Young enthusiastic staff leaded by experienced higly professional managers were friendly all the time and answering promptly all requests and ensuring my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Excellent choice of food from traditional recipes to international menu choice and option for additional requests since I m strict vegetarian. Well connected with city center located in area which is growing fast with new shopping mall opening soon.

The staff was very helpful. One gentleman when out of his way to help us with our luggage and pets as we were loading the car. Very polite and professional.

I can definitely see the appeal of this place if you’re a solo traveller. We were a couple and it was fine, except the double bed is only accessible on 1 side, which can be tricky. We booked this as we travelled with my sister who was on her own. Initially we were freaked out by the ‘shared bathroom’ situation, but actually it was great. Really good showers, and never had to wait. I saw 2 other people the whole time we were there, who made a quick cup of tea and scurried back. Not noisy, very clean and great location.

The cleanliness plus the Buffet Breakfast was amazing!!!!

The staff were very helpful as the ‘check-in’ location is separate to the hotel itself. They physically walked us there to show us the room and helped numerous times to carry our heavy luggage up and down stairs. The location of the hotel is in the heart of Venice.

The room was really nice, the bed comfortable, the shower and everything really clean. A nice room all in all.

Property on a quiet beach. Food is great. Staff are great. Excellent place to relax, and not far from Rodadero Beach or Santa Marta.

The staff at reception who did the checkin was very welcoming. The first impression gave a full satisfaction and happy to stay in the hotel. Very clean and worth for the price. Would be better if they could extend the pool timing atleast till 8 or 9pm. Overall good and will definitely recommend the hotel to anyone.

Lovely apartment, felt secure and safe and was very clean and modern. All you could need in an apartment. Great location- just a 5 min walk to the main square and a shop just around the corner. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was huge, spacious, clean, bright, and felt way satisfying for the amount of money they asked for it. Pieces of furniture such as chair at the small laptop desk and the table and chairs at the windows and the window curtains were a nice pick, more kind of design furniture. Wifi was flawless and strong in the room. Location has plenty eat-out options, a complete dining street abt 200 meters away, also 7-eleven and other 0-24 stores can find there.

Very convenient overnight stop right across the street from the Atocha train station in Madrid. Small rooms but very clean with very friendly staff. A great value!

Lovely hotel in quiet location away from Tokyo station which can be walked in 30 mins. Overlooks the Imperial Palace gardens and the views from the rooms are lovely. Accommodation is excellent

We arrived to early. When I told the receptionist that my girlfriend was ill, they gave us a familyroom for several hours whitout charging us. That was high class. I appreciate this customer service and will come again.

Good kitchenette that is extremely well-equipped – enjoyed that very very much, lots of heaters around to keep us warm. Large room with lots of space. Clean.

The property overall is great. Very spacious and clean

Location is so close to Khaosan road (just 50meter). And also near to food area. and facilities are all new. Cool air conditioning, hot water.

The owner of the Rosella, was delightful. By the end of the three days, we felt like family. She gave us lots of information and advice about the city. We also loved the open kitchen where we could make a cup of coffee or tea and have a biscuit whenever we liked. Location was very handy.

The reception staff is very friendly and the room is very spacious and comfortable. And there is hot water in the shower!!

It was located in a good place and we glad they had Adapters for sockets in the hotel. there was a nice change near the hotel and the room had pretty design. The Staff was also very nice!

The staff really went above and beyond for you. Tea and biscuits in the afternoon, and so helpful with anything else you needed. The hotel itself was also excellent – such a lovely rooms. Will definitely be back!

Reception made a fuss because I did not have my passport with me. No, it’s in my safe. Do British people carry their passport with them in Britain? No. I live in Greece so I don’t carry my passport to travel locally. I had to pay up front before the keys were handed over. The location was stunning, the apartment perfect. No view, no hairdryer and a bit noisy if you wanted fresh air. A roof top bar with music etc. Excellent. The Acropolis is a stone’s throw and good food places everywhere. Lovely buzz. Suited me down to the ground.

The room was beautiful. The staff were excellent and very helpful and friendly. In an excellent location and was easy to find. The breakfast was excellent.

We generally tend to pick a hotel that’s close to the airport for convenience and I must say this was the right choice. Extremely polite staff who make you feel like home.Enjoyed the morning breakfast and Ramesh in the Restaurant made sure it was surved hot and fresh. The room was very spacious with a comfortable Big bed. Would love to be back and definitely impressed by thier service and hospitality. Keep up the good work.

The massage my partner and I got have been the best we have ever had, deffenally recommend.

All of the staffs didn’t smile. Very poor service. The way of staffs attitudes are impolite. No bathrobe and slipper in the room. The first night they forgot to put free water in the room.

The place is very quiet, in a good area, close to garden, plaza mall and several restaurants and banks. The hotel is very neat and the breakfast is very delicious.

Excellent staff- couldnt be more helpful. However the food was very good and the staff were lovely when we did ask.

everything, from the super helpful staff to the fantastic room and facilities.the hotel was definatly 5 star, it was very grand. the executive club was amazing. the location next to the tube made travel into the city centre so easy.

The apartaments are about 20-25 minutes from Espanya plaza on foot, or 2 stops by metro and then about 5 minutes on foot. The apartaments were really clean and fully equiped starting from kitchen (fridge, coffee machine, oven, various dishes ( that were actually new) finishing with bathroom ( towels, hair dryer, toilet paper). There were 2 bathrooms, that was really comfortable for our 6 persons group. There apartaments are quite new and very comfortable for a group or big family- 3 separate bedrooms and separate kitchen together with sitting- room Nice fully equiped terrace. There were WI-FI and TV. The apartaments are not far from central streets where plenty of shops and restaurants are. Not far from apartaments is food market. The food shop is not far from the apartaments too and there is bakery ( for morning fresh pastries) just some steps from apartaments. The hostess was very organised and helpfull. We enjoyed beeing in Tenor apartaments.

Great ryokan, very nice interior design of the ryokan and the rooms. Location was pretty good, very close to the center of the city and near some impressive temples. Staff was nice and we were allowed to drop our bagage a day earlier, which was excellent.

The location was really central, however these are random apartments in Belgrade, so the one they assign to you may not be that convenient. I have to thank Bojan here, the very positive guy who was asked to bring the keys to us, he is a very pleasant person. I had booked a motorcycle parking with the company and despite this being unavailable (YET CHARGED!) Bojan helped me park in the closed parking of their reception

This property was in a lovely location so quiet and peaceful at night. Staff were lovely and rooms were cleaned everyday. Room were lovely .Bed was very comfy bathroom was small but very nice and clean It was about a 15 min walking distance to the back of central station the ferry will take u across the canal or u can get the bus outside the hotel

very Good service, wonderful rooms. I forgot a bag when I left for Amalfi and was kept at reception for pickup a couple of days later. Good restaurant recommendations.

It was an interesting place and our host, Nik was delightful. He is also the Priest at the beautiful little church across the road. It’s a charming country location. Lovely views and outdoor dining spaces, plus a refrigerator that guests can use. I highly recommend it. Wifi was also good!

The staffs are friendly and helpful. The room is a bit small if you book for Small Double Bed for 2 people. You can see Kyoto tower from room. The bus station is all around hotel with a short walk, less than 5 mins.

Everything at Antica casa Coppo was wonderful. It is a small hotel. The area is quiet but close to all the sights. Breakfast was good, meats, cheese, lovely rolls and croissants. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had to leave the hotel early on the day of departure so the receptionist kindly left a thermos flask of hot water and teas in our room. the lady preparing breakfasts made up some rolls for us. I would highly recommend this hotel and if I go back to Venice would stay here again.

It was exactly what I expect a hostel to be! A place to sleep and eat. Friendly guests and staff. Clean sheets and a pillow.

Great location and very quiet. The apartment was roomy. I loved being able to sleep with the windows open without it being too noisy from the trams and traffic. The kitchen was functional and the showers were good. The beds were comfortable too.

The Palace is very central within a short walk of the Kalemegdan gardens where you should watch the sun set over the Sava before a meal in one of the many nearby restaurants, sitting on the pedestrianised streets if it is warm enough. Breakfast was extensive with many young waiters and waitresses on hand and able to speak English should you need assistance. A good sized room so I was able to do my exercises without hitting anything.

From the moment we arrived we were made feel important. Our accommodation was amazing , the view superb and the staff were perfect. Our meal in the altitude room was exceptional. We couldn’t fault one thing. Thank you , we will visit again.

Shared a private room with my friend which was amazing – comfy bed linen, room cleaned, shampoo etc, TV, towels all included. Our other friend was in a dorm and didn’t have any of that included and said it was really noisy so stayed in our room. No problem for us at all, but maybe not so good in a dorm.

The location of the hotel is very close to San Marco square and is very convenient for someone who wants to be close to the Venice’s centre. The room was cleaned daily and towels were replaced from new ones. The room was big and comfortable. A fair value-for-money option, if you consider that most hotels can charge you more the 150 Euros/night.

the location was very close to the night and ben thanh market.. for muslim you can get halal food(selera kampung,halal amin,hajah bashiroh) at malaysian street near the night market infront of the saigon pink 2 hotel. this is my second time stay in this hotel.. its very recommended..

The staff was so kind and drove us with a car to the nearby flea market and also helped us with all kinds of things!

the place was really quite even i got ground floor room but still there was no noise at all, water heater was working really good which isn’t usual in these urban places.
