The hotel was very conveniently sited and provided the basics effectively

Everything was perfect. The staff, the room (the comfort of the bed is something out of this world), the location is 5* because it’s in the middle of Ubud, so it’s near everything, the food is great, the isolation from the others rooms, the attention to detail, etc. I think it’s one of the best hotels I’ve been. If I return to Bali, I’ll return to Alaya for sure.

Not much, totally uninspiring and does not deserves the 4 * rating

Staff was kind, polite and helpful. The hotel is babies friendly (Got a crib in our room for no extra cost). Location is good for the money – within local distance to the old city, parks, restaurants, bars, shops. We even got our rooms (2 of 3) very early in the morning.

Verry nice hotel, good position near the University Square and Unirii Square.

The staff is very helpful and polite, the location is within walking distance to the old town, the rooms are nice and spacious.

Not far from office but not a fancy area. I had an executive room. I have stayed in many executive rooms on by business travels. This was anything but executive. The only positive thing about it was that the room was a large room where i could work comfortably and move around very easily.

Loved the location.. rooms were great.. nice and clean.. only wish they were queen size beds as oppose to full size beds

Great location, 24/7 reception, little balcony.

The location was nice and the room was also nice, good mattress.

All fine. We were at the end of a natural history tour so a bit weary. Staff all helpful and pleasant. Room comfy.

The breakfast was amazing, they really have a good selection and make a big effort.

The garden/restaurant part was pleasing to the eyes.

Breakfest was delicious, staff very friendly and helpful-:) Fully recommend staying there!

The room was decent size, subtley decorated and with a very comfortable bed. Aircon was a lifesaver! The hotel staff were very friendly and the guy serving breakfast most days was just brilliant. Located on a quiet street, safe for parking and a 20min walk to the old town or about 15lv taxi ride – anyone trying to charge you more is ripping you off!

Excellent location. Very convenient and clean studio

Very central! Shops, restaurants, cafes, taxi, a few steps away. Staff was very responsive. The room is modest, but it was clean and functional. It also had a kitchen. The price is good for what you get. I would come again.

The apartment is with perfect value for money. Spacious, city center, lots of public parking places around, shops, coffee spots etc. Our booking was at the last moment, because we had some issues, and everything was quick and secure. Recommended!

It was a big dissappointment for me. First time it made me upset to believe in booking.com score which was very high but the photos and comments unfortunately didnt meet my expectation. Meanwhile internet connection was very poor.

Very clean huge room super comfy bed with very soft sheets, air con and the guy was really nice we arrived late due to train delay and hadn’t realised check in ended at 5:30 but the guy came out at 11:30 to let us in

Immediate response at any hour. No waiting line, no robots, directly the manager. Location is perfect to experience the local life in the center of the city. Lots of clubs, restaurants, nonstop shops, night market. Room is clean and modern enough to enjoy business traveling.

Supermarket nearby & small kitchen so could do our own meals

The place offers one large room, minimal furnishing, but clean. This is an apartment unit in a residential area.

The promo for the days that I’ve stayed at this accommodation was a price performance option that suited my needs and i’ve felt great.

Just far enough from the airport to avoid airport noise and car rental on site so very quick and easy with a complimentary airport shuttle

We booked this at short notice as the accommodation we had booked in advance was no longer available, Mikaela was able to meet me within an hour of booking online to receive the keys which was fabulous. The apartment was exactly what we were looking for, a few minutes walk from University and Old Town, very comfortable and nice to be in an apartment block where locals live. There is a mini-market just downstairs which is handy, we also appreciated the washing machine since we were in Bucharest to run the marathon and did not want to carry sweaty running gear after!

Excellent location in the city center. A great choice of restaurants and shopping centres within walking distance. The apartment was clean, with all facilities. Very kind host. I would book again this apartment!

There was definitely attention to details. Kitchen wares were new and good quality. There was a washer, fridge, stove, all in good working condition. Each room had it own TV set. Wi-Fi signal was good. The flat is on the 8th floor, in one of the most sought off locations in Bucharest, close to everything worth seeing.

close to the metro station at piata romana ,nice breakfast, good noise insulation between rooms. clean and cosy.

Good location. Bus stop to/from the airport very close. It was clean with standard breakfast.

Good location, less than half hour walk from Gara de Nord, convenient for walking in to city centre. Although on a busy road, I did not find that traffic noise was a significant problem. Room was a good size, clean and comfortable. A good quality hotel for the price, I would be happy to stay here again.

Very soft beds, memory foam toppers and thick pillows very clean, very helpful staff, I struggled with the safe and it was no problem for someone to come and help us out, even provided us with an iron and ironing board for our stay, and when roadworks started outside the hotel at midnight they moved us rooms for the night no problems

Nothing to complain! Easy to get to, centrally located, yet quiet (at least on the 6th floor). Awesome value for money – would book again anytime.

I liked that our room was very spacious. There were three of us on this trip. The room had a large balcony that overlooked part of the city. the breakfast was pretty good, there was a variety of choices.

Lot’s of restaurants and cafes, very convenient to Old City.

Frequent guest until now. Been there maybe 10 times and loved this hotel, although saw it gradually fade away with each visit. Still, the location is ideal for those with tasks in Vitan and Alba Iulia. The staff is friendly and english speaking. The room I booked was very spacious and had plenty of light.

Location was good and staff. were friendly and helpful. They also organised taxis whenever we wanted to go out. We used Uber as well which is highly recommended.

Understanding and courteous staff. Great location with plenty of restaurants, grocery store, convenience store and metro all within a short walking distance. The Romanian restaurant a few doors down is highly recommended.

There is a nice and clean apartment just in the city center near the synagogue. There are all necessary equipment in kitchen, bath, huge wardrobe and iron with iron deck. I wish I would stay longer as there nice kitchen so you can easily do cooking. There are compliment water and tea with small chocolate. That was nice. Apartment looks very modern and brand new.

Am fost foarte multumiti de cazarea la acest hotel, incepand cu amabilitatea domnisoarei de la receptie si continuand cu experienta din camera. Curatenie, liniste, servicii impecabile. O surpriza foarte placuta ne-a fost oferita de patron care, la 23.30 cand am ajuns infometati de la Arena Nationala la terasa, ne-a pregatit rapid o shaorma la farfurie cu humus si lipii, desi restaurantul se inchisese. Nu numai ca nu ne-am culcat nemancati, dar ne-am bucurat de o cina nocturna gustoasa si satioasa. Vom reveni.

The appartment is situated in the best possible place for those who love music (two best venues in 3 minutes) and art (most important museum is opposite the house). Very comfortable appartment, has everything you need (kitchen appliances etc). Good WiFi everywhere. Ioanna was very accomodative about our time of leaving. One of the best places to stay we ever had.

The location is very good. Pleasant and home-like feeling. A very beautiful accent is the library we liked when booking.

I really liked that our host was took the time to make the apartment look nice. It was great wifi and the tv was really nice to have on one of the colder nights. Over all the room was very comfortable, my friend slept well on the couch while my girlfriend and I slept well on the bed.

Excellent position, right in the middle of the city, near to all the main points of interest. The price/quality ratio is absolutely impressive and makes really worth the visit. Ioana, the owner, was very helpful in every our need, from the transport airport-apartment to the time of the check-out.

The apartment was awesome. It was located in the center of the city, really close to every monument. The area was really beautiful and you could easily find eeverything needed. The staff was exceptional and really helpful. Well decorated apartment. Very interesting bookcase.

The room was quiet, the beds were pretty comfortable, and the staff were very nice and helpful. Glad there was a safe in the room.

Lovely spacious, comfortable and clean apartment. Fantastic shower. Very helpful and friendly host.

The place of hospitality – wonderful. The apartment furniture sings a special atmosphere. The beds were beautifully offered. Apparently the amazing hostess Christina and her crew thought of every detail. Across the street there is a small deli. The place is close to the airport.

Everything was great ! The apartment is in perfect shape: very clean, fully equipped kitchen, towels, bathrobes, excellent value/money. Across the street you can find a supermarket that is opened non-stop, the restaurants are close. The staff was very nice and helpful. It was absolutely great! For sure I will come back! Beautiful, clean, quiet, enormous apartment with very fast wifi. This was by-far the best hotel I’ve booked in a long time. A great value; truly 5-star accommodations, and very nice staff.
