The staff were great. The riad is clean and comfortable in a great location.

The commonroom was very nice and the location of the Hostel great.

Stunning hotel, pristinely clean and all details considered. Roof top pool is amazing and the service is friendly and efficient both on the front desk and throughout the hotel. Received a complimentary upgrade to the next level room and I was able to check in early at 10am and have a late check out of 2pm due to a late flight. Close to Garibaldi station to go straight to the airport and nearby to other local attractions and eating places. Would definitely stay here again.

Location is great. Easy to find, and with shops and restaurants in vicinity. The apt was large and comfortable, the staff helpful. We often stayed in Santiago, and this is the best value for money we ever found.

Breakfast was divine – Dana was prepared to do anything, it seemed. And the setting was wonderful, complete with animals to entertain us. The room was comfortable and private; having the pool meant we could relax during the day if we wanted. And Dana’s access to the beach through the Reef Resort made it absolute heaven. We will stay here again if we go back to Playa and will recommend Dana to everyone!

The staff were extremely helpful and the room had a great layout.

Gorgeous swimming pool (infinity pool!) Nice beds around the pool to relax and perfect view. Luxe room with perfect bed, balcony and beatiful bathroom with bath and shower.

That hostel was one of the best hostel that I have ever stayed. The room was pretty clean and cute. Staff helped us very much. They suggested us about places where we can visit or eat something. When we were going out, we wanted from them to change our sheets, than when we returned to hostel they had already changed our sheets, also they had cleaned our room and bathroom. In short, if you are going to Lviv and you are looking for a place to stay, this is the place that you shoul stay. Because, if I go to Lviv again, I absolutely stay in this hostel.

Location to main market square good. All tours were arranged by property personnel and we’re collected right outside

The families were very good especially the robes the the room and the slippers The rug however needed to be shampooed or replaced. The bathroom was modern with a great shower and the beds perfect. The hotel is centrally located but not in the center of Paris.

Rooms are very spacious and feel luxury given the price. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom is nice as well. I have stayed in both the 2-person and 5/6-person room. Both were great, and big enough for the group. I can recommend both.

The hotel staff were really nice. Especially the hotel pickups. I definitely recommend using the hotel drivers for a pick up from the airport instead of getting a taxi. It costs 7 euro from the airport to the hotel. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean and well designed. The hotel itself is not located anywhere amazing, but its close to the centre with a taxi (8 min drive). We realized that if you want a decent hotel in Sarajevo you will need to stay a bit away from the centre

Helpfull staff and issues were addressed immediately (broken airco repaired). Location close to busy street, but quite in a backstreet. The accomodation was real nice.

Stuff was helpful. The room was large (in fact appartment) and cosy, wifi connection reliable. Although parking is not possible directly in the hotel, the stuff fetches car to the nearby garage by themselves.

The room was comfortable with lots of closet space. Common areas were quite beautiful. Everyone at the hotel was very nice. Even though our room was not ready when we arrived in the afternoon, they made us feel at home in the music room and we were able to order drinks. Loved the canary singing in the music room. Room was pretty soundproof. Liked having a small balcony and could open the doors in both the bedroom and bathroom.

We had a great view of the Lagoon from our room. (A2) It was easy to find and get to -- not a lot of walking with luggage along narrow canals since it was located on the Grand Canal waterfront near the Arsenale vaporetto stop. Celebrated a birthday whilst staying at the hotel and the staff surprised me with a bottle of wine and a card in our room. A lovely gesture and very much appreciated.

Very clean and incredibly comfortable. No problems at all with our stay, it was excellent.

Location very close to the Farringdon station to move around & conveniently to a number of restaurants & grocery stores

We like that the location was close to Las Ramblas. The staff were helpful. Our room was small, but very comfortable. The daily breakfasts were very good.

We were 7 people (6 adults and 1 child) and rented two rooms. Everything was clean and tidy. Reception is about few minutes from this place, but it’s OK. Big "Plus" is that you can be understood speeking in english here Thank you!

It was up to my expectations no negative surprises

I was pleased that their queen sized bed had a single mattress, instead of the usual Euro-divided mattress. In the included breakfast: the coffee was good and strong; soft boiled eggs were only a little over cooked; and the wheat toast was a welcome surprise; but the breakfast sausages were essentially hot dogs … without mustard.

Very lovely place to stay. Super clean, good selection of materials to renovate the old house, well managed, attentive host. Highly recommended
