Food was delitious and hommeid Hottel is very near to the airopot, u can be relaxed and don’t hav to think about long way travelling…

We have stayed in this hotel for the second time and are very happy with it. Rooms are clean and spacious, good sound insulation. Varied breakfast. It is easy to reach the hotel by metro, station is located in about 3 min walk.

Nice and very helpful staff. A little old fashion furniture which looks very nice. Clean room. Close to the centre, near Winter gardens and all other historical monuments. Lovely hotel to stay in. Although we had no breakfast, we used to have our first coffee of the day from the vending /coffee machine one can find in the lobby. Then we would buy freshly baked savouries just round the corner from the hotel. The tram, number 24, took us straight into the centre of Milan to the Duomo. The tram stops just round the corner of the hotel. The room was very comfortable with a little balcony overlooking a little courtyard and was very quite. Staff are very nice and accepted us for check in although we went much earlier than two in the afternoon. So we gained time for visiting Milan!

Neaelr to Beijing South Railway Station despite not much taxi drivers know about the place ".

Nice & large room, excellent beddings. Concierge very good recommendations. Relatively close from center, well connected via metro to main attraction, train station or airports.

Extra clean and modern accommodation. Our room was very large, and the staff were very helpful. The location is ok and there are buses not far away – the trains are a bit further (we walked a lot).

Spacious, well equipped and squeaky-clean apartment. Did not have any contact with the managers at all (did not need to), but their e-mail directions to find it were extremely detailed. They also had a very useful big poster in the living room with all possible info one might need (Wi-Fi passwords, tel. numbers, restaurants nearby etc): smart move! I wish all other hotels and apart-hotels did the same. Well situated in the heart of the business district, many nice restaurants around. The old town is a relaxed 20-min walk away.

We only had one short overnight stay in Rome. We arrived at the hotel around 6 pm and left the next morning at 7 am. While we were unable to enjoy the hotel fully, the public spaces and room were beautiful. The general manager personally came to greet us upon arrival. We will definitely choose Baglioni Hotel Regina for our next trip to Rome.

The staff is amazing!!! They are friendly and welcoming and Are willing to happily help you with anything!! They have a tour desk with a huge choice and prices no more than other places BUT you get picked up and dropped off at the hotel…no searching for the right place! Very Clean and comfortable!! Buffet breakfast with reasonable variety of hot and cold foods that were prepared well. They even opened the continental portion for us when we had an early departure. Close to metro…5-10 minute walk. Just a few minutes walk to all kinds of restaurants, shops and amenities! Free daily shuttle to one of the malls. We felt safe walking back and forth. Reasonable cab fare to and from the airport.

– Staffs were very nice and stand by 24 hrs. – The location is great, near Gare d’lest metro station just across the street. – There are many restaurants around the hotel. – wifi 👍🏻

The hotel was just what we needed; we were in town to attend a particular church and this was nearby. Beds were comfortable, room clean, breakfast delicious!

The staff were excellent, especially Florian in management and Darwin at the Concierge desk. All staff went out of their way to be welcoming and helpful. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and very clean.

The staff were extra polite and friendly The breakfast provided was pretty decent The lobby area had a very good ambiance We could walk to the Acropolis & National Gardens, Hadrian’s Arch, Ermou Street and Plaka – just about 2.5 km distance The receptionist arranged an excellent taxi driver who took us to the airport and again received us when we got back. He took us to see the temple of Poseidon on the return from the airport

Our room was relatively big and nicely furnished. The public bath (for women) is nice (also only one pool), quite new and clean. The bento box breakfast was good, also you can not choose: all three of us got the same, but a different one each day.

Good place, near the train station. Very clean. The bathroom is very good and I like the bathroom so much. Great bedroom.

Given the difficulties of communication (only chinese spoken) the lady in charge was able to provide a taxi to me in the morning to reach Hongqiao railway station.

The king-size bed was firm and comfortable. The location was awesome and the room was quiet.

We were drawn by the hotel’s location, in the heart of the old town. The staff was very professional; especially Magdalena Miska was helpful by proactively offering to book a driver from the airport to the hotel, which was much appreciated since we would arrive in Krakow late at night. Room 24 and its terrace were spacious and inviting, and since it faces the back of the hotel, we couldn’t hear any noise. Breakfast was really good. I think I counted 8-9 types of fruit being served; a nice surprise to start the day with.

The price of the room was great and the ease of checking in. Thank you for the free beer too upon arrival!

Courteous and helpful staff. Clean. Central Location. Underground metro station Manzoni just in the doorstep. One of the Omnia Card collection center, St. John in Lateran, is just a few hundred meters away.

I would recommend it with reservations. The images make the place look much more classy than it is.

the first room they gave us smelled very bad and was dusty ( very dirty ). the second room was better than the first one but still not what we wanted. room service was very poor after cleaning they did not replace the tissue boxes or towels. most of the staff were not polite.

The staff was very great, I was in Europe for two weeks and this location had the best staff. I was also thankful that on the day I checked out of the room I was able to leave my bags in the breakfast room until later that day when I went to the airport and everything was safe.

Staff too special, spaces for superrr kids.

The place was nice and cozy. The rooms although smalish, had a balcony to the courtyard and has everything necessary. Staff were excellent and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I would return there.

We only booked one night at this hotel as a place to sleep in between flights as it was good value. It was so much nicer than we were expecting. Great place to stay in the centre of Verona near the famous balcony of ‘Romeo, Romeo, why for art thou Romeo" fame. Funny arrangement for getting in. Reception on the second floor and often nobody there, so make sure you let them know when you expect to arrive in advance, especially if you are going to arrive late. I had a balcony but it overlooked the backs of other people’s rooms with balconies around a tiny square. The room was lovely. Very comfortable. I like using the public transport in Italy. It is exceptionally convenient and frequent and there are bus stops all over the place. Nearest one to this place is just down the road (nearest bus stop to most places in Verona is just down the road).

Rooms are very big and upper floors have good city view. Big swimming pool on garden are very nice.

The location of the apartment is very good right in the heart of the lively Trastevere, yet still quiet enough for a good sleep. Although we arrived after the reception closed, the access to our keys was very well organised. The staff was friendly and uncomplicated. There is a cafe/bistro with friendly staff just around the corner. Quite a few good restaurants are located in the surrounding. It is also possible to walk to the historical places if you have some time. The bus stop is very close and there is a tram stop in a few hundred meters. We enjoyed our stay in NL Trastevere.

The location of the hotel, a stone’s throw from the Rialto Bridge, is ideal…..dozens of restaurants nearby and Pizza San Marco an easy ten minute walk away. The interiors are classic Venetian….beautifully rich fabrics and colours. The bathroom was especially nice, spacious and luxurious. The staff couldn’t possibly be more welcoming and helpful.

Staff was so nice and I loved the quiet feel to the hotel compared to other places I’ve stayed in CM.

It was VERY VERY neat and comfortable space..not far from the subway. staff is friendly and make me smiling. It was a tired schedule, but in a quiet space a fluffy bed led me to sleep. I want to use it again if I have a chance. Thanx for your kindness.

Hosts were very nice. Given I had to return just for a night after left there 2 weeks ago, it was great that the hosts recognized me and quickly let me go rest and took me to the airport the next day. Felt very welcomed and taken care of.

Owner is good person. Came with maps and information booklets which helped to rome around and he gave info about nearest shops and their opening times.

Clean, modern, very spacious. Everything we needed.

The hotel is massive, huge rooms, very cool looking & old timey. Like something from American horror story.

The view from my window was the most beautiful one! We were in 5th floor so we could see the beautiful roofs!!!

Excellent in every way, except the parking that was recommended by the staff.

Very friendly host. Excellent location, in the middle of the old town. Comfortable room, good blindings, not a lot of noise comes in. Everything you need for little money, totally worth it!

Location was amazing – just steps from Jemaa al Fna square and easy to walk anywhere in the Medina. Omar, the owner, was incredible throughout my stay. He answered questions prior to my arrival in Marrakech and helped me arrange a shuttle from the airport. He also ensured that breakfast was to our liking every day and booked a reservation for us at a hammam, and he booked excursions for us to the beach in Essaouira. Fresh towels every day and great AC, which was necessary in the July heat. Reasonable price. Would definitely stay here again.

Bangkok Feliz is very good place to stay, I had stayed 3 nights! My 2 rooms are very nice, many useful thing available in room (washing machine, microwave, umbrella,…..) like stay at home ! swimming pool is so clean, I am feel safety, silent, Close to BTS station, Chao Phraya river, Especially, Bryan and his wife (Jinny) are very kind! Thank you so much ! I am satisfy with Bangkok Feliz ! I will be there again in the future!

Nice and clean room. There was a free direct shuttle service to the canton fair, which made it very convenient. Close to the metro.

My room was fine. The breakfast was very ok. The staff were very friendly and helpful particularly the lady (I think her name was Emel) at reception who dealt with my bill and called a taxi for me.

The bed was comfortable. Bathroom was very nice and spacious. The room was sound proof. Breakfast was very good.

Daan was great. Met us with a great welcome and the boat was amazing.
