We had a view of the Kremlin and could walk to the important sites, including a gorgeous view of the river. Staff always helpful. Really liked the waiter at the hotel restaurant. Charming and conscientous.

Although I confirmed my room with an AMEX through bookings.com the hotel didn’t except them I had damaged my MasterCard and they couldn’t process it was a weekend and I couldn’t change A$ anywhere still they were understanding and had no problem waiting to get paid when I sorted things out

As we walked in the hotel, we were surrounded by jungle-like trees and greens! The hotel is very well maintened and clean! The staff couldn’t seize to amaze me. Everyone was very friendly, always smiling and always greeting. I didn’t see a single person in a bad mood or giving attitude to a customer ( although some guests truly deserved it!). Considering the food-you have so many options to choose from-you could eat at the buffet, have Italian, gourmet Mexican or grab a snack from the little shack near the pool. Food’s always fresh and delicious. We paid extra to have better drinks and to be honest, that was the best decision we have taken furthermore, the beach is great with crystal clean water, pristine sand! There was always something going on during the day at the pool area-aqua aerobics, beach volleyball, zumba, etc. The animation team is GREAT! Awesome guys! We’ll be back for sure!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff, impeccable rooms. Our family room had a kingsize bed (made up to twins for us) in the main bedroom and a second bedroom with a single bed. Nice feature is that there is a sliding door between the two rooms. Fantastic shower, great beds and pillows, lots of light in the rooms. What was also really nice is that our room was on the first floor with view onto a courtyard with trees. Very quiet and lots of privacy. The area too is wonderful. We hired a bike nearby and explored Berlin on wheels. Lovely restaurants nearby too, 10 mins walk from railway station and metro. Great bakery and coffee shop just across the road. It would have been a nice extra to have a small fridge in the room A definite must-stay!

A newly redesigned with amazing architectured room and bathroom. Excellent location down in La Rambla street very close to the beach. One can enjoy watching the night-long life in Rambla with two double glaze big window without being annoyed by the street noise. A very helpful young front desk employees around the clock

Its in akihabara, very close to the street, station and supermarket. Staff are super friendly and helpful.

The property was very lovely and the staff was extremely helpful. So welcoming to come back to the hotel and see their smiling faces. We did take an excursion which wasn’t what we thought. The hotel was very thoughtful and gave us a bottle of port and chocolates to show their apologies. The excursion was nice just not what we thought it was supposed to be. Also, the topos restaurant recommendation turned out horrible so the attendant was very kind to hear our comments.

Friendly staff, close the airport so was useful arriving on a late flight. Beautiful gardens etc.

The hotel is just outside Sakai station. One can take a train from Kansai airport to Sakai on Nankai line. The Information center is in the station as you exit the platforms. There are plenty of shops and restaurants with in walking distance from the hotel. Our room on 24th floor was quite spacious with a view of the port. We had access to the lounge on the top floor and restaurant on the ground floor.For us Kiwis it was nice to see kiwi fruit for breakfast at Agora hotels both here and at Agora Moriguchi. We had a good stay in this hotel.

Everything is excellent but wifi connection is very poor and slow. If it’s improved, I’ll give 10.00 rate.

Staff extremely helpful and friendly and honest. Place is nice, renovated and clean. Location is great, the airport shuttle and the ferries (to Capri, Ischia) are 10 mins walk from the hostel. The hostel is right on the shopping street and is in a clean and safe area. Wifi in the rooms available.

The bartender was a nice guy i talked to when i was bored and drinking in the restaurant.

Clean convenient place, nice kitchen, good beds and shower. Supermarket downstairs, place is close to bus and train station. Wifi works good.

The room was exactly same as its shown in picture. It was quite comfortable. Heating system was working. Staff was friendly and was ready to answer questions. Its not in city center, but using public transport you can get everywhere in 20-25 minutes. Tram stop is in front of the hotel.

The room is spacious and clean and bathroom was also spacious. Even though location is bit far from the touristic area, we have stayed old area prior to this stay, so this is more conveinent for us to go shopping or dining.

Reception staff excellent. Breakfast more than adequate, position excellent with quick access to shuttle buses, trains, metro and city buses. Despite road co struction street cleaner than one year ago.

Very comfortable and close to everthing. Claudia and her staff made me feel more like family than a guest. The breakfasts were very nice with lovely croissants. It is worth noting that there is a little laundromat just up the street. Casa Guedes, known for yummy roast pork sandwiches, is just a few blocks away. You can walk to Balhao Market and the metro in minutes. This was my second stay here and I definitely would do so again!

Perfect location. Very comfortable, nice attention and very good breakfast.

Very close to the airport. 10-15mins walk to the Departure Hall. The lady at the reception was very nice and accommodating and made sure I got my free welcome drink (a Genius member perk ^^,). This is the perfect location for those travelers who have short layovers or red-eye flights.

Located next to the park and close to King Power mall, 10 min walking distance from train station. Rooms are nicely decorated, spacious and fresh.

The hostes was very nice. She was expecting me at my arrival. The place is very easy to find and in a perfect area in Porto! I have spend 4 days going around without any need of transport except from and to the Airport. And even then metro was very close and easy from the apartment.

Great spot in downtown London if you need to be there – proximity to parks, river, clubs, Chinatown. But remember downtown is the high rent district overrun with tourists – not original private pubs for example.

The hotel is great and everything. Rooms are huge and you can get a view of Burj Khalifa. Staff is really helpful.

The proximity to the sports venues and how easy it was to get to.

By far the bed I had was unbelievably comfortable and the room was well above my expectations for this very fair price. The staff are always there to help and while being only two mins from seminyak center, the property is in ideal quiet area with the beach two mins walk the other way. I preferred the quieter beach to kuta as I had just flown from Dubai and found the hotel perfect for my situation.

The location is superb. Customer service is very good.

Incredible view from the balcony. Quiet neighborhood.

Bed was ultra comfortable! Bathroom utilities are great as always! And nice staff.

Close walk to Daikokucho Station, and walkable distance to Namba and Dotombori hot-spots for shopping and food. Comfortable bed and spacious rooms with good Wi-Fi and cooking facilities.

Location of the object is fantastic, but it is a small studio, I thought for some reason that we would have separate room ( I guess I was not reading it well). We like to sleep with window open, so it was a bit noisy. We spend all days outside, not much in the apartment. Food in Paris is great.

Everything was great. Best thing was one big bed, not two small putted together! Access to kitchen.

Proximity to airport and breakfast included. No need to search out a restaurant for breakfast. Good value.

Location. Room quite comfortable. There iz a train track outside window but there is double glazing so bearable. I slept well. Room a little warm.

The wait staff were great and prompt. I loved the coffee and the view. The fresh fruit was so good. The selection was fairly good.

Staff are super nice and friendly. I believe it is a family business which I can sense the warm -loving environment. The design was cool and detail-oriented. The bed was amazingly comfy!

Basic hotel in western Berlin. Definitely not a 5-star hotel.

The staff was FANTASTIC. They could not have been more helpful, kinder or attentive. I’m so impressed. The hotel supports contemporary artists. You can’t get a better location. A real charmer and great value.
