The location was ideal for us as we needed somewhere close to the Arena. The transport links were incredible, the airport bus stopped right outside, tram stop was less than a minute away for access to central Berlin and subway a few minutes walk. Good choice of eateries nearby, with a supermarket a few minutes down the road. Small selection of Breakfast items but they were fresh, tasty and replenished quickly. Breakfast staff were friendly and accommodating.

The staff were really friendly. Breakfast was well organised, excellent coffee and tea, a good range of food. The hotel was super quiet and situated in a beautiful, private courtyard. It felt like a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. The view from the room was pleasant and we slept well.

This hotel is different. I would say it was not a hotel but a very beautiful experience. It’s very tranquil and private. In the morning they offered not just a breakfast but a great quality food with amazing coffee which usually let down most of hotels. If we ever travel through Berlin we will definitely stay in this hotel.

The location in Friedrichshain in der Grünebergerstrasse is excellent, the breakfast healthy and good, the staff of the hotel during day-time very friendly.

The hotel staff were charming and helpful. The housekeepers were most diligent. In a peaceful but accessible location.

The welcome was perfect. Staff is great. My room was relatively calm. I was here to relax and enjoy the neighborhood, Hotel 26 is exactly what I wanted. Breakfast is very pleasant.

Nice, comfy, cozy place only a short walk to everything we wanted to do.

cheap accommodation. The center of Berlin is about 5 stops by train, so the satisfaction.

Location pretty good only a few mins from s-bahn, family friendly, staff generally good

It was a nice place for our family of six to stay in one room. The room was large but, pretty sterile. We are from the US and so our expectations are different than what much of Europe offers. The staff was nice and helpful, the room was clean but, it was not a place I would relax in. Come, sleep and leave- which is what we did because, of our schedule and I would stay there again for that purpose.

-everything was nice -amazing Blue and spacious bathroom -big room and comfy bed -walking distance to S-bahn station and easy to get to the center by S bahn

Good place to stay when you are for one night with the family and friends in Berlin and when you are by car. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.

Close to the public transport (5 min walking). Nice stuff. Clean rooms and bathrooms.

The hotel provided the basic amenities. The room was spacious and had adequate furniture for sleeping and for lounging. The hotel offered laundry services, parking options on site and on site restaurant. Staff was friendly.

Rooms in the family suite were very spacious. The staff did everything possible to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. The restaurant was nice and the food was tasty. Service was slow, but not any slower than most restaurants I’ve been to in Germany, however, considering the dining room was packed with other guests and a soccer team, service was relatively quick given those circumstances. The variety at breakfast was great, offering both cold cuts and cheeses and warm and cold Mediterranean foods in addition to a variety of breads, cereal, and eggs (boiled and scrambled). My family and I thought it was worth the cost and the staff was quick to refill anything that was running low. Checkout was fast and efficient as it should be.

Great food overall, plenty of option at inclusive breakfast, very nice and helpful staff. Location, location….

All good except we are not used to German pillows. Receptionist told us Bistro open till 10pm on Sunday which was a bit disappointing as we came back at 8pm to find it was shut. But aside from that all was good, staff helpful and the hotel is very comfortable. No noise within the room from other rooms which was great. Be really nice if the windows were double glazed. Traffic noise a bit disturbing early morning. Very nice hotel all in!

Breakfast was fantastic and the area around the hotel offered a lot of nice restaurants and shops

Didn’t have breakfast as there were so many restaurants in the area, and we wanted to experience the neighbourhood. Love the rooftop spa and sauna…had it to myself and the staff heated it just for me…needs 45 mins to get hot…lovely!

breakfast was excellent. room was ok. location was perfect, near the bus station and underground. It takes 25 minutes by bus to tegel airport and 10 minutes by walk to zoo.

The hotel is located in the middle of the City and this is really excellent; the room was really big and very nice furnished.

The room was very clean. Once you pass the ugly and blatant entrance the design of the hotel is actually very nice. The room was also stylishly decorated. The breakfast was okay, nothing special. An S-bahn station is nearby which makes it easy to get around.

Right on Kurfürstendamm, so you have restaurants, cafes, shops and bus stops right on the doorstep!

staff is very cooperative and speaks good english. a convenient location with easy access to market, public transport.

Location is great – public transport just a minute away, direct bus to the airport (takes approx. 15 minutes). Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and bed was very comfortable. Hotel has a great outdoor area for smoking !

The breakfast was AWESOME! Best breakfast buffet we had on this trip! Great value for the selections and money! This was a last minute booking for us because our AirBNB canceled on us last second so we had to scramble to find something in the heart of Berlin the day we were there. This place was just alright, and their breakfast buffet really saved this properties rating.

Hotel is very easy to access by subway, few steps from subway station. Its located in quiet area. Breakfast (not included In price) was quite nice. Rooms are rather small but its worth taking into consideration its price.

Good stuff. They are trying to help you with all your questions. It’s perfect. Reception works 24h. Nice lounge zone.

Breakfast was very good and there were many options. WC and bathroom were clean. The location was good and near to public transport.

Lounge area with garden. Breakfast area very nicely decorated. Breakfast (8 € per person) very complete and with good variety.

The night shift staff spoke very poor English and German. I booked for two nights but was told to change a room after first night. It was very strange because the 2nd room was exactly the same. I had no time in the morning to wait until the room for the 2nd night was ready. When I came back in the evening my belongings were gone. I couldn’t get any information because the guy in reception didn’t speak any language.

The breakfast was very nice. Reception was very helpful.Bathroom was clean with good stuff.

Perfect location. Quiet and lovely place, very clean hotel. Nice breakfast and of course – such pleasant personnel!! A really great hotel to stay in Istanbul.

It`s a cheap and totally acceptable hotel with acceptable breakfast. Its location is acceptable and very closed to Train.

the hotel was good. the breakfast worth its money. the room was very clean. air condition can help. shower was very narrow and not comfortable.

Great location, friendly small hotel, would stay there again. Near dual carriageway bit noise was not a problem.

Close to S-Bahn and U-Bahn as well as to different eateries. Room service (cleaning) was good, room was clean and the bed comfortable. Free parking is available directly in front of the hotel or under the S-Bahn bridge, so you can save 10 EUR per night on the hotel parking.

Location,near underground, staff, all great and breakfast is amazing.

The bed is so comfortable even the sofa bed for the kids

excellent rooms, food and children’s play area.

Modern hotel with all the expected facilities. The location is on an island in the Spree river, the north end of which is known as Museum island. Easy walking distance to most historic attractions in Berlin. It is a two minute walk to Nikolaiviertel and 5 minutes further to Alexanderplatz. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in the area.

The many seeds and DiY waffles at breakfast, the bar, the bike rental (really handy)and the kiddy space on the ground floor!

Very good sound insulation, good location close to all the transport links and in walking distance from all the sightseeing objects. Extremely polite and welcoming staff.

We liked the staff, the facilities, the restaurant and the location and would like to stay there again.

Good for youngsters, more like a hostel but with attached bathroom. Basic room to sleep in and move o.

the room was clean, if you need it they would change the towels every day. the breakfast was very good, it had a good selection

Even though it isn’t in the center of town it was good value for money, is in a lovely old building and had good parking. There is a great Mexican restaurant nearby.

This place is ok for the overnight stay near an airport, or if you are a traveller or family on a budget. Nothing wrong with cleanliness. It has a good selection of TV channels, comfortable beds and a great breakfast. There are also vending machines which is useful. Could be noisy as the long corridors can echo. They lent me a hairdryer and an iphone charger. The internet didn’t seem to work after paying 5 Euros, but I didn’t pursue it because I was flying back to Australia the next day and just wanted to rest before travelling. The location for tourist stuff isn’t great. It is in a quite industrial area. There is a bus from the airport that takes you near the property, and then is a 7 minute walk. A taxi costs about 18 euros.

Location is nearby motorway, so if you’re traveling by car this is ideal cheap hotel.

Good breakfast. Comfortable bed. Relatively close to U-Bahn.

Good location, bathrooms need a bit of work (paint and plaster falling off the walls). My room had a wooden floor that continued thru the other rooms so whenever someone jumped out of a bed I could hear it clearly. Not worth 42 dollars per night. Staff could have been friendlier

perfect place, 100 m to buses/ underground U-Bahn direct to the airport (SXL) – (BER) nearby a lot of restaurants, pubs, bars/nightlife. Close to the B.-Charlottenburg shopping destination: Wilmersdorfer Strasse City Hotel is a perfect place for students groups on excursion in Berlin – perfect location – cheap – 3 – 4 bed rooms, breakfast buffet.

Not much to complain about. You get what you pay for. Bit old-fashioned room, but still charming.

location, the hotel has a potential but rooms we were in were far from the pictures, one has to make sure to stay in the renovated part of the hotel.

The location was perfect and close to everything .. transportation, food venues, shopping outlets .. etc
