Loved our stay here, its cheap and cheerful and the owners/staff were so accommodating and friendly they really went out of their way for us. Its close to everything you need when in Dam. Would definitely stay here again just for the owners and location.

Location in the center is very good great staff who help with all manor of problems

I liked the size and the balcony of my junior suite. Also liked the location and the fact than my room was quite in a busy area.

The hotel is lovely with a super location. Leidseplein stop on 197 bus from airport drops you just across the street from the hotel. Trams going two directions are very near hotel also. Lots of fresh towels & toiletries as required.

The location was great and next to a train station. Great view.

My second visit to the hotel and I was certainly not disappointed. Stylish rooms and a fabulous location. Beds were really comfortable which meant a great nights sleep.

The hotel has a lovely location as it is right next to Vondel park. It is possible to hire bikes at the hotel and the staff were very helpful.

The staff was exceptionally nice and the location is fantastic. Breakfast was also very good. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

The lady on front the front desk upon check in was extremely helpful and pleasant through out our stay. Her smile was none stop and made it such a pleasure to stay at this hotel.

Location, coffee machine in the room was a nice touch

A budget hotel which is looking tired and could do with a refurbishment.What was provided were the essentials- a warm room with a clean but basic bathroom . A kettle with enough tea , coffee and milk for one drink and a television. The staff however were very accomodating. We were provided with more milk on request and a hairdryer ( an essential for me ) .We used the hotel as a base as we were out enjoying the city from early morning until late evening. It’s location was good – at the end of the metro and we used our transport passes to get about. If you just need a room to come back to and prefer to spend you budget on attraction entry fees this is for you.

It is a beautiful room with a comfortable bed and bathroom. Room is nice and spacious.

Ideal location next to the metro.good if driving to Amsterdam.

The staff were very good and location is next to metro station that gose to city centre

Though far from city center (terminus to terminus!), hotel was very close to public transit stop. Friendly staff who were very helpful with ideas and directions for Amsterdam. They sell 24, 48, 72 hr public transit passes at the front desk, which was very helpful. Largest T.V. and channel range we experienced in Europe. There’s a small vendor selling street food next door who has great food and prices.

Liked free parking, train station is next to hotel, journey time to Central station is 20 minutes, trains run every ten minutes.

Staff were excellent and very helpfull.Breakfast was great value for money.Great selection off food.Hot food as well as cereals fruits at least 6 different ones.All round would go there again.

Everthing was okay. Quite what we expected. Nothing fancy or great, but nice and cosy. Room was from 80’s or something like that;) Clean room anyway. Location is great, lot of everything near and walking distance almost everywhere.

The location, overlooking a canal, was terrific and also it’s positioning being walkable to most city sights and to great shopping. Very good staff and a lovely daily breakfast helped make our stay a great experience.

Great location, 5 minute walk from the Dam Square. Central station just across the road from the hotel. Staff were excellent especially the receptionist staff they couldn’t do enough for us.

The location was fabulous. It was very close to Amsterdam Centraal which made taking the train for side trips a breeze. Most of the tourist attractions such as museums and canal tours were very close. The room was comfortable.

Beds are extra comfy didn’t want to leave the room! Close enough but out the way right next to the canal for night time and morning. views also check out was until 12 so had lovely lay in.

The lady at the reception on 26th oct 17 was super nice. She allowed us early checkin which was a blessing in disguise as my wife was already feeling a bit under the weather and then took I’ll pretty bad that day. I am thankful to the reception lady for her support and understanding. Thanks.

The location was great. The host Mark was most cordial. The property was exactly as pictured(except for all the stairs).

The apartment is large, comfortable and well decorated. Good view of the canal and the courtyard. Quiet location in the center of Amsterdam. Internet with very high speed. Very friendly host. Very comfortable beds for a good sleep. I will return here next year.

Wow! Just wow. What a truly beautiful place. Cannot wait to return. Impeccable. Serene. True blissful comfort. If you want to feel like you live in Amsterdam while on vacation, this is the place to book! A wonderful property that is beautifully maintained with great views and tasteful decor. The most comfortable beds we have ever slept in, including hotels! Marc and Vanessa were so very helpful from the time of booking through to post our departure. We really appreciated them being available should we need anything. Thank you for our bottle of wine on arrival! The pictures are on point. No surprises. Everything is in walking distance. You even get used to the typical Dutch stairs by day 2! We come to Amsterdam often and this is the only place we will ever stay in again!

Beautiful, spacious apartment. The bedrooms, living room and kitchen all top notch and delightful. A real treat to stay here. The balcony is amazing and such a great location. Easy to walk anywhere.

Great location, large comfortable room, good food great breakfast, but best of all was the friendly helpful staff who made our stay extra special. Will definitely come back.

The staff were extremely warm and helpful. It was one of our groups birthday and they made a huge fuss of her – prosseco and flowers in the room and sparklers on birthday breakfast dish. Very lovely. I also liked the location as it affords a lovely walk into the Centre especially the designer shops! It’s also in a very affluent part of town so quiet and classy! But of interesting trivia is that its where John & Yoko had their ‘Make Love not War’ bed-in!!

Hotel is very big. Lovely views looking over the canal and the museum district. The hotel is in the lovely Oud Zuid district and is very pleasant for walking around. Five minute walk to the tram links and a 10/15 minute tram ride to Dam Square. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Superb buffet selection at breakfast. Extremely efficient and friendly staff. The outside terrace overlooking a canal was so relaxing and the meals served excellent.

Very comfortable bed and spacious room. Staff are friendly and attentive. There is a very nice lobby and outdoor seating area overlooking the canal which is very relaxing. Tram line is a 5 to 10 minute walk away and all major attractions are easy to get to from tram 5.

The breakfast was amazing. Staff was all very helpful and accommodating.
