it is quite a busy road that you walk along. Suitable short stay or for young people. Good value for money

good family hotel near the airport , the reception staff Audrie was fantastic , veru helpful and welcoming , breakfast was good and secure parking facility is a nice bonus

The staff was very helpful with all our questions. The "extra-mile" that I would like to point out was, making us breakfast at 4.00am on our departure morning, when we needed to leave for airport. And there was free shuttle to go to Cannes downtown. We were also a bit conserned about the noise from airport nearby, but there was no flights during the nights.

Free parking is good. The beach at this side of Cannes is not as crowded as in the direct center.

The staff were super friendly, my stay was perfect

Very friendly staff and they speak good english too. We came for the cannes film festival and the festival provided us free shuttle service. They had shuttle hours in morning and evening too it was very convinient. The beds were way too comfortable. The washroom was clean and tidy.

Staff were great, the breakfast was good by other european hotel standards. Pleasant new-ish hotel.

Personnel souriants très sympa et serviable, chambre propre et spacieuse, petit déjeuner varié , la nourriture au resto de l’hôtel très bonne et prix raisonnable, navette gratuite pendant le tax free ! J’avais un peu peur des commentaires et de la note sur booking avant la reservation mais le séjour c’est très bien passé et Je le conseille !

OMG! The staff were super friendly and co-operative when I arrived at 04.45!! The room was one of the nicest I have ever been into ( of that modern genre). The Health Spa was really beautifully appointed and run, sadly there was not enough time to try out all the good Restaurants. The pool was in shade a lot of the day, but when it is so HOT outside, one shouldn’t just sit in the sun for too long.. again, that suited me..
