The Rooms were awesome and the 3 Bedroom Apartment was totally comfortable for the 6 adults stay. The stay was great.

Location is great – close to the center (15 min walk), near very busy roads, good transportation hub by trams and buses, at the same time the apartment was quiet. The bed was OK. The windows had very useful blinds, all needed utensils were available. Host was very attentive and even came to see me and solve the problem when strangely an iron has caused a shot circuit The only problem was that when I arrived there was nobody at the apartment, but that was my fault – I should have informed them about my exact arrival time – it was not a big ado – the cleaning lady – Martina came in just 30 min and helped me to clean and get me in ASAP . There are good bakeries and Cafes nearby and little charming botanical garden. The value for the price was excellent

The location is excellent as you are right in the heart of Amsterdam

I have been to a number of great 5* hotels in Warsaw over the years but this is the best of all, hands down! Everything from the politeness of the knowledgeable staff to the quality of the facilities and the spaciousness of the luxurious apartment I had was simply impeccable. It is a straight 10, in my humble view.

New, clean, tidy hotel. Spacious rooms and comfty bed (I stayed in the female dorm). Toilets and showers get cleaned at least twice a day. Free shampoo, showergel & soap for guests use. Nice pantry for breakfast purpose, but also nice to chill and have a cup of tea in the afternoon/evening. Open for guests use all day. Breakfast included: enough options (fresh fruit, toast, jam, boiled egg, tea, buns) and staff is around to help out. Staff understand English and some also speak English quite well 👌 Slippers available on the first floor. Possibility to store your luggage locked away. After check-out you can easily store your backpack (very secure too) and even take a shower with no additional charge for the rent of a new towel. Good location: near the trainstation. Downstairs there’s a coffeecorner (Jaywalk) which sells real good coffee.

Clean, great location, in the heart of the hustle of bustle, modern, everything we needed, reception is ok to find but the staff member showed us to our apartment, free wifi, fridge in room.

Staff was really kind. Breakfast with wide choice. Calm and quiet. Position extra.

There is no reception but surprisingly very convenient and efficient. They have a process in place in case you lose your card key.

The staff were amazing! They were super accommodating, arranging airport pick-ups and honoring late check-out for Genius members! Nespesso machines in the room as well as the lobby. Great breakfast and breakfast area. Awesome location. Room is wired for you to plug into the speakers and listen to your music and had a super comfortable bed, clean bathrooms, great mini bar selection and a nice seating area.

In the middle of a beautiful park. The rooms are large, the furniture is basic but functional. Bathroom okay. The breakfast is ‘as usual’ but there is some variety. Fruit juice not acceptable though. The staff was helpful when I wanted to change my room from one that has no window on eye level to a better one. This feature is not mentioned on the Booking.com site, it should be part of the description that ‘basic’ rooms have no window on eye level, only a very narrow one under the ceiling. I did not want to stay in a jail-like room.

Customized and friendly service, one of the safest locations and well tidy amenity!(fast wifi as well) Their nice service and great facility have resulted in good memory of Rumania.

Very close to the British Museum and in a walking distance to Leicester Square.

My room on the 8 floor had a good view of St. Stephans chapel room. Located 10min walking from the city centre. Hotel was clean, staff friendly and good breakfast spread.

We booked this hotel because we had to go for the football match at Atletico Madrid Wanda Stadium. It’s a normal apartment near to Madrid International Airport. We had our convenience met with.

The apartment was comfortable and well-appointed with everything we needed for our one night stay. The property has a reception area which made it easy to gain access to the apartment. The Young woman at the reception area was extremely helpful, to the point that she accompanied us to our car to show us where we could access parking. The property was a short walk to the old palace and water front.

The apartment was very cosy and great value for our stay. The host was lovely and gave us vouchers for free drinks at his bar.

The hotel has an old world charm, the rooms are spacious and well appointed (fridge, safe, reading lights, TV, heater, air conditioner, opening windows and big bathroom). The breakfast is excellent prepared with love by Cristina. The premises are very safe, in a upmarket area with lots of restaurants and the subway within easy walking distance. The reception staff were very helpful and spoke English, so it was easy to communicate.

Room was basic and a little dated but perfect for what we needed. It was clean and the staff were really helpful and friendly. I felt it was a little over priced. But the location was amazing. I would use them again without question simply because the staff were really nice.

Ipanema Inn is a wonderful hotel. Staff are so friendly and helpful. The restaurant is fabulous at any hour. The rooms are compact and clean; the showers excellent. In wish I could have moved in!

The overall place was super comfortable for a family with kids, the pool was great , breakfast and restaurants are OK for staying there during a weekend. It’s also close to a large shopping center, but be advised that there is no a good restaurant to eat at in that large shopping.

Staff are friendly, rooms are not small (in comparison to many Hotels in Nice!) although it is not located in the heart of Nice, but it is 2 min walk from Tram way station that takes you in 10 minutes to the old town..

The room was beautifully set out, the bed very comfortable and the fittings and guest soaps/products better than would be expected. They also left us a lovely bottle of sparkling wine to celebrate our wedding night. The view out onto Royal Park was stunning.

The property was near the Duomo.It was however a long walk away from the place we collected our keys and parked.

The apartment had wonderful views over to AAMI park.

We really loved staying here. The owners were so friendly, warm and helpful from our first communication. It felt like a home from home. The appartment is very spacious, comfortable and clean. 10 min walk downhill to the old town. Felt very safe also. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else from now on.

It had a massive double appartment with plenty of room for a whole familly. Will definetely recommend.

Only stayed here one night as we missed our train from Hongqiao so we had to travel the next day. Anyway, it’s a glorious looking hotel and being from England if i was to stay in a similar standard hotel in my country it would cost at least three times the price. It’s very clean, the rooms are huge and it has everything you’d need and more. The one complaint is that we couldn’t go in the restaurant in the morning if we weren’t having breakfast. We only wanted a coffee but apparently that isn’t impossible?!

Amazing Riad in a perfect location – easy access to the medina. My room was such a contrast to the hustle and bustle of the souk. The Riad itself was clean and comfortable; my room was spacious (located on the ground floor) and exactly as shown in the photographs. Breakfasts were great – certainly offered variety and quantity. The staff is very open to explain and are forthcoming on how to make the most of the stay at the hotel and Belgrade. Luka and Ranko at the front desks are so helpful and resource full. The staff is quick in responding to small needs when you are travelling with children. It was one of our best hotel experiences in Europe. It beats some of the good hotels in West European cities by a mile.

The location as excellent to walk everywhere. Reception was friendly and helpful at all times. Great room, well maintained and cleaned. All the facilities you needed were there with a very comfortable bed.

The most important and useful that the public transport was close to the apartment area, such as: funicular, Metro, taxi. The apartment was every day cleaned. The staff was very polite and helpful.

Our stay was pefect. This hotel has excellent facilies, great breakfast and friendlt staff. It’s also great value for money!

This is our second stay and the staff are very helpful and food is great. wheelchair reliant travellers will have difficulty with the small lift. My manual w/chair had to be folded to fit into lift so you need to be able to weight bear for that transition at least. For able-bodied people, I recommend this hotel which is a few minutes from New Delhi Railway Station and airport Metro and is also a short easy walk away from Connaught Place. Choose business class rooms; worth the extra few dollars.

This hotel was nothing short of excellent! My overall experience was phenomenal. The restaurants were exceptional. Level 43, which was located at the rooftop of the hotel is super fun with great food and drinks. The views at this hotel are stunning! Unbelievable experience will return for sure !

The tranquility .. the space is very beautiful .. and close to faith of antioch

The hotel itself was fine and located perfectly around my desired location.

I traveled with my daughter and daughter in law. We were there for only four days and found the location to be perfect for us. The hotel was beautiful and the staff exceptional. We took an afternoon to visit Chianti and had lunch at a winery. The staff arranged our transportation. We definitely hope to stay at the Minerva on our next trip to Florence.
