Very nice hotel. Easy to find and close to the city center. I really liked their pancakes))

Bee and the rest of the staff were so friendly and welcoming! She even took me and a couple other solo travelers to the Saturday night market. I would definitely recommend staying at the Cloud Hotel, especially if you are a solo traveler.

The is one of my favourite hotels in Budapest – not one of these awful anonymous factory like chain hotels.

The location is perfect, the stuff really friendly and the place was clean

The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were cleaned to a high standard. The air conditioning worked and the square itself was quiet enough so as to not be a disturbance at night/in the morning. The hotel is well located to get to areas of interest quickly and easily while being far enough outside of the typically touristy areas to be a bit more relaxed.

A three-bedroom apt just for me with a kitchen and washing machine – I was in heaven. Freshly painted with new Ikea furniture – some with the tags from the store still on them. Comfortable bed, good pillows. Full kitchen. Lots of space. Quiet. Good WiFi.

Staff is very friendly. Location is good. There is a restaurant on the first floor is very convenience.

Perfect location for U and S stations. Plenty of shops, bars and restaurants near by. Hotel included breakfast which was fine. Room was very warm.

All are very welcoming Using translate app. One girl spoke English and was very helpfull, wrote every destination for us in Chinese, figured out all the public transport. A big quiet twin room,daily new towles and free toileteries. Very convenient location to take bus,subway. Shops and good cheap restaurants nearby. A very good price quality.

Very close to metro station, polite staff, clean hotel and good breakfast.

The property is in a good location for exploring Kyiv and is equipped with a comfy bed, powerful shower and jacuzzi. A definite plus is the air conditioning, which was a godsend on hot, muggy nights. The property is also set back from the main road, so the level of noise is very minimal, ensuring a good night’s rest. Staff are pleasant and helpful and daily visits from the maid are conducted to maintain hygiene in the apartment.

very comfortable hotel, very friendly and positive personel, price is very good for such kind of comfort and location, we highly recommend this hotel, as we travel a lot to Istambul and we stayed in a lot of hotels in Taksim and Shishhane region, but this hotel is the best option in terms of price and quality. Taksim is in 5 minutes from hotel, very safe location, laundry is in fron of the lobby. Rooms are clean and big enough.

The staff are very friendly They clean the room and facilities very well. You get free drinks in the larger fridge that is in the room. The location is not too far away from the city centre, only 9 mins.

Breakfast was good and the waffles were excellent. Room was a good size and beds were comfortable. Location in town was extremely central.

We stayed at Gamir’s place. Both Gamir and Tamara was extremely helpful. Room was perfectly cleaned and bed was comfortable. Anytime we visit Amsterdam again, we would love to stay at House of Beams.

The shower in the bathroom is wonderful, the room in general is of an excellent order!

Welcoming staff and owners. Great downstairs common area and decent and plentiful breakfast. The roof Terrance would be nice but maintenance work at the time prevent us from utilising this space more. The location is great with plenty of places to eat and drink a stones throw away.

Very close to Gare Montparnasse. We were able to check in early.

The room size is really comfortable for 3 persons to stay together. It’s really clean, friendly & helpful staffs.

By far, the most exceptional thing about the hotel is the staff, their profficiency and extreeme kindness and helpfulness. We had the most incredible stay at Riad Alili with Christophe, Yosef, Hassan, Fatima and Saeda! Their attention to detail meant our visit to Marrakech was perfect! From getting a tour of the souks with Christophe and his family when we arrived, meeting the locals and getting great advice where to buy various souvenirs (and what prices we should shoot for) to the amazing breakfasts and dinners at the Riad – I cannot recommend Riad Alili more highly! The rooms were immaculate, the air conditioning worked perfectly, the wifi throughout the Riad was good, the location was excellent and right in the heart of the medina, the roof top terrace was beautiful to relax on at night, and we were even given a cellphone by the Riad in case we got lost in the maze of souks while exploring. Stay at Riad Alili and I guarantee you will have an incredible experience.

This place is just marvellous. It is more than just an hotel room, it is actually a small/medium size apartment. Very luxurious, comfortable, convenient and close to Verona’s main attractions. It has a kitchenette with all the household appliances needed, and a dinning table. Breakfast is included meaning, that you have available, bread, milk in the fridge, drinking water and enough stuff to make/have your own breakfast at any time. The owner is a very nice lady, only speaks Italian, but still can communicate and understand all the ‘procedures’ (access and parking). The parking is included in the room rate, even though is a 5 minutes walk from the apartment, but very very convenient. You save the 18 euros that cost the 24hr parking. The best of all was the welcome "cocktail", it was an actually white wine bottle which we really enjoyed very much. There is a Wii console available, which the kids can enjoy very much.

Good selection at breakfast. Easy wifi and free. Comfortable bed and fantastic location.

Wow! We couldn’t have asked for anything better. What a super awesome spot in a great location with super awesome hosts. It was a wonderful place to land and start our trip across Portugal. The hosts had lots of helpful suggestions for us including where to shop, what attractions to check out and where to eat. We felt taking care of. The guest phone with pre-loaded apps was really terrific. By far the best place we stay during our trip across the country.

Staff was very nice and helpfull, premises very clean and definately more gorgeous than in photos. Food suited us very well as well (you must try dragoon bowl if you come here but overall note that there is no meat in meniu) while the masseuse Ketut made the stay even more better. Great atmosfhere within the premises, will definately come back if staying in Ubud.

We had a very pleasant stay here. The rooms and facilities are very clean, nice rooftop, relaxed vibe.

This was such a quirky little property and well located. The staff were exceptional: really friendly and helpful (they packed us up a breakfast the morning we left otherwise we’d having missed the serving) It’s quite a compact area for breakfast but food was always freshly prepared. A plus having the coffee available 24/7 Our room (room 5) was smaller than the other rooms but as we were out all day and only fell asleep and showered there it was absolutely fine. Despite the small room there was loads of wardrobe space for clothes and for cases. I’d recommend staying here and I would come back.

Cheaper than other hotels around for a private room

Photos match reality. Close to city center, only 2 minutes walk to shopping. Good size of the apartment, and the balcony wiev is the best in Belgrade!!! The host Alexander was perfectly service minded. Next time I visit Belgrade I will absolutely book here again.

It was a lovely homestay experience. I was attracted to this place by the pool until I got there I realized the pool was at another hotel, even though it was just 5-min walk. Apart from that, everything was awesome. We stayed two days and the breakfast were not repeated! The staff cleaned our room in a way that completely blew my mind. I am super organized person and I was very impressed by their efforts.

The location and the view were amazing. Friendly staff.

Amazing location from this hotel in Florence. You are steps away from the river. Rooms were good size with comfortable beds. This site has a cool historical background in Florence and is not a modern hotel, but instead a nice step back in time with all the amenities. Wifi was good in this location and was no extra charge! There was a really amazing bell tower in the building you could have drinks on which gave a breathtaking view of Florence. Continental breakfast was included in room rate. It provided coffee, tea, pastries and fruit.

Location was great – right at the base of the Wawel Castle. The owner was very flexible for keys pickup/dropoff. Apartment itself was spacious and recently renovated. Very close to shopping and dining

The rooms are nice and very clean and the staff is extremely nice and helpful.

Aleksander is a great host, always aware to our needs, very responsive and with a constant smile. Big and refurbished room with a large and modern bathroom. Comfortable bed. Free Private parking and WIFI! Very clean and friendly staff. Near the city center: 15/20 min walk and with a lot of coffee shops and restaurants around. In a word PERFECT.
