The best thing about this hotel is the location. Easy to get to everything – The breakfast area is also very nice primarily a continental breakfast. The staff are very helpful and nice. The rooms are comfortable, clean and nice decor.with great bedding – I would specify a room with a view facing the front of the property as many of the view rooms are not really a view and face the back- or a wall- Additionally the 3 rooms we had were quite small although they were the superior category with a view so not sure they really pay attention to what you book.-

The hostel located near Kyoto station. There is minimart closed to the hostel. Staff are very nice and helpful. rooms are clean. restrooms and dressing rooms are desperated from each other so its very comfortable. overall- very impressed, will come again if possible.

Pretty spacious rooms (for Japan), clean and nice. Good location, provides quite a good connection by bus to most of the tourist attractions. Excellent breakfast. Great value for money.

Quiet neighborhood and close to metro llacuna. No problem to go anywhere… The apartment was really clean and convenient for all of us…

I was met by the host right at the gate, the apartment is modern and superb with the very nice patio

The hotel is brand new so all the facilities are new and clean. The room had enough space, although the bathroom was a bit too small.

The staff was extremely friendly and catered to all our needs.

Very clean, lovely apartment. Location was good, very close to the metro link and there is a shop selling necessities right opposite which is open very late. Shampoo soap and shower gel supplied which was a nice touch as were plenty of towels: Great communication from staff, I emailed them on a few occasions before our stay regarding a few requests and they were very helpful and pleasant and responded quickly – We were there 3 nights so if you are going to be using the metro I would recommend a 48 hour/ 72 hour ticket as we just hopped on and off and made great use of it..we also used the ticket to get back to the airport. I would definitely stay again

The cooked breakfast whilst good,didn’t quite reach us whilst still hot!

The location is good. There is a park near the apartment, and a lot of restaurants. The room is really comfortable. Children also enjoyed staying the apartment.

The appartment was very good & well furnished.

The plus point is close to centre which the parking is free.

The hotel is really close to Nishi-Shinjuku station and quite near to Shinjuku, a central area full of restaurant and points of interest. The hotel is modern and the room were very clear and bigger than the regular ones in Japan. The staff has been helpful, and help me also to get to the airport the last day.

Fabulous breakfast and lovely relaxed atmosphere in the lobby area

The beds were comfortable and the shower worked well. Faded grandeur of the building was interesting. There was plenty to eat for breakfast and we had cheese omelette specially made for us. Reception staff spoke English but only one was at all helpful.

Very helpful receptionist who provided information about the accommodation, airport bus, tourist sights and left luggage. Lovely quiet apartment on 4th floor. Great docking station / speaker system. Easy walking distance to Atocha station and the main tourist sights. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby too.

I liked the decor of the riad. The pool area is beautiful.

Excellent location just a short stroll from Giglio pier and minutes from St Mark’s Square. Staff are welcoming and helpful.

This is very charming boutique hotel with its architecture. My room has its own small courtyard. If you like authentic traditional places, this is the right place.

The bed was comfortable and it was nice having a patio off the kitchen and the bedroom.

Spacious, good beds and couch, everything worked fine and was clean. Great location.

The room was perfectly comfortable, although small, but that is typical for Tokyo. Convenient for Tokyo station.

the place is near Khao San Road, Grand Palace, Wat Pho & Wat Arun

The staffs are super friendly and helpful. We stayed one night, and left for one day to other place then back to stay kne more day here in Milan. They took very good care of our luggages. Hotel is quite with very easy access to subway and commercial area. It is not in the central but only 2 stops to central railway station, Duomo and shopping streets. Absolutely value for money.

– Well-qualified, delicate and fast-reacting personnel; – Amazing view from room on the 17th floor; – Late check-out on 6 p.m. was approved.

The reception staff were pleasant and the cottage we stayed in was lovely and spacious.

Is walking distance to the beach and the area that is located at is pretty calm.

The position of the hotel was fabulous. It is the best four star we have stayed in in Europe. The rooms are small but well appointed. The bed was amazing. The breakfast offered a huge variety.

One of the best BnB experience so far, Location is just perfect in one of the main streets in the city center, I did all the sight-seeing on foot, the Host Max was very nice and helpful, he prepared the breakfast every morning, the cappuccino was delicious, and he even let me use the Espresso machine as I want. The apartment was clean and nice, Wi-Fi was available everywhere in the apartment with a good speed. I definitely recommend this place.

One of the best hotels i’ve stayed in: couldn’t expect more! ideal location, wonderful staff (assisted me with many queries patiently and with a smile), great breakfast and nice breakfast room, nice view from the room, nice swimming pool (open till midnight!) and so on…

The location was very good, in a quiet neighborhood. The room was very nice and comfortable.

Rooms were clean and tidy bed was comfortable overall a great place to stay when in Manila all places of interest were within a 20 minute walk a work of caution nothing opens until 10am this includes all stores and major shopping centres

Very nice, looking exactly as it did on the pictures. Very clean, everything functionning properly (shower, cooker..). Close to the metro station, with a couple of grocery shops on the way, it was perfect!

Nice & comfortable place in the Medina, close to all the sightseeing spots but still quiet. Staff was very helpful and even got in touch upfront to help organizing transport etc. Nice eating area and good breakfast. We did a cooking class with the restaurant chef, which was a great experience of local culture.

I had a really good stay at this hostel. The room was clean and comfortable. However what made this a really great experience was the friendly and helpful staff. I would recommend this to anybody who wants a good back packing experience at a reasonable price.

It was all good. Location, restaurant, room and staff.

Location is everything ! Place is located on the famous walking street Deribasovkaya, right in the middle of all the action. All the good restaurants are mostly located here, or in the close walking distance. Would stay here again for sure.
