Value for money rooms, which were quite large and spacious by Bangkok standards. Having a bathtub was also nice.

Both the room and the bathroom were spacious and I loved the towel warmer and the cute balcony. I had a croissant and cappuccino every morning and they were both great.

The location of the apartment is one of the best, in Sarajevo’s Old Town. We didn’t get to meet Nina but her husband, a very kind and pleasant man who helped us as much as possible despite the language limitations. The price was very good so, although there were things that could be improved, I would stay again.

Location good, clean and comfy bed, and amazingly friendly staff.

Superb room service menu. The cafe has excellent food and service.

I think the hotel was expensive. No fridge no kettle in the room. Bed without breakfast. I paid a lot anyway.

The hotel is perfect place for a conference and wonderful stay. This was the venue of the conference I attended. I stayed a couple of days extra. The staff was very helpful. very good facilties. Free shutle to the city and back if you book in advance at the reception. They are very reliable and professional. I also booked their airport shuttle service which was very prompt and professional. Food was excellent. Uncomplicated check in and check out. The staff at the reception and Concierge were always with a smile however big a workload they had and answered whatever query you had. Public transport is only 4 minutes walking distance (Metro 5). Being away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre has its advantages. I will stay in this hotel the next time I am in the beautiful city of Budapest. Thank you the staff of Aquincum for making my stay there memorable.

It is a truly cozy and lovely apartment. We were pleasantly surprised. Everything we needed and more (like coffee and tea) was there. The kitchen was well equipped and the apartment was very clean. The owners are excellent hosts. Also the location of the flat is great. In less than 15 minutes you are in the center of Amsterdam. There is a supermarket just 5 minutes away and a nice restaurant close by. We had a great time. Everything was perfect. We will come back for sure.

The decoration is classic according to the style of the hotel, the attention of all the staff was excellent.

Staff and amazing breakfast made our experience memorable.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Did everything to make us feel like their most important guests. Perfect location, you can walk from the hotel entrance to the metro/subway station entrance without getting wet on a rainy day (about 10 meters in between)

Very clean apartment not as big as the picture look like. Nice balcony

My kids loved the scrambled eggs and the cute pancakes. My husband and I enjoyed the hot pools,sauna and steam rooms. We loved our ktv experience😁

The apartment was roomy and comfortable enough, though the amenities were lacking. The apartment is extremely basic.

I rarely do reviews so that is your first clue of how amazing my stay was. Top to bottom I love this place! The staff is amazing from security, to house keeping, front desk and management. Hellana and Julia treated me like royalty. Food was delicious especially the duck. Location is right in the middle of the city. Everything I needed they helped make happen for me.

The apartment very spacious and near everything even farmer market. The Owner is very professional and always response email quickly.

The staff was nice. And there are lot of little bars and cafes around the hotel.

The bed was tiny with thin mattress, two tiny sachets provided in our (private bathroom) of shampoo for three days, toilet seat had a bolt missing one side and loose the other side, I tried to tighten it but constantly moved, had to hold shower over our heads to wash after hot water eventually coming out, had no drink making facilities and was not told that we could purchase any on board. The restaurant we were given a 10% discount in was closed! There was nothing to do in the vicinity other than 3 restaurants and a few small takeaways.

Location was great. Family of could stay there for a week with no problem. Wouldn’t stay with another couple though. Second bedroom was tight. Loved to people watch on the street from the balcony.

Id like how the staff acommodate customer… ahmad and catherine both receptionist is very good and polite to talk…

Breakfast was good, but more variety in sandwiches and dishes would be appreciated. The valet service was great and the staff take great interest in guests’ security.

Likes: Central location very close to Tube. Can also walk easily to Thames, The Monument, Brick Lane, Shoreditch, Hoxton. The Hush Heath suite has second room, large clean bathroom, was like having our own little place in town. The bar and restaurant are also good, nice to have when you come back so tired you really just want to eat and relax and not have to head anywhere!

Breakfast was good and had a lot of variety each day and convenient near bts skytrain.

Location in the old part of Barcelona next to Cathedral.

The location of the guesthouse is perfect. It is the center of Ubud. The breakfast is simple but enough. The room waa very clean. The owner of the guesthouse was very helpfull and smiling.

Our host, Roman was lovely. He answered all my questions when I made the booking. He collected us from the airport, gave us a brief tour of the area and then took us to collect our hire car 2 days later. He absolutely made our stay in Zagreb wonderful. The apartment is gorgeous, with everything you need, and the location couldn’t have been better. We’ll definitely be back. We’d love to see Zagreb in the snow!

Great welcome service, complimentary refreshments including fresh fruit and coffee, small bibliotheque in the room, complimentary yoga sets at disposal, free filtered water in all levels, small gym room well equipped, and very good location next to shopping and theaters.

The place is so spacious with big rooms and lots of beds. The kitchen has everything even some food from previous people who were there before us. The host is very nice she even gave us some bread and pies upon arrival. The location is really cool.

-staff would bring you orders over the phone and you would pay upon delivery. -quiet At night.

The host was very chill, nice, polite and friendly. He picked us up from the taxi, he took us to eat dinner in a restaurant nearby, after telling him we will check out at 7 am, he packed us the breakfast.

Location on Rue Daguerre is full of traditional French shops and restaurants. Several metro stops are close by. Lovely interior courtyard. There is a Moroccan restaurant in the hotel.

Location was excellent. Everything was very clean. Enjoyed having a bathtub with Jacuzzi.this unit. Very quite side street.

If you want to be alone, in silence and tranquillity, it is the perfect place. The best time, of course, is in the early morning when you can hear only the birds singing and the rustle of grass in the rice fields. Pure bliss! The rooms are very cozy. All furniture and different details in interior looks like almost new. It was a proper relaxation. And Ubud itself – wonderful town!

The location of the hotel is very good; 3 subway stations in less than 2 blocks away, allowing an easy movilization to and from almost every part of the city.

We loved our stay here! We opted for the airport pick up which was great. The hotel was very clean, great location, and amazing staff! We have been travelling for a few months and sunny is one of the nicest hosts we have come across. For anyone that is struggling to plan their India route/ plans, stay here!! Sunny helped us plan our whole itenirary of Rajasthan and has arranged our onward travel (hotels, drivers etc) Highly recommend!

The hostel felt like a hotel, it felt nicer than other places I’ve stayed at. The dorm room was housing a ton of people but each guest required a pass key to get into the room and received a separate safe for personal valuables so I felt secure. I loved that they had a late check-in! I was behind schedule getting into Tokyo but I didn’t have to stress about it. The staff always greeted you happily and it’s a short walk to Shibuya station! Also, towels are always a big plus for me!

Perfect location for hitting the slopes! It is right by the ski lift. Ski hire and lift pass office also very close.

This place deserves a high score. The manager was very friendly and helpful, as were the staff. It’s in a quiet location away from the city centre but only a short cab ride away from waterfront and centre. Lovely decor and fantastic breakfast. I’d stay here again.

It was an excellent stay! Gaia was veeeeeery nice and gave us a wine on our check-in! She marked down all the places to visit and good restaurants to eat. The room was great, quiet, clean with nice sunshine. The breakfast was very good too!! A little envy of the room with the beautiful balcony tho …😝 Will definitely recommend to friends!

Very comfortable and spacious room. Danny and Bruno were excellent, very helpful, no request was too much, always cheerful and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable ane enjoyable.

Staff really helpful. Close to Arena. Tram terminus a short walk.

The Bed comfortable. Room very clean. Good shower. The freshly squeezed OJ was good at breakfast.

There is a device in a room called "handy" which is actually a very useful mobile phone which you can bring with you around the city, then you have access to internet and phone everywhere without being worried about roaming rates and stuff.This was one of the extras of the hotel that I really liked.

The Hotel is located in a good position and the breakfast is good. It is very close to the Buda Castle.

Staff was very friendly and helpfull. Clean rooms, they take out the garbage and just sweep, but they dont make the beds. Transportation is near by and the city is 7-8 mins away with a taxi. Wi-fi super fast and can connect almost everywhere around the building.

Extremely small room. Not value for the money we paid

Great employees, always a "good morning" or "good afternoon" pleasant people. Nice room. Not too big, not too small. Is being cleaned each and every day. always 2 bottles of water in the fridge. Good price/quality – highly recommendable. With regards to the street, very close to Khao San Road close to the facilities. It is also on the ‘2nd’ part of Rambuttri, all close, but no noise. All in all – great

Hotel is based on a quiet St.Georges Drive in Pimlico. The double room was comfortable and spacious for two people. Bathroom was lovely, TV and kettle with tea and coffee nice to have. Breakfast was good, a selection of continental foods and drinks. English breakfast is available but have to pay for extra, which was worth it. Hospitality was pleasant, we asked for directions and best places to shop at reception and the lovely lady there helped us no problem. Luggage storage was no problem if you want to go on one last ramble around London before travelling on. 10 minute walk from Victoria train and coach station and shops & 5 minute walk from Pimlico underground. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again in the future.

Very nice hotel, situated just out of town. Quiet location and good access for walks and cycling. Staff and were facilities were great.

Great value for money! Location is really good (in the center but on a quieter road); the staff is friendly and helpful and WiFi works fine. Breakfast is included (simple but fair: either eggs some bread and fruit or yogurt with muesli or pancake with banana) and rooms are quite new and clean (with airco) and they provide new water bottles every day. Laundry can be done here (40 bath per kg) and they help with reserving many different tours. They have a nice small lounge area outside where you can relax and drink a nice smoothie (very tasty) or a beer.

Good choice for a continental breakfast,with a lovely smell in the building of warming pastries!Helpful waitress,and access to as many fresh beverages as you could want. Compact but fully furnished bedroom with a very comfortable bed and small,but totally adequate en-suite bathroom in my single room. There is afternoon tea available in the dining room,if you are in. Fantastic location,down a narrow alley off one of the main squares but only a 10minute walk from St.Mark,s Square.I found my room very quiet despite the location being very busy outside with wine bars and restaurants on the doorstep-this may have been due to my room being on the top floor. Very close to one of the waterbus stages-literally a 2-3minute walk!

Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Perfect location. Bus stop near, so you can take bus and go straight to airport.

Fabulous hotel – what makes it really outstanding is the team at the front desk, who go out of their way to make your stay pleasant. I was upgraded upon check in, and they arranged not only a local cab to take me home after a late opera performance, but sent someone from the hotel to make sure I would get into the cab! The superior room was lovely, breakfast nice – especially the baked goods.

Brilliant location. Great breakfast, didn’t use the restaurant but looked nice. Quirky place. Only two of us but given two-bedroom suite (?). Quiet street. Good value for money.

Hotel is very big. Lovely views looking over the canal and the museum district. The hotel is in the lovely Oud Zuid district and is very pleasant for walking around. Five minute walk to the tram links and a 10/15 minute tram ride to Dam Square. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The townhouse is very beautiful. The rooms are clean and well kept. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and very helpful.

Only david the german manager is very good and nice to talk with.

Very private suites and staff were very friendly. Breakfast brought to room and room cleaned daily.

Worst kind of experience in 20 years of travel history. We booked for 5 days and nobody came to even check if somebody is living there or not. No Cleaning, no bed sheets, no towels just nothing. One guy checked us in, charged money and disappeared. We were told to leave the keys inside apartment as nobody is available to complete check-out task.

Location was great for what we had planned for the weekend

Customer service was terrible they were very rude and not helpful
