Wonderful nature around, very near Budva they created a tunnel which takes you withing 20 min walk to the old Budva town you dont need car.

Good location, helpfull staff, wonderful property.

Good food offers and outside facilities-pool and park.

Food, restaurant, true all inclusive since you can find something to eat up to midnight. Staff at the restaurant wished me happy birthday with a cake and bottle of champagne, which was sweet of them. Great terrace in the room. Nice territory of the hotel, not big though. Absolutely beautiful view! Overall experience is pleasant, but i would not recommend this place for the comfortable one week holiday.

Very little I liked in this facility. Poor quality food and drinks. No or very poor wi-fi connection in rooms, even in most public areas. I paid a high rate for all inclusive, but they charge for many things as extra, such as for sun umbrellas at the beach, tennis courts, etc. and even for the outmoded safety box in the room.

The bed was very comfortable and big, rooms where we’ll cleaned. the staff were very helpful and the activities and entertainment were amazing. The beach was clean and the hotel was located very near a strip of restaurants which made a nice walk at night.

The hotel beach is incredible! Crystal clear waters and less busy than other beaches as it is tucked in at the side of a mountain. Food was tasty and plenty of choice every day. Our room had a stunning seaview. We did all inclusive and were very happy with our holiday. Didn’t want to leave. This is in m any ways a family hotel, but you can also easily walk to Budva where you’ll get more nightlife, culture and action. I have to compliment the staff, especially the concierges, always smiling, helpful and nice. They gave us a lot of great tips, helped us arrange things. We didn’t try the spa, but if we go back there I would book an appointment

Everything in order! ! Apartment was cozy and comfy in every way! Parking close by. Host was wonderful, she explained everything and gave good advice. Definitely worth every penny

Upon arrival we were upgraded to a penthouse with stunning views over the bay and old town Budva and the interior was very modern and comfy.

• Very nice, friendly and helpful stuff. • Modern looking building and rooms, really clean throughout. • Amazing views from the balcony! • Big terrace with sunbeds, a bar and two jacuzzis. • Close proximity to the beach and promenade (2 min), main bus stop (7 min) and the old town (10 min). • There’s a small, not too busy shopping centre at the ground level of the building, so you can do some grocery shopping or even go to the cinema (movies played in original languages with Montenegrin subtitles).

One of the fantastic hotel I have seen , it’s located in the heart of Budva city , any thinks you need is very near to reach , the room was too big with big balcony , very clean , so nice sea view . With prices literally one-fifth what they are in high season, this was my treat to myself and I wasn’t disappointed. I was immediately upgraded free to a terrific room with killer view by the very nice staff.

The facilities are excellent, everything seemed brand new and clean. The room is spacious with a good view to the promenade and the sea. The pool and the sauna were great. Breakfast was excellent and had plenty of choices.

The staff very friendly and helpful, the fact that the cleaning was made everyday, the room and the bathroom very big and comfortable and the healthy breakfast. Also it is nice that on the 7th floor there is a indoor pool,a wet sauna and a dry one.

Modern small room with a big bath, nice for a short stay.

Frendly hotel owner. Clean room. Fast internet. Location never beach.

Breakfast and dinner were very good, location is walking distance to Jaz beach. Staff was very friendly, owners are fantastic!!!

I really enjoyed my holiday. The owner Mr.Niko was exceptional. The breakfast and dinner delicious and the portions were huge. Breakfast was my favourite as I had tort of medicine from Niko, which was good in clearing the throat in the morning. The atmosphere and the surrounding was superb, the location not far from jazz beach and Tivat airport. Overall stay was fantastic and exceptionally good. The rooms are spacious and kept clean. From the balcony you can see the surrounding which is awesome. It’s fabulous and I enjoyed every moments of my stay.

Путешествовала в Черногорию с семьёй, хозяин отеля и персонал скрасили наше прибывание! Единогласно решили, что лучшего, и при этом не навящевого сервиса, не встречали. Спасибо Слабодан! Отношение, как будто в гостях у друзей, не хочется в другой отель. Еда- вкусная, и рыба и мясо, всего достаточно, Слободан нас встретил/проводил до аэропорта не смотря на то, что рейс задержали на 3 часа. С экскурсиями тоже помог- все организовал, предложил выгодные туры, такси до Будвы за 5 евро, плюс с последней экскурсии вообще неожиданно нас забрал на выходе из города, когда мы шли пешком. Пляжи рядом- есть и галечный, чуть дальше пройти по берегу и будет песчаный. Если в Черногорию- то только сюда!!! Очень довольны, спасибо! Море чистое, народа не много

Отличный отель, замечательный персонал!!! Уютно,как дома!!! Очень вкусные завтраки и ужины! Нас встретили в аэропорту, не нужно было ждать и торговаться, через 20 минут были в отеле. Показали,где пляж,помогли сориентироваться по ценам на такси. Очень благодарны за экскурсии, на которые помогли взять билеты, нам вообще не пришлось ни о чем беспокоиться))) Очень рекомендую выбирать этот отель для семейного отдыха: красивая территория, хорошая кухня, хозяева и персонал располагают)) Спасибо огромное за чудесный отдых!!!

Отдыхали в этом отеле в сентябре 5 дней. Ежедневная уборка и смена полотенец. Приятный отзывчивый персонал. Неплохо говорят по-русски. Рядом хороший пляж. Прекрасная просторная терасса. Хорошая шумоизоляция. Разнообразные завтраки. Для тех, кто на машине, удобная парковка. Рядом супермаркет и заправка. на этой же заправке стоянка экскурсионных автобусов, мы уезжали с нее на экскурсии – очень удобно. Номера небольшие, но влезла детская кроватка.

Чисто,вкусно,уютно. Отличный сад, хозяйская такса Боня. До пляжа 15-20 минут . Левая сторона пляжа галечная и соответственно более чистая и малолюдная. Правая- песчаная. Все дети там. Рядом с отелем отличный магазин. Мясо купленное в нем, бесплатно пожарят на гриле. Отличный вариант для семейного отдыха. До Будвы на такси довезут за 5евро.

Lovely decor,fabulous location,comfy bed, felt way more expensive than it was!

Прекрасный вид с балкона, на море, старый город как на ладони, наличие всех необходимых вещей: чайник, гладильная доска и утюг, стиральная машинка, плита, посуда, хороший кондиционер, светлый и большой номер. Именно для этого района Будвы аппартаменты замечательные. Действительно близость к Старому городу, лучшим пляжам Будвы -Могрен – это огромный плюс месторасположения.

The host was pretty warm and friendly and the room is clean. The location is a little bit far from the city center, just a little bit and the advantage is it’s quiet.

Location was great. Office staff was very accommodating.

I liked the deluxe breakfast every morning and that they had boardgames as well

Very clean Classy hotel. Room was excellent , comfortable bed and the shower in the bathroom was the best that we used in Montenegro. Hotel room was quite (October) and we had a nice balcony. The location is a 5 min stroll from the old town and there are lots of lovely port side restaurants right next to the waters edge.

Great Breakfast, room overlooking the Beach and the Pools in the resort(that is what we wanted and paid for of course) staff friendly and courteous, room service staff very good. Entertainment by different bands every day while we were there, even during the day over the lunch period. Close proximity to Budva (walking distance 2.5km)

The manager and front desk girls were very polite and easy to communicate with. They speak English well. They always smile and ready to help you. We will definitely come again. The beach Samsara with a clean white restaurant on it were a perfect place to relax after long flight from California, USA Breakfast was included with a great choice!

Great breakfast in a table in front of the Beach. Good sauna andar very confortable room. Excelent cost-benefit. The táxi service suggested by the hotel was amazing.

I liked did a lot that the Hotel is next to the beach and it has very rich breakfast buffet.

Ivana and Lazar are amazing hosts. They are very responsive, and at the same time not intrusive. The house itself is very cozy and comfortable, stylish and warm. We had a very nice time there.

Our hosts were kindness itself and went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. At the start of our holiday, we had some difficulty with a hire car and Ivana acted as interpreter and diplomat in helping to resolve the issue.

Although our host Ivana was already in the hospital at the time of our arrival in the apartment because of her child’s birth, she called and asked us if we were satisfied with the room and needed something else!!!! And her also very nice husband Lazar invited us the next evening to the baby party on their terrace! We wish Ivana, Lazar and their son Isak all the best! The rooms are new, spacious, very clean and very stylish. A perfect stay!

Nice location not far from old town and reasonably priced. Hosts are really friendly and helpful.

Ivana is an incredible host, she helps you with all you need before you even ask I was impressed with the design of the room, simple, minimalistic and it isn’t cheap material. It is visible she and her husband invested a lot in this place. Vary modern and stylish apartment. Perfectly clean, spacious and apsolutly comfortable. Beautiful and fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, spaceous living room, and vary comfortable and big bed in the bedroom. Owners are vary polite and friendly, and from the first contact you can conclude that they will do the best to make their guests feel pleasant and comfortable. Vary important thing is that locations of the Apartments is perfect. Budva can be vary noisy place in the summer season. This locations is in the walking distance of the centrum and Old Town, but it’s vary quite and peaceful location. This is our truly recommendation for averyone who wants to spend quality and beautiful vacation in Budva.
