Breakfast buffet offered several options – omelettes, cereal, fresh juices, teas, coffee, pastries. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Location is within close proximity to the Medina, shopping mall and neighborhood restaurants and stores.

Couldn’t have been better, staff was lovely, breakfast great, and room clean and comfy.

Everywhere was beautifuly furnished and spottlessly clean. The owners were very warm welcoming and so helpful. They arranged an taxi for the airport for me and even sent me off at 4 am I visited 3 temples in one day by short walk thanks to their advise and ferry piers only 2 minute walk.

The staff were very helpful in arranging our transfers and any other needs and the property was nicely presented with true Moroccan charm. Our room (for 3) was quite spacious with a double and a single bed, with comfortable and clean bedding and linen. We really appreciated the onsite restaurant after arriving late evening after a 10hr drive from the desert. The riad was well located for access to shopping and other eating venues if you needed them. It would have been nice to stay longer and make some use of the fabulous rooftop spaces.

Staff went out of their way to be helpful especially Eugene the manager helping with train bookings.

The hotel is located near the tube station It is a small hotel and the staff is very polite.

The front desk staff were excellent and provided useful information when asked.

Good for people looking for somewhere comfortable and cheap. Stayed in a four person room for one night which was pretty cramped but well spaced for two single beds on the second night. Breakfast was really yummy, a really good selection of foods for the price. We stopped in Athens on the way to Santorini and this hotel was well located to have a quick look around Athens before heading off.

The staff is really friendly and helpful, the room and the bathroom were big and clean enough. the bathroom seems recently renovated, whereas the room was less new, but this is not a problem. also, the biggest advantage was the fact that the beach is near, you have just to pass the street, and the tram station (T5 and T3 leave from there, to Piraeus and Syntagma Sq., 1 hour to the city centre, with a very nice view ) is just 3 minutes away, and since it is the last stop, you can always get a seat, since it gets really busy afterwards. Also, you can easily get to Glyfada, for restaurants and shops, by walking around 20 minutes. Even if there are not many pedestrians around the area, we felt safe at night. However, expect a lot of noise, since the street has a lot of traffic.

The room is very comfortable , the location is great for shopping and very easy access to the metro and the a close bus stop . Special thanks for mr. Ferhat for upgradeing all our rooms Also very good value for money

This is a quirky place and has stood there since the 16th century so don’t go looking for shiny and new if you want that this is not the place for you (floor in our room was aged but the marble had been there since 1603.) Instead, go to appreciate the history of the place and it has some history that they are proud to share. It is clean and Francoise the owner, manager, breakfast deliverer, is absolutely lovely. The local area is fantastic and far enough away from the red light district to feel comfortable walking the streets. It is by a canal with super local cafes and restaurants.

Staff (the owner?) I had been ripped off by a taxi driver on arrival and only stayed 1 night, instead of 2. I wasn’t charged the extra night. I was also taken by scooter to buy a bus ticket. So, very helpful at a time of feeling vulnerable.

The villa was beautiful and perfect for us. We loved it. The infinity pool was amazing! And loved the outdoor & indoor showers. Ibu Nyoman and Dewi took care of us and made sure our stay was very pleasant. Would definitely come back. Missing the fantastic breakfast with the green view of the forest.

The location was great, all the main attractions in Cannes are just a brief walk away. The room was a little compact, had air-conditioning and met our requirements for our short stay. We did not use the onsite Sauna. Also, secure parking is offered at the Gare SNCF with a 10% discount but we booked an alternative online ahead of time with Interparking at the Garage Farage and made a good saving. The staff were friendly and helpful but did not speak English (not a problem for us).

What I like most about this hotel is the location, cleanliness and very comfort but the bar was very empty and boring did not last 2 seconds until I get out

The kitchen was well equipped and clean. Basically this apartment is new, clean and good, but too small for one family with two or three children.

Wonderful place, nice room with everything needed during stay. But only one bad thing… the pillows are high (4 of them) that we asked for thinner or smaller at recepcion didn’t have. Bed is really huge but pillows aren’t. Anyway we recommend it as supercool place in Berlin!

The room was clean and had everything you need. The guesthouse is located very close to bars and restaurants.

It was only one night stay, but I know where to stay next time. Thank you guys for the perfect service

The room was very clean and quiet, although the hotel is situated next to the airport and a busy street. It had a perfect size for a weekend stay. There was also free bottled water in the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. You need only one tram line (tram stop 4 min from hotel) to get to the city center. It was a nice stay!

Awesome hotel, got a promotion price for the Kingsize Room in January 2017 cause they just opened their premises. The hotel features a small, but nice spa area with Japanese still hot tubs and a sauna that guests can use for free. Breakfast was some Miso soup, teriyaki chicken and also a little buffet with bread, juice and water. The hotel staff was super friendly and very helpful. The location near the South Gate in Chiang Mai, where a big food market is located, is also perfect. You can walk there from the hotel. P.S.: I can’t compare it to Ryoakan’s in Japan as I’ve never been to Japan, so can’t say how authentic it is.

The location was great – really close to Hyde and Kensington park which was lovely and also close to Paddington tube and railway station

Location location location. When you step out from the hotel, major mall is infront of you…lots of designer brands; dior, fendi etc. 5 mins walking distance to ginza station. Very accesible.

I liked the kindness of the owner and his colleagues that waited for our arrival more than 2 hours. The room was the cleaniest that I’ve ever seen.

Property is only in 5 minutes walking distance from Canton Fair. That is best choice as in the morning and in the evening you simply can not find taxi from there. Thousands of people are on the street and traffic, for foreigners the only choice is to stay in walking distance from the fair. Room was clean and modern, free wifi. I stayed on 15th floor with nice view, it is newly built building with security, reception. Decorated in stylish way, soft and comfortable bed, all is extremely good. I made a fortune to book this apartment just 2 days before my arrival. Next time for fair in Guanzhou I stay in same apartment if it is available!

The location of the hotel was very good. It is situated just beside the central station which is handy if you are travelling by plane or public transport. I parked in a car park which is less than 1 minute walking distance from the hotel. However it was very expensive. The reception staff was ok. There was nothing special.

Sweet Inn apartments manage this property and they happily moved us when we complained about the noise. They are friendly, meet you at the apartment with keys and the apartments are clean

European service and accommodations, very nice green territory, excellent location, clean and not very crowded beach, the spa and swimming pools are in a very close proximity to the beach, kids club is small but nice.

Great located hostel, about a 5 minute walk from the metro station (hongik university, line 2 from memory) and a short walk (maybe 10 – 15 min??? You get used to walking everywhere in korea it’s hard to say!) to Main strip of street/s in Hongdae. Owner Brian and his wife Jina are super nice and helpful with maps and tips on where to eat and things to do in the area. Stayed in female dorm which was comfortable with nice modern /clean bathroom. Not a party hostel (quite after 11pm) but the other travelers staying were appy to have a chat and friendly and open to hanging out etc Breakfast was nice and easy from 8 to 11 (toast, condiments, cereal, brewed or instant coffee etc).

Location … the center of place is unique. Nice pool but only 4 chairs. Each room has a balcony.

It is so spacious for a studio room type. It is well equipped with everything that we need.

Check-in was fast and professional. Lobby was clean and welcoming. Room was very clean and well equipped. Bed approved.

The room was always very clean… the bed was really comfortable and the breakfast was good.

The location couldn’t be better! Just ideal! Around 15-20 minutes walk to the promenade, shopping centre and restaurants are around the corner (2 minutes walk). The main train station is around 10 minutes walk from the hotel. PARKING TIP – it’s relatively cheap to leave your car at the car park next to the train station – Parking Gare Thiers. They do special deals for longer stays if you book online (if you don’t mind short walk)

Lovely wee seating area outside. Fab wee sitting area, lovely breakfast room. Coffee machine avail throughout day. Computer with internet use available on quiet landing.

The perfect hotel for an individual traveller like me! Fantastic location, minutes from Hermitage and walking distance to whole city centre. Hotel sits in an internal courtyard, so insulated from all road noise. Room compact, but containing sofa as well as bed – plenty for one person, and very well-lit. Lots of instant hot water. Reception staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast limited choice, but plenty of it (I especially liked the porridge).

Small facility, but very welcoming. Mr. Ghiro and his family open their door for you and you become a member of it too.Thank you!

Quality and finish of the apartment was very good. Kitchen well equipped for our stay. Bed and sofa bed very comfortable. Linens very good quality. Maria on reception was so helpful and lovely.
