Clean and comfortable room, very helpful staff and a superb location for exploring Berlin for a week.

The front desk is awesome, they were up at 1 am when we checked into the hotel and were nice, polite and welcoming. The breakfast is great and service good. The sauna was excellent for a nominal fee of 5 euro. The location is very nice, close to some nice restaurants and the morning markets. It was close to Alexander platz but far enough to avoid the crowds.

Perfect location – easy access to buses, trams, U-Bahn, S-Bahn . Close to many restaurants , walking distance from museum island , Hackeschrmarkt. Nice room .

Great location, nice employees super clean. The room is big and comfortable. The bath is medium size and very handy. The water stream in the shower was perfect-always has hot watet.

Fantastic place to stay in Berlin. The location is superb, within walking distance from the Museum Island and Alexanderplatz. One is absolutely spoilt for choice of restaurants nearby. There is a supermarket, a pharmacy and a healthfood shop nearby. Excellent public transportation links. My room had a view of the TV tower and was very clean and quiet at night. I would most definitely book this hotel again.

Large clean rooms on a perfect location. Very quiet even though we were just next to all kinds of public transportation.

The room was kind of small, could not open all the bathroom door as the bed would not allow it. No coffee-tea maker and no room service so you are on your own at night if you want to have a tea before going to sleep. Simple breakfast that is more like from a 3 star hotel. Terrible pillows. Very good location. One fewer star and USD20 less in the bill would make this hotel more correct.

The location was walking distance to tram/train. There was a lot of choices for restaurants/patisserie etc. It was about 1 km from the Berlin Wall exhibits.

Very flexible host – arrived at 1.00 am and my host was present! Very much appreciated.

We stayed at the apartment on Lychener Str in Prenzlauer Berg as we know that area well and can highly recommend it for lots of good bars and restaurants all within a few mins walking distance. Also close to a big supermarket (Rewe) and Berlin on a Bike tours which we would also recommend. Stefan was great as our flight was delayed and he came to the apartment later than our original time (which was just out of hours) to let us in. The apartment itself is great with two big rooms and lots of space. Fully equipped kitchen with all that you need to cook a meal at home. Good wifi too. Easy to get to on public transport with the Eberswalder Str u-Bahn station only a few mins walk away.

Easy to reach from the airport (train + 1 metro stop), pleasant neighborhood full of restaurants, cafés, nice squares, shops, cultural events. Our apartment was a large and very quiet one, on the ground floor, with a separate bedroom, bathroom and kitchen-living room. The apartment obviously has been completely renovated very recently (including double glass windows). The place is modern and decorated with taste. The whole place is super clean. The kitchen has all the basics needed (fridge, micro wave, two burner electric cooktops, filter coffee machine, toaster) and even has a small dish washer. The bathroom is modern and large (you get two large towels and a small one for a week). The bedroom itself is spacious, there is enough space for your clothes, the bed is absolutely perfect. You’ll also find a hair dryer and a small iron. Stefan is an efficient, no nonsense, kind host.

The bedrooms were comfortable, quiet and very clean. Easy to get to/ from with U bahn station outside the door.

The suite we had for myself, daughter and friend was huge, spotless and very modern.

Cosy environment with helpful staff, only 20 steps from underground station and few stations to all sightseeing spot, I made a good choice!

Very clean. There is an iron and ironing board in the room already if you like to iron your clothes.

The staff was friendly and the beds were comfortable.

The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was very good, a nice selection of continental options. The snacks in the downstairs bar are tasty.

-its location is not far from the train station. -the room is big, clean, and well organized. the beds were comfy. -the toilet was clean with enough soap. -the breakfast was great, with convenient amount of varieties.

The packed lunch you could order was fantastic. Rooms at the back are quiet overlooking the cemetery. The breakfast room was light and bright.

Hotel was clean and tidy, staff extremely helpful even ordering us Chinese when we didn’t want to hunt down food (our translating skills weren’t great), complimentary toothbrush when I couldn’t find mine. Bed comfy and bathroom perfectly good.

The room is small but very efficient I liked the soft bed. No outdoor noises despite the freeway nearby. Bathroom is well spaced.

Very nice stay in hotel. Room was very clean and well prepared to my arrival with 9-months baby. It’s located not in center of Berlin, but about 10 minutes walk to underground station. It’s even possible to go to the center on foot (for example to Zoo-about 40-50 minutes walk). If you go to Berlin by car-this hotel is very good for you (hotel parking costs 5 Euro per day, near is big free parking, but you must have “Umwelt” stamp). My room was quiet and staff was very pleasant and helpful.

We liked how homey the room was. The restaurant was great.1

The location, one bus ride from the airport. Right on the river, great view of the river and all the boats from our room. Another bus then to the center of Berlin. The weather was great as well.

Very clean room with tea and coffee making facilities and free coffee to go at reception.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The bar & lounge area was simple but comfortable. The en suite room was large, clean & comfortable. There was English language tourist info in the hotel room including Where magazine (www.wheretraveler.com). The area was quiet. The hotel was right next to the waterfront harbour with its pleasure boats; just over the bridge from Köpenick’s old town.

Our host supplied us with precise directions which led us directly to the property from Garibaldi Station and was always available via WhatsApp. Raffaele’s mother gave us a warm welcome when we arrived and kindly made us coffee. Once our host arrived we again received a warm welcome and went the extra mile and arranged to do some laundry for us. The apartment is absolutely immaculate with every amenity. There’s a post office, supermarket, clothes shop and hairdresser all within a few steps of the entrance with a great wine merchant around the corner on the way to Garibaldi Station. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this to all our friends. Gratzie mille Raffaele.

Nice place. The area is full of restaurants and picturesque bars and coffee shops, but it is a very quiet area. It is very easy to find the hotel. It is possible to book a parking place at the hotel’s garage for 10,00 euro per day. The rooms are clean, tall, giving the feeling of space. Beds are very comfortable. We slept very well. It was very quiet even though the windows you can see the train station. Wi-fi conections is good. Breakfast ok. Staff at the reception ok.

Fantastic location opposite S line to airport and City Cube conference location. nicest hotel in Charlottenburg. Even when it turned out I had made a mistake with the last night of booking they were very helpful

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also very clean with all amenities included. The property is very close to a subway station and is served with many bus lines and shops. The staff was nice and we were allowed to store our bags in the locker for free after the checkout. It is a great value for money, my next stay in Berlin will be there certainly.

The room was very clean and the cleaning staff were fantastic. The mini-fridge and the room fan made a big difference.

The hotel is located on Kaiserdam few hundred meters away from Metro station. The staff persons are professional and helpful. Wi-fi is not so good. Parking is a bit expensive. It is possible to park on the street if you succeed to find a place. Rooms are clean and sleep quality is okay.

Close to subway that gets you to central destinations pretty quickly. Some supermarkets and restaurants close by, nothing special but sufficient. Room not fancy but fairly spacious and well equipped. Overall nice value for money – the single room cost me less than some of the hostel rooms in the center.
