The staff were extremely friendly and always took their time to play with our toddler. Free Wifi was very fast. Buffet breakfast had a very big selection.

Apartment size, great safe location, nice kitchen, good value, bathroom spacious all around a pretty good place to stay.

Overall all was good i wish i could found an apartment in the main Complex, cause when i choose this apartment i thought that all are in the same place, it was not so clear for me that each one has an address specialty that i was with kids, and need public and easy transport, thanks to "Uber" that solve a big problem.

Everything was wonderfull, the shuttle from the airport been there on time, the apartment was huge and well decorated. The hotel is very close to the San Pietro. The location is perfect. The hotel is OK. Btw the brioche (croissant was excellent). The staff was helpful and friendly.

The staff was amazing. Talking in English and always with a smile. The room was really comfortable and the bathroom experience was really nice. Looking forward to go back.

The hotel is a modern design with clear rooms including everything that a holidaying couple need to enjoy. Our room was a modern style with a good size circular bathtub that was a pleasure to enjoy after walking around Beijing the whole day. The staff (although some of them with limited English) are gently always keen to make an effort to accommodate customer needs. The minibar is free and we were indulge with a free dessert daily, a nice surprise. In summary a great option to consider when looking at to visit Beijing being a walking distance of Forbidden City & Tienanmen Square

Babis greeted me with a huge "Welcome" and handed me the keys. The garden was well kept and flat was split level with mezzanine bedroom. It was modern, clean and homely. I had fresh fruit, juice , water , coffee and french toast. It was a lovely quiet and peaceful suburb. It was in a great location, 2 mins walk to the metro and 20 mins from the airport and 20 mins into the city…away from the hussle and bussle! Babis was even kind enough to give me a lift into town ! Highly recommended!

Missed the bacon but breakfast was excellent……the neighborhood is peaceful yet close to everything except when the canal boats are cruising by late at night. We just closed the windows. Nice rooms and very friendly staff! Hostel is at walking distance from city center and subway station.

The French Patisserie cafe is excellent, with delicious breakfast options and good coffee. In our room there were only 2 English breakfast teabags provided, although they did bring more when requested. Also we had a coffee machine in our room last time we stayed, requested one, were told they would find one for us but it never arrived! There was a coffee plunger but no coffee to go in it! Not my first preference anyway!! The bed is very comfortable with excellent quality bed linen. The staff are helpful and do try to fulfil the advertised promises and generally give excellent service.

The cost was a great deal the location was great. access to tramway was across the street bring you straight to metro many busses many convienince stores open until 2 am and more. perfect for the traveler who is on the go

The location of the apartment was central to all that you need to see and experience in Zagreb. Taxi rank was conveniently located [for transfer to the airport] 100 yds at the end of the square.

First time in Prague, being allocated to the Executive Floor was a welcome bonus

We really appreciated that in the apartment there were coffee, tea, etc, which made it very easy for us. There was also a nice view from the balcony and the owner was very nice and helpful.

The guesthouse is located in a really nice area of the city with a number of restaurants, one bus terminal, a park and tourist attractions within walking distance. The woman who welcomed us was very friendly, she didn’t speak much English, but this didn’t cause us much of a problem. Our room was small, cosy and nicely decorated. The shared bathrooms were always clean.

The staff was decent and the beds were comfortable. It was in a great location. Bathrooms were clean, and there were free soap.

Nice, complete rooms in a quiet and relaxt place. Fresh water in the fridge and facilities for making tea. Nice helpfull and interested hosts!

The hotels and homestays on Bali can be tricky sometimes. You expect one thing and get totally different one. When we booked a room at CRTris, we had stayed at 5 other place(bungalows, 5 start hotel,resort and a few more simple hotels) on Bali before that, this was going to be our last room before going back home. We have seen a lot, and did not expect to get a super fancy room, just wanted a relatively clean and affordable place to stay for the last few nights. We were positively surprised with everything what CRTris had to offer us: cleanness, no bad smells, super comfy bed, very clean kitchen, the hosts are very sweet hearted, great location (the beach is a bit further away, but can be reached by uber for abor 1,5 euro). If I ever come to Semenyak again, I definitely will stay there. No need to pay for expensive hotels and resorts if you get the same or even better quality at CRTris.Highly recommended!

The apartment itself is fantastic. Everything is new or relatively new and it is nicely decorated. The shower is fantastic and the bed is comfortable. There is lovely pizza place right around the corner and a nice cafe, too.

The location was what I was looking for, close to the IKEA and the staff was friendly.

The bed was comfortable, the staff very attentive, the hotel has a great location.

Good location, as in being central, I called the property before and they told me where to park the car prior to arriving. The staff were very helpful in assisting us to get the adapter for the plugs to fit and work.

Location was perfect for in the jewish quarter .Polin and Umschlag platz were 500 m away .beautiful area with wonderful shops and resturants .Tram and the underground were also near .Access to the centrum was easy .its a quiet resudential area .lots of parks and green areas.

Friendly staff. Helpful concierge. Early check-in was very welcome after long trip from the US.

So what I can say about accommodation into the hotel. First of all, 7/11 is opposite the hotel, it means you can have lunch at any time There is a long walking street every morning on a working week near the hotel. You have to a breakfast in thai style Besides, if you is in business trip, then you can get to some administration buildings within 10-30min and there are subway stations in 5 min from the hotel. There are cooler with hot water, coffee, tea and microwave oven into the hotel. The hotel quite quiet :), clean and fresh.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Convenient location – close to trains, shopping malls, cafes.

Room was spacious and had a small balcony overlooking the main street which was nice to sit out with a beer. Also, couldn’t hear any noise from the street with the balcony door closed. Staff were wonderful, so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Location was amazing and located opposite to a really good restaurant (No.1 on Trip Advisor)

Bathrooms here are always meticulously clean. The staff are very pleasant and helpful.

I honestly only liked the seeer receptionist. So I felt bad to tell her that the hotel is dirty

The staff was nice and at very least straightforward.

The bed was very confortable. There was the possibility to prepare tea and coffee in the room. We appreciated the "living room" area of the room including a sofa and a coffee table.
