The room was an excellent size, it was very comfortable and very clean. The hotel was immaculate and had excellent facilities. It was absolutely fantastic to stay in. The staff made the experience and were extremely attentive, meeting our needs fully and being very welcoming. You could not want more choice at breakfast, there was a wonderful selection and the bar where we received our welcome drink was very enjoyable. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. Comfortable beds and a good shower with toiletries provided. Friendly staff in hotel and cafe with enough English to understand.

Hotel Mido is an odd sort of boutique hotel. It doesn’t really have a lobby. Instead the frontage on the street a coffee shop. It’s a very nice coffee shop though.

The staff was courteous and polite and our room was meticulously cleaned everyday.

All of the staff are friendly and helpful and they want you to get the most from your stay in Porto with many individual suggestions. The breakfast was good, the staff was friendly and you are very close to Herastrau park

Good location, 2 minutes from the metro station, in the center of the city, nice staff, good breakfast.

The hacienda was beautiful and had a special charm. The first night we encountered a minor problem in the room we had originally booked, but luckily Maria at reception was wonderful and kind enough to upgrade our room to an apartment. The apartment was large and more than we needed, but convenient as my partner ended up getting the flu and it was nice to have separate beds and a living room since I needed to get some work done. The apartment itself was spacious and had everything we needed. We didn’t use the kitchen much, but it does come with a stove, microwave and refrigerator. The breakfast included was our favourite part. Viviane the chef was a delight and so attentive to us and all the guests. It was a breakfast buffet and had just about everything and if not Viviane was ready to prepare whatever you wanted. The staff was kind, Hugo was quick to make small talk with us and assisted us with our needs.

Love the area – know it of old! Used to go to the hotel complex in 1986! Loved it then, love the Rui Jin now!

I liked the overall facilities, the big rooms, the comfortable beds and the architecture of the hotel

We loved the location of this place. Easy access from the train station, and very easy to catch a taxi to the airport. Many restaurants in the vicinity. Close to the theatre area and shopping. Clean facilities, spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Not much more we could ask for.

The location was excellent and the unit has good wifi and TV. The kitchen was very nice and well equipped.

Great location near the city center, decent breakfast, very helpful staff, clean room.

It was pretty spacious, a lot of room for everybody; it has a kitchen so you can save some money eating there. Besides that it was super well located. The wifi was quick!

I liked the location it was at close to everything restaurant shopping and a long boardwalk

In great location near the castle and other landmarks. About a 20minute walk across the bridge to the centre with a wider variety of bars and restaurants. Monika (the host) was great when we arrived and had juice in the fridge and some lovely chocolate for us!! Lovely touch. Very helpful with any questions we had. Lovely balcony to have a few drinks in the evening or breakfast in the morning!

Excellent place. Brand new, spacious, right in the middle of Naples at 80m from a Metro station. Super clean, effective air conditioning, good windows to allow a silent place. Tasty breakfast included in the bar around the corner. Also, great and warm Welcome from Roberto and Elia.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable with everything you need. The location was quiet and in an excellent location for visiting the old town. There were plenty of restaurants/bars nearby and a supermarket just around the corner should you want to provide for yourself. One day we went on an excursion and were out before breakfast was due to arrive, I sent an e-mail the day before to cancel the breakfast but they said they would deliver it the night before. Not a problem as it was bread, cold meats, cheese and apples with orange juice and bottled water.

Very neat rooms and excellent location. Easy to reach & jovial staff.

The accommodation was very spacious, fresh and bright with lovely high ceilings. It also had an elevator to save walking up stairs to 3rd floor. Our host was more than helpful.

The apartment is just 20 minutes away walking from the plaza catalunya. The staff are so kind. The apartment is so clean.

Good for 4 people. Good location. Host is friendly.

Great place in great location – great host with Eleonora – traveled with family of 5 – 3 kids ages 13/11/3 – and this was a great decision. The place was well stocked and the wifi was fast. Lots of room for a family compared to a hotel. The place is beside a police substation (no sirens and no uniformed police – maybe detective station?), so it’s very safe. Abundance of food options just around the corner, including fruit, wine, meals, and grocery. Pharmacy and ATM just a street over as well. Kids had their own room and bathroom. Combo washer and dryer takes some patience, but we (correction – wonderful wife) got a lot of laundry done. Awesome time in Roma!

It was nice. The room had nice facilities. Quite place. It is located in front of train rails but the room is pretty well soundproof.

Very nice hotel, the staff were very nice and helpful.. very clean and the location is very good ( about 5 mins walk from the metro station and 7 stops to the city center). I highly recommend.

The air con was amazing, it had the tonnage to cool a nice sized apartment yet was fitted to a hotel room. The shower was nice. The bed was soft yet supportive. The staff checked to make sure I was ok. The staff spoke English with a cadence of an American.

Great location and friendly staff! Front desk was able to answer any question I had.

Good breakfast and location – not far from underground station.

I saw the quotation en dollars but they charge the price no in dollars amount they did in dollars.

Zurigo hotel is located in the center of Milan, just 7- 10 minutes away by foot from Duomo . The street Via corso italia where the hotel is located is a very nice steet and the hotel is just a few minutes aways from the subway. The reception staff ( unfortunately don’ t know their names) were very helpful and friendly !!! The room was nice and clean, the closet for luggage and clothes was really an advantage. We enjoyed our stay at Zurigo hotel very much and I would definitely stay there again while visiting Milan!!!

The area was pretty ok, safe n clean.The apartment was very near the centre but that’s normal for Paris.

It was clean and functional.Ideal location if you want to be near Maria Zambrano Station .We needed to be based near the station so ,from that point of view it was perfect.

For place parking and easy to go in the cemter with pubblic transport, really good

The White Swan is a very lovely hotel. I stayed at the White Swan many times, many years ago, and I wanted to try it out again. I normally stay closer to the Canton Fair for ease. My stay was enjoyable, but I really did not enjoy my dinner at the restaurant. It was from al a carte menu.

Staff we’re very helpful and friendly and the location was very well connected with public transport.

The duty manager at the dining ( I cant remember his name) is a gem of a person. Saw him there during dinner. He does goes out of his way to ensure that the hotel guest are happy. He is an asset to this hotel.

Location good for central Milan, walking distance to the Cathedral and not far from tram stops or metro stops. Excellent trattoria on site which we found by accident.. Very safe and secure with key access that was easy to use. Big living area with kitchen .Excellent wifi. Useful book about the Cathedral. Tourist map of Milan available. Effective sound reduction when windows closed.

Strategic location. WiFi and cable is good. Parking is for 4 cars, I’m just lucky all the time.

24hr reception was a crucial factor in selecting this hotel over alternative choices particularly as our flight’s arrival was 10pm and most hotels’ receptions seemed to close at 10pm. One has to bear in mind the cost of the hotel when judging it. Our room (208) was spacious enough for our needs and was at the rear of the building, the bed was comfortable and shower had plenty of hot water, though it took a while come through. The male reception staff were very helpful and spoke good English. Breakfast was help-yourself to rolls, croissants etc with jams and meats and coffee or hot water to make tea; it also had a patio area. I would recommend this hotel as good value for money, easy access to/from airport via Metro to Bolhao. The area is not fantastic but there are a number of restaurants and bars within 10 mins walk. Situation is quite good for most of the city sights.

The bed was extremely comfortable Room was nice and relaxing

Clean and newly renovated room. Possibly to regulate heat. Quiet and well isolated, couldn’t hear anything from other rooms. Wifi was working all the time. Possibly to get clean water in the breakfast/tv room and also to boil it. At walking distance from the city center.

Location to trains, museums, shops is perfect. Staff is very professional yet warm and welcoming.

Warm, friendly, helpful hosts, convenient location for accessing the historic district of Napoli, amazing pizza, and spotless, comfortable accommodations.

The room I was given was really good, but unfinished. When the work is completed this will be an excellent hotel.

Very cozy place in the heart of a old hutong. Very nice and peaceful atmosphere, I really loved having breakfast in the morning in the courtyard, which was very silent and relaxing. Rooms are small but comfortable. Very nice place to enjoy a walk in the nearby hutongs, and just 5 min walking from Nanluoguxiang subway station and 10 mins from the Drum tower and the Bell Tower

The couple that own the hostel are so friendly and kind. They made us feel so welcome and at home and always tried to help us find the best deals on tours and taxis etc. The traditional breakfast in the morning is delicious :). Would definitely recommend staying here!

The apartment was a lovely spacious clean bright modern apartment. Comfy beds and a very well equipped kitchen. Home from home feeling with lots of toiletries and good kitchen supplies. Host Nicola was very friendly and helpful and lives in the complex. Short walk to underground.

We loved everything about Antique Hotel Rachmaninov! The location could not be better! Spotlessly clean, wonderful staff,lovely boutique style hotel. The hotel has great ambience. What a find! We arranged for airport transfer through the hotel and our driver was waiting for us on arrival.
