Nice hotel just inside old town walls. Choice of restaurant for breakfast, either beachside, or on piazza by city walls.

located in the old town and its easy to find(near the gate of old town), very clean, staffs are very polite,.. I like the breakfast, totally good!

Rooms were kept really clean and were comfortable and well equipped. The choice for breakfast was excellent with great views looking out over the beach. The restaurant on the roof terrace was really special lovely surroundings with great food. Reception staff were always extremely pleasant and helpful.

Best accommodation during my stay in Montenegro! Easy to find also without a car.

The host Snezana was very polite and helpful, gave us gifts. Countryside location, close to Jaz Beach, Budva and Kotor.

Was not so hard to find, as stated in other reviews, just follow the directions near the road. Room was quite big, and had a balcony with great view. Basic kitchen. Host was really friendly and greeted us, despite we were after 22:00. Neighborhood was really quiet.

The host was very nice and welcoming. The flat itself was rather compact and not super high standard, but very clean. Great value for money.

I liked the fact that the balcony was huge and had an relaxing view. The hostess was so nice and welcomed us with open arms. It was exactly what we were looking for at the time. I wanted to live close to the locals and if you are interceded in that i truly recommend Nedovic-jaz. We also spontaneously planned to leave early in the morning and without any notice we walked out the door hoping för someone to be awake so we could return the keys and the hostess was as you say "at your service".

Very nice host. Everything new inside, very clean, towels were changed daily. Well equipped. Free parking right infront. Very strong wi-fi. 3 nice beaches at 10 minutes by car, Budva at 15 minutes and Sveti Stefan at 30 minutes. A waterpark and a famous nightclub right on the route to Budva.

It was a very quite place, nice environment with a lot of green. The owner very helpfull and happy. Very good value for money suggestion. Very close to Bubva

The Manager was polite and responsive! The place is in rural area and is quiet!

There was lots to eat but limited variety the beds were comfortable

Quite possibly the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Location perfect, staff fantastic, food and facilities were amazing.

Breakfast menu-A lot of choices but fresh fruit was just OK. Rooms were very large. We were on first floor and deck was also very large. Very nice spa and Liliana was a very good therapist

The most important fact for our rating is that we had a triple upgrade. Big THANKS to the Avala Team, you made our stay to something special!! The Luxus Suite was very spacious and the ocean view from the balcony was stunning. The bathroom was more then huge and the bed was one of the bests we ever had. The hotel is located next to the old city and the private beach is in front of the hotel. The pools are great and you have a stunning view too. The service was generally good and we think it is one of the bests hotels in Budva. But dont forget we had the upgrade!

Excellent location steps away from the old town. Beautiful pool and very accessible beach. We stayed in S10, and the room was gorgeous. Extremely spacious, very well sun-lit and good view, great bathroom and shower and very comfortable bed. The water was quite nice and the beach was not crowded in September and very easily accessible. The view from the pool is stunning. Honestly I can’t think of a better place if you want a beach holiday in Budva with an excellent location.

next door to Budva old city and one of the few beaches of Budva, big and modern hotel,own parking, very friendly staff, small indoor and outdoor pool with great views of Budva old town and Budva beach and bay. We got a very friendly welcome and a great room with terrasse. The included breakfast and supper is nothing special but to be expected for the price and the size of this hotel. We really enjoyed staying here. very good value for money

Value for money. Everything you expect to find and then some. Very clean and qualified helpfull staff. Although fully booked we never had the idea that it was crowded. You just need to take the lift and you’re on the beach or in the old city. Everything you need within walking distance. The staff was so kind to move my car to there parking and taking care of our lugage.

The view from my room was beautiful and i was lucky enough to have an angle room which was very big and enjoyed a lot of light. This hotel is located near the home of Carlos Gardel and has a clear tango atmosphere.

The location was excellent, easy walking distance to the old town and the beach. The staff were fantastic, extremely helpful and friendly. Our first night we were due to stay elsewhere and the man that owned the apartment cancelled as we arrived, we went to see if they had any rooms available the first night but we’re fully booked. Around an hour later we had a text from Ibro because a family had checked out early and he wanted to see if we still needed the room, it saved us a lot of hassle and stress. Nothing was too much trouble for them the whole time we were there. Great hotel!

The bed was comfortable. The room is spacious. The hydromassage showers do not work. They did not clean up in 8 days. I did clean up with the brow found on the corridor. The staff is very kind, helpful. The breakfast is rich and tasty.

I stayed at this hotel for the second time… I will come again, everybody should try.

The staff member that greeted us and attended to our every need was great. The rooms were good and very clean. The location of the property is exceptional. Access in & out is secure. Breakfast was good, a variety of things – enough but not huge.

Staff were very helpful and nice. They helped us with many questions. (pharmacy, planning boat tour, etc) The location was perfect. Five minutes from old town. We were on the top floor, and we had a nice view on the sea. Many people mentioned problems with cleanliness, but we did not have any problems with this.

Location was good, in between of old town and the beach. The bed was comfortable and the balcony was also very nice to sit on in the evening.

We loved the whole place. The hotel staff and particularly the manager were SO helpful. The breakfast was always hot and the restaurant excellent. A little difficult for wheelchair users but we managed easily thanks to their kindness. Would definitely visit again so close to beach, fantastic short breakmarina and old Budva town

We loved the location.(old town)..a bit hard to find in the beginning. Loved the apartment.it was comfortable and clean.

Amazing place to stay in the very center (old town), apartment is very nice, clean and perfectly equipped – you have everything you need for a comfortable stay from the fully equipped kitchen through the washing machine and AC in both rooms. A small balcony overlooking the old town was a cherry on top hosts are nice and available to help, and housekeeping comes every day to clean the place. Amenities like coffee, tea, sugar, detergents were provided as well as a complimentary bottle of local wine. Recommended to everyone who wants to enjoy the comfort in the best possible location for a fair price!

Location of the property was fantastic and host was easy to talk to.

Fantastic location right in the centre of the old town, lovely balcony with a view of the bell Tower. Apartment was nice and clean and all very modern. The host was very helpful and arranged parking for a great rate compared to street parking.

We were met at the bus stop so checkin was easy the apartment was spacious with a balcony, the washing machine was a bonus

Free drink on arrival, just what we needed! Staff and owner very helpful and attentive. Lots of choice for breakfast, caters for everyone. Eating mandarins fresh from the tree. Very nice secure place to stay.

The hotel is fine, too much furniture in the room. Looks a bit old but service is great, breakfast is complete and personnel friendly and always hoping to help

The friendliness of all of the staff including the owner. Lovely outside dining area set amongst olive and fruit trees. Half board option was a great choice as the food excellent! For anyone looking value for money without compromising on quality then you must stay here!

We enjoyed our stay very much in Hotel Oliva. The food was great, especially, the breakfast was perfect in terms of variety, quality and quantity. We chose the half board option, and the dinner was also good with 3 courses (soup, main course and dessert). The restaurant part of the hotel is a charming olive garden, we really liked to spend our meals there. The personnel was very kind and attentive.

Very friendly owner and staff. Close to bus station (15 min walk) and to beach (10 min walk). Breakfast is great and included in the prices. We had dinner there as well and it was delicious. Rooms are clean and nice with a balcony. There is a close supermarket and a plenty of good cafes/restaurants around. Definitely recommend everyone who is visiting Budva. Good value for money. Owner let us had a shower as we had a late flight and had to time to go to beach and swim after we checked out.

Breakfast is served in the beautiful courtyard surrounded by olive trees (hence the name I guess). The staff is also really nice.

The garden with several olive trees where, at our arrival, the staff served us a welcome drink. The staff is very kind and helpful. Private parking available when needed. Position is good, 20 min nice walking (along the promenade) from the old town.

Everything is just perfect. Very kind staff. The hotel has a very beautiful terrace with olive trees. Highly recommended.

The apartment has to be one of the easiest location to get to inside the Old Town, especially if you have large bags. The view from our window into the Stradun (the main promenade) was amazing. Windows were soundproof. Place was very clean. Wifi worked great. Communication with host Ana and her father Milo was smooth.

Great hotel: nice and clean room, perfect food, friendly staff, good location.

The hotel staff was so kind, helpful and friendly, but incredibly professional at the same time that I was truly impressed. Location is great, 5 min walk to the hotel beach (but keep in mind that beach is extra cost 12 eur for 2 sun beds and umbrella). Rooms are clean and spacious.

hotel is in a perfect location, on the mainroad to budva (you have the noise of the road though). cross the road and you are in 5 minutes at the beautiful beach (with extra cost, if you wanted a bed – i didn’t). you can walk to budva in the evening as well. hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. i have to announce the receptionist ana, she is the best. the room was really big; actually two rooms (living room / bed room), a terrace with sea view (nice to get up in the morning!!). very tidy. wifi was working all the time and faster than i expected. breakfast and dinner were variable and always nice. kitchen staff really friendly. parking space is in front of the hotel and free of charge. i wanted to travel whole montenegro, do sports, relax and chill at the beach. so all in all — the PERFECT PLACE TO BE with little money THANK YOU – – – BELLAVISTA ! ! !

Очень хороший отзывчивый персонал: девочки на ресепшене всегда ответят на вопросы, уборщица приветлива и хорошо выполняет свои обязанности, в "столовой" замечательные официанты, повора отменно готовят. По уборке: полотенца меняют каждый день, постельное белье – раз в три дня. Вообще нам с маленькими детьми "вылизывали" номер на пять баллов. По еде: брали только завтраки – очень вкусно. Да, были они однообразные , но можно самостоятельно разнообразить свой завтрак имея такой большой выбор. По размещению: номер большой с просторным балконом, из которого видно море. По пляжу: до моря 5 минут пешком. Пляж от отеля на мой взгляд самый лучший ( или один из лучших) на всём побережье.

Wonderful nature around, very near Budva they created a tunnel which takes you withing 20 min walk to the old Budva town you dont need car.

Food, restaurant, true all inclusive since you can find something to eat up to midnight. Staff at the restaurant wished me happy birthday with a cake and bottle of champagne, which was sweet of them. Great terrace in the room. Nice territory of the hotel, not big though. Absolutely beautiful view! Overall experience is pleasant, but i would not recommend this place for the comfortable one week holiday.

Very little I liked in this facility. Poor quality food and drinks. No or very poor wi-fi connection in rooms, even in most public areas. I paid a high rate for all inclusive, but they charge for many things as extra, such as for sun umbrellas at the beach, tennis courts, etc. and even for the outmoded safety box in the room.

The bed was very comfortable and big, rooms where we’ll cleaned. the staff were very helpful and the activities and entertainment were amazing. The beach was clean and the hotel was located very near a strip of restaurants which made a nice walk at night.

The hotel beach is incredible! Crystal clear waters and less busy than other beaches as it is tucked in at the side of a mountain. Food was tasty and plenty of choice every day. Our room had a stunning seaview. We did all inclusive and were very happy with our holiday. Didn’t want to leave. This is in m any ways a family hotel, but you can also easily walk to Budva where you’ll get more nightlife, culture and action. I have to compliment the staff, especially the concierges, always smiling, helpful and nice. They gave us a lot of great tips, helped us arrange things. We didn’t try the spa, but if we go back there I would book an appointment

Everything in order! ! Apartment was cozy and comfy in every way! Parking close by. Host was wonderful, she explained everything and gave good advice. Definitely worth every penny

Upon arrival we were upgraded to a penthouse with stunning views over the bay and old town Budva and the interior was very modern and comfy.

• Very nice, friendly and helpful stuff. • Modern looking building and rooms, really clean throughout. • Amazing views from the balcony! • Big terrace with sunbeds, a bar and two jacuzzis. • Close proximity to the beach and promenade (2 min), main bus stop (7 min) and the old town (10 min). • There’s a small, not too busy shopping centre at the ground level of the building, so you can do some grocery shopping or even go to the cinema (movies played in original languages with Montenegrin subtitles).

One of the fantastic hotel I have seen , it’s located in the heart of Budva city , any thinks you need is very near to reach , the room was too big with big balcony , very clean , so nice sea view . Breakfast is very delicious , staff are very helpful and professional , The hotel it self is within a big shopping mall , so all you won’t in one place . beach is very near as well.
