Comfortable property in a good location. So much in the area with intriguing streets.

Room booked for TWO ADULTS with private bathroom Was shown room with 1x Queen bed. I had particularly detailed myself 78 and my Daughter 55 years of age. That should have alerted two beds were required . I should have been notified my requirements could not be met. Disappointing! Result being we were changed to a room with 2 beds (good)…But needed to share bathroom (not good). Obviously Helen (Manager) wanted least possible contact with guests! Set up that way. Breakfast options appalling! We left and bought breakfast elsewhere. To cap it all off I should only have paid less than the $128., I did pay. House is old, bathroom could do with an update, to be clean.
