The hotel stuff were all friendly and professional, they tried to compensate all hotel problems, they really deserve to work in a 5 star hotel. Good hotel location, near the center of the city.

Location (near the railwaystation (north railway station), near the big supermarket (Kaufland, 3 min from the hotel), exelent wi-fi, near the metro station (the nearelest "Basarab"), if you like go for a walk, the sity center is situated from 1 hour from the hotel. The hotel offers brakfast and meal, but I didn’t use this option. The room has a fridge (many thanks !!!). Many thanks for the hotel’s staff, they was waiting my arriving (at 4 am) and I got my room very quickly

Good location close to Besarab Metro Station, and Gara de Nord, Kaufland store downstairs, relatively silent area . Value for money like for Bucharest.

The hotel is located very close to the North Railway Station.

The location is near the train station and bus station for the airport. The breakfast was nice although there was not buffet, so they served me a dish.

with it being so close to the main train station as we booked daytrips out on trains was a bonus as well as air conditioning included in the price excellent value for money and staff friendly especially the lady that checked us in at night on Friday 8th September

The hotel is close to Main train station and Metro Station. Convenience to get to town centre and get around. A big supermarket and Airport coach are right behind it.

Very reasonably priced, so don’t expect The Ritz. Last time we stayed here, we put the plug in the sink & it wouldn’t come out – they’re touchy. This time the plug had been removed – smart move. Air conditioning did work, functioning en suite bathroom, fridge, comfortable mattresses, quite clean. 300M to station entrance – we came and left by train & ate at the station restaurant. The Basarab is storing 2 of our bigger suitcases for nothing while we tour for 3 weeks "no problem." We’re staying there again before we fly out, so used them for 6 nights in total. Double glazing cuts out the city noise. Staff helpful & pleasant.

Really friendly staff, great location for gara de nord and buses to Sibiu etc, fridge, nice and clean

– AC with remote control – very Close to subway station – very Close to Kaufland – fridge in a room

The bed was very comfy and we found it very quiet on the floor we were on.

Our second stay here and we won’t stay anywhere else in Bucharest. Great rooms at a good price. Friendly staff and perfectly located near to University square.

Central location, very big rooms and with a little bit af communist nostalgia. Very nice staff.

The breakfast was good and enough not to feel hungry until the lunch time. The staff was helpful. A comfortable suite, a quiet place, no noise at all though it was fully booked.

Hotel arranged taxi transfer from airport, inexpensive and half hour from Otopeni. Hotel was very clean and decor in communal areas is well appointed, a little unusual. Easy 15 minutes to the old town and 1 minute to underground station. Wee shop and bakers just beside main entrance, excellent location.

Wi-fi worked fine. The location was good. Close to the old part of the city.

The position of this Hotel is OK and it is nearby the bus station, but the serivices are horrible. I was very dissapointed. I paid a lot of money for nothing. The staff was also impassive and poorly prepared. If you are in a business trip, you should choose another hotel to stay.

Ticked all the boxes, good sized clean accommodation. The rooms were spacious, had good storage and two bathrooms. The linen was all clean and the beds were comfortable. The person who met us was polite and helpful.

The staff was very nice, responded promptly to emails. They helped us settle in. The rooms were very nice and comfy. Eventhough it was cold outside the rooms were warm. Lots of space and quiet neighborhood. Also they accomodated us even though we changed the number of guest several times. Best customer service.

The Staff was very helpful and kind. I traveled with a person with walking difficulties, but I encountered no problem as the staff helped me at every step. From finding a cab to take us from the Hotel to the hospital (we went for some hospital procedures in Bucharest) to every need we had during our stay.

Appartment very clean, and very big, at a godd standard, modern. Close to transportation facilities, and easy to get to the nearest P+R parking (cheapest solution). Facilities (bakery, supermarket) close also. Quick answers when questions (by mail or sms).

As usual, everything is perfect here if you are looking for a small, peaceful hotel .. The prices are fair and all the services are good. Food is tasty as usual including breakfast.

The position and obliging staff were good. The hotel has an opulence which may well impress. The hotel is aiming to to recreate the sense of living in a turn of the century grand manner and in part they succeed. But it doesn’t work in a 21st century context or at least doesn’t here where some of the the basic expectations are not properly met, an indifferent breakfast, showers that don’t work as well as they should and curtains that don’t open

Never had any issue whatsoever in this hotel, I’ve been here many many times. The food is very good, a very diverse room service menu. Great breakfast, comfortable room and a very professional staff.

Club Lounge at the 21st floor has a beautiful view over the city. Service is excellent, atmosphere quite and relaxing. Food is very good. Generally, the best things about this hotel are its location and the view from all facilities on the 21st floor. A few years ago I have organized an international meeting at the Hora Conference Room and everybody was delighted with the view, service, catering and the personnel.

The hotel is in a great location for getting to the centre of Bucharest, as well as the old town for restaurants and bars. The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and even the cleaners made the effort to say hello each time you passed them. The room itself was very clean and the appliances/facilities were very good. It is a traditional hotel which I prefer to a modern/minimalist hotel. The breakfast was fantastic each morning and the staff were very attentive. I couldn’t fault the hotel during the whole of my trip.

Very noisy apartment for the nearby street. From the inside you could hear the voices from the street at any time of day and night. Very small bathroom and every time you used the shower the floor was filled with water. At night the shower tray was full of ants and I found some cockroaches. The duvets to warm up at night were set aside on a piece of furniture full of dust and dirt. Apartment not recommended.

Little bit noisy in the morning due to the outside traffic. Others are perfect.

Clean. Convenient walking distance to Old Town area.

Spacious, great location and very good value. Razvan was very helpful and provided lots of excellent tips for our stay

Rasvan is very friendly, fluent in English, and professional. The apartment is in a perfect location and was very comfortable.

if you like the night life you are on the outskirts of Old Town. very easy to walk to all the pubs and restaurants of old town.

Fantastic location in the old centre, walking distance to many key sights and great restaurants.

Lovely location, so central to everything we wanted to do and really easy to get taxis to/from the airport. Right on the edge of the Old Town so plenty of choice for good restaurants and bars in the evening. Apartment building doesn’t look anything special from outside but has everything you need for a comfortable stay and was extremely clean. Very helpful host available for advice throughout our stay.

The apartment was in an excellent locations. Was able to leave luggage there on the day we were leaving for a late flight

Location, close to beach, gothic and Rambla. So many options for activities.

Size of room an bed are great, so is the bathroom and separate toilet. Tea-and coffea-making in room and enough space everywhere. A/C works properly. Breakfast has a little less fresh fruit and vegetables, everything else is good, even the espresso. Location good for discovering city and old town.

The room was beautifully spacious and clean, great bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special.

It was a relaxing business trip. Near to Bucharest’s old center. Lovely atmosphere, nice hotel crew, good services, safe neighborhood, good restaurant, good breakfast, clean and spacey room. The room service is very good.

The hotel is very nice and warm atmosphere. Wine store in entrance gives lovely touch. Breakfast is great location is close to old city, small stores and cafes, nice park close by. Large rooms well equipped.

The room was big with all amenities and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was efficient and very friendly and I was allowed a late check-out, which was important for me.
