Fantastic place to stay close to the airport. Very nice lady looking out guests as well.

Идеально для краткосрочной поездки (до или после перелета) или если ездить из аэропорта в Розу-хутор на электропоезде. И даже до моря на автобусе недолго добираться. Гостеприимные хозяева, сами отзвонились после бронирования, встретили у ворот ночью, кофе утром в подарок от хозяйки. Просторная комната, очень качественный ремонт, великолепная ванная комната, хорошая мебель и белье. От Аэропорта Адлера пешком три минуты (направо после выхода из аэропорта и через дорогу по пешеходному переходу)

Очень гостеприимная хозяйка встретила нас в час ночи с самолёта. Спасибо за оладушки утром. Приятная атмосфера.

Дом расположен прямо напротив аэропорта. Пешком идти минут 15 (ленивым шагом).

Очень приятные хозяева! Все рассказали, где, что. Угостили инжиром. В комнате очень уютно и комфортно!

Близко от аэропорта. Соотношение цена / качество. Прилетели ночью с семьёй, хозяин был готов к нашему приезду. В номере было все необходимое для отдыха, то что ожидали , то и получили . Конечно отсутствие кондиционера в номере вынуждает держать окно открытым , а для тех у кого чуткий сон может стать проблемой, так как слышно жизнь аэропорта. Но это не минус -это факт. Гостеприимные хозяева.

Simply everything! The hotel, the location, the room and especially the staff.

Very good location, good connection to the Metro We were very pleased that we got drinks and snacks for free in the room’s mini-bar

Hotel was close to city centre and had public transport outside the front door. The breakfast was very good as was the staff. The decent sized fridge to keep drinks cold was appreciated. We had large windows that opened and let in fresh air.

Excellent position, we liked that the structure had a little kitchen which you can use until 10 pm, it was a nice surprise!

Nice hotel, clean, staff were very friendly and were very helpful. Enjoyed my stay.

A Spacious 1 bedroom apartment with large lounge area, good sized kitchen that was well equipped. The air conditioning was very good and was necessary at this time that was hot. Very close to several restaurants, at least 2 supermarkets, and a very large shopping mall. Close to metro at about 800 metres.

I loved the room, the sky city view from our suite, the SPA facility and pool, the bar and the amazing signature cocktails. A classy stay in Tokyo.

Handily situated for getting out and about in Manila. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the accommodation was clean, comfortable and tidy.

Location is super Our check-in guy was nice enough to help us bring our luggage to our room which is in top floor

Location and the fact it was an apartment. Close to lots of things kids can enjoy. Close to a lot of Halal food places. Close to supermarket. Next to train entrance of major station. Close (walking distance) to Louvre and therefore the parks leading to the Champs Delysee etc etc

Location is convenient to mass transit outlets including quick access to Asian side. Breakfast room is large, selection good and staff tries to keep up. Bathroom is up-to-date, clean and attractive.

We stayed here 4-nights. The room was just like in photo and we liked that one, room was stunning, thats why we choose this second riad for our trip. Staff was really nice and helpfull. Breakfast was okey.

Amazing place, beautiful garden, confortable beds with curtains and lights for each bunk bed. Bathroom extremely nice with shampoo and soap, hair drier. Good breakfast and yoga classes offered in the morning. Staff was all very friendly and helpful. Strongly recommend!

Beautiful apartment, as it’s show in the photos…. a near metro station, was excellent!

I liked the location, it was really close to downtown and everywhere else I wanted to be.

Simple, but stylish and cozy. The room I’ve stayed in was spacious, full of light and had everything that I needed. The overall hotel has its own character. I really loved it. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They have a bag drop off opportunity for those checking in early or checking out late. Highly recommend.

Great location, a luxury to have such a massive apartment next to the Harrods. Sara was amazing, went out of the way to help us, made us feel like home.

I like it good hotel however it is bit expensive for that kind of hotel, the bathroom have to be more comfortable in lux rooms

View was perfect. Breakfeat was very good, if like Russian Cuisine. Very many variation possible. Coffee was not the best, but can get no fish. Every day fresh vegetables and meat. Pool was clean and nice. Staff very friendly. Location was very near to bus station in direction Adler an Sochi. The hotel ist located near to the beach. It is no sand-beach, but it is even nice. I very enjoyed the free hot and cold water, for I very like coffee in the evening and cold drink in the morning.

I liked the place because it was neat and very comfortable. The owner of the place is such a great person. The conversation made my day better. And the breakfast was very good. It’s not that easy to get there because of the road situation but the price and the calmness of the surrounding area compensate everything.

Не мог не впечатлить умелый фотограф. Так как фотографии выложенные на этом сайте великолепны, отличаются от реального вида. Отличный повар Антон: ни в бутерброде, ни в чашке чая не откажет. Полотенца и туалетная бумага есть!

Отель приличный, персонал приветливый. Полотенца поменяли на 5 день, когда я сказала, что они уже стоят! Постель не заправлялась никогда. Мусор убрали через 3 дня. За туалетной бумагой приходилось ходить к персоналу самой. Кухню не обсуждаю, питались в кафе. Отель находится на вершине горы, вид из окна – просто чудо! А вот добираться до него возвращаясь с моря – почти 300 ступеней вверх! Мне это не доставляло особого дискомфорта, а вот моему другу это давалось не легко. В информации об отеле этого не было. Возможно мы выбрали бы другое место. отдых был слегка омрачен!

Бекона не было.Были вкусные блины.и очень плотный завтрак из 2 яиц и сосиски

Хороший современный гостевой дом, на вершине горы. От моря идти

1,5 км в горку. Вид из окон на море и горы. Завтрак с 8 до 10. Первые два дня не выносили мусор, но потом каждый день. Завтрак хороший, сытный. Можно оставить машину под окнами. Таксисты находят с легкостью. От автобуса идти 1 км . В целом это лучшее предложение за эту цену плюс ещё и с завтраком. Директор приветливый мужчина, готов всегда помочь. В номере фен и кондиционер работают исправно. На улице есть мангал

Дома расположен на высокой точке, поэтому с общего балкона на третьем этаже открывается прекрасный вид на море, главное не смотреть себе под ноги, где ты видишь недострой, арматуру, пустырь и странные строения.

Отличный отель, всё устроено с любовью к клиенту, мы приехали очень поздно, но нас ждали, разместили мгновенно. Номер роскошный, очень чисто – везде. Очень приветливый хозяин, перед отъездом поинтересовался, всё ли устроило. Рекомендуем для отдыха!

Мне понравилось все, настолько комфортная гостиница, обслуживающий персонал просто велеколепный, местоположение идеально… правда всем советую побывать там, все чисто комфортно, уютно как дома…. не проходите мимо этого места 👌🏻👌🏻👍🏻 Спасибо вам огромное )

1. Очень внимательный администратор 2. Сытный завтрак. Вроде и порции небольшие, но наедаешься (каша, йогурт, блинчики с мясом) 3. Хорошее расположение: близко пляж -только перейти через мост, рядом столовые, кафе, супермаркет, аптека, парк 4. На этажах стоят кулеры 5. Лифт. Актуально для семей с маленькими детьми на колясках. Есть бассейн с подогревом, но его прелести не могли оценить, ТК погода уже была прохладная (ноябрь)

Нам очень понравилось посещение хамама в отеле, с удовольствием погрелись вечерком, а дети наплавались в бассейне.

Очень доброжелательный персонал, уютно, чисто, комфортно, находится все под рукой. Вообщем я в восторге!

Хорошие завтраки,отзывчивый персонал,удобное месторасположение .

Понравилось всё, начиная от отношения персонала к гостям.

Довольно уютно. Есть лифт. Предлагают сытный завтрак. Номер с балконом, на этаже есть кулер. Уютный внутренний дворик, бассейн на крыше.

Все отлично, сервис отличный, кормят не плохо, чистота в номере

Близкое расположение к морю, магазинам, кафе, шведский стол, приветливый персонал

Отель порадовал всем. Персонал доброжелательный, все просьбы выполнялись быстро, отель ухоженный в прекрасном состоянии, кухня нормальная, но иногда все блюда на ужин были жаренными (сложно было накормить детей). Отдыхающих с детьми большинство, думаю детское меню было бы очень кстати. Довольно однообразная выпечка. Мебель и сантехника в хорошем состоянии. Гостиница городская и к сожалению нет своей территории, но расположение удачное, что до пляжа, что до рынка 5 минут пешком.

Очень чистый отель рядом с морем. Персоналу ставлю 10 баллов за – всегда готовы были ответить на любой вопрос, да и просьбы все были выполнены. Уборка номера была качественная. Еда тоже порадовала!

Заселилась поздно, но мне оставили ужин в номере. Вкусный и разнообразный завтрак.

Расположение просто отличное и только оно перекрывает все минусы.

За неделю проживания в нашем номере убирались каждый день и три раза меняли постельное белье. Номер оказался очень уютным и чистым. Был и чайник, и мини-холодильник, и телевизор. Ассортимент шведского стола – замечательный. Все вкусно и всего много. До пляжа, 2 минуты ходьбы. До аэропорта – минут 20-30 езды, учитывая пробки.

Начну с самого начала! Приехали 1.10 с мужем и ребенком ( 2года) в 11.00( заселение с 12.00). Нас сразу же заселили. Номер идеально чистый. В номере есть все+ я просила детскую кроватку. Для ребенка готовы были предоставить даже горшок( у нас был свой)!!!!! Меня это поразила оооооочень! + огромный гостинице! Уборка в номере ежедневно, смена белья раз в три дня, а смена полотенец каждый день без пропусков. Меня факт с полотенцами удивил и очень порадовал! Великолепная еда по системе шведский стол. Есть выбор диетического питания в каждый прием пищи!!!!!! На ужин были и свежие пирожки и горячая пицца! Гостиница находится близко к морю, к рынку, к общественному транспорту и трк. Спасибо всему коллективу отеля за столь чудесный отдых. Если в Адлер, то только к вам😘

The owner was so nice, she even gave me oranges! Hired bikes as the olypmic park is across the road…the beds were really comfy, can use the kitchen, near by is lots of cafes, shops!! And really really good value, and close to airport!!

Удобное местоположение – парк, набережная, ж/д станция в пешей доступности. Чистый, уютный номер (соответствует фото). Есть все необходимое. В номере много розеток: у каждой кровати, в ванной, и еще парочка. Приятная домашняя атмосфера. Отдельные 10 баллов хозяевам.)

Близкое расположение к Олимпийским объектам очень выгодно. Не надо ездить всё в шаговой доступности.

Отличное соотношение цена-качество. Персонал и семья-управляющие супер! Местоположение не совсем удобное. И условия нужно доработать (кровати, интерьер).

Great location! Room was big and clean, with really good bathroom. Air condition worked perfectly, so did the frigerator. I also really liked the balcony to the sea! (it was an open space for all guests). Beach was just downstairs, several Stolovayas and grocery stores nearby. I got a room for two alone. For me it was really cheap, because I stayed there before top season and in the beginning of the week. Not a bad word to say!

Прекрасное месторасположение гостиницы, шикарный вид на море, замечательный чистый и просторный номер, уютная атмосфера, ну а Ольга это не администратор, а просто звездная фея, которая исполняет все пожелания гостей, добрый и отзывчивый человек!!! Спасибо большое за отличный отдых, обязательно буду рекомендовать друзьям и сама с огромным удовольствием вернусь еще не раз!!!

Море рядом! Покушать рядом! Администратор Ольга очень внимательная, отзывчивая! Сервис и номер за те деньги что снимали вполне прилично, чистенько, уютно.

Расположение отеля, тихо, все в шаговой доступности,приветливый персонал.

Приехали по совету знакомых, которые там отдыхали на тот момент. Не выходя из отеля можно наслаждаться прекрасными видам Черного моря. Мини-отель находится на первой линии, качество обслуживания и местонахождение самое лучшее. Внизу столовая с доступными ценами и вкусной едой. Неподалеку на улице Свердлова есть хорошая шашлычница с приемлемыми ценами. До Роза Хутор ходит прямой автобус (маршрут 135) , до ж/д вокзала 10-15 минут, столько же и до Сочи-парка. Ольга, хозяйка отеля, очень приветливая и отзывчивая. Всё расскажет и подскажет. Просто идеальное место для отдыха. Виды с террасы отеля прилагаю.)

Понравилось все: расположение у море в 5-10 метрах буквально, прекрасный вид из окна на море, просто нереально заботливый персонал, в комнатах есть все что нужно для удобства(такие мелочи очень приятные в виде фильтра воды, открывашки, пластинок от комаров, столик чтобы перекусить, тапочки и др.), терраса с качелями на втором этаже где можно любоваться морем, закатами. В общем просто отличное место для отдыха, все в шаговой доступности. Отдельное спасибо Администратору – просто такого заботливого и ответственного человека я еще не встречал в гостиницах(отелях), все вопросы и просьбы решались просто молниеносно, отдельная благодарность за трансфер до аэропорта! Приеду еще сюда

Месторасположение отеля шикарное-прямо на берегу! Из балконов в коридоре вид на море, а также из окон, что смотрят в сторону моря! Шум прибоя прямо в окно! Внизу одноименная столовая, цены приемлемые, еда вкусная, порция на человека -не наесться нереально. Хозяйка отеля очень отзывчивая и приятная. В номерах чисто и убрано, ремонт хороший. Аэропорт, ж/д все осень близко. В общем, супер! Советую.

Отель очень понравился! Удобное расположение, вышел из отеля и ты на море) на балконе можно удобно расположиться и любоваться морем. Транспорт, магазины, бары, рестораны все в шаговой доступности. Администратор великолепная женщина, которая в любое время суток всем поможет, все подскажет! Номера чистые, уютные. Все необходимое есть в каждом номере. Выбирайте этот отель и не пожалеете!!!

Бесплатно доставили с аэропорта в отель и моментально заселили. Самая что ни на есть первая линия. Участок пляжа прямо перед отелем с очень мелкой фракцией гальки – почти песок. Лежаки с зонтами предлагаются по всему пляжу, занимали их каждое утро одними из первых по дороге на завтрак. Пляжные полотенца в любом количестве бесплатно меняют каждый день. В предыдущих отзывах жаловались на отсутствие раздевалок на пляже, но гостям этого отеля они реально ни к чему. Столовая при отеле с самого утра предлагает большой ассортимент знакомых всем блюд, что крайне важно для туристов с детьми. Позавтракать можно за столиками кафе прямо на набережной под шум прибоя. Отдельный респект администратору Ольге! Именно такие люди создают в объекте размещения атмосферу комфорта и уюта!
