Good fresh interior design, everything you need is included in the room. Big bed, kitchen with dishes, air conditioner and even private backyard for every room on first floor! Shampoo, hairdryer and all little staff is also included. Located near the Olympic park.

Ванная и пакет телевизионных каналов трансфер до пляжа

Отличный номер, персонал вежливый и приветливый, бассейн просто супер!далековато от моря, но трансфер на комфортной машине (каждый час) все сгладил. Спасибо хозяевам за столь радушный прием.

Очень хороший отель с шатлами до пляжа, терассой, бассейном, спортивной зоной и местом для отдыха. Так держать

Останавливались в отеле Мирный на одну ночь. Приехали около 11:00, хозяйка сразу же заселила нас, хотя заселение было с 14:00. Номер небольшой, но довольно уютный и чистый. В комнате установлена большая кровать, также для ребенка есть кресло-кровать. На кухне есть вся необходимая посуда и холодильник. В ванной комнате установлена стиральная машина, есть гели для душа и шампуни. Также на улице есть терраса со столиком . Во дворе отеля есть небольшой бассейн.

Заселили раньше, за что огромное спасибо! Убирались в номере каждый день. Оплатить проживание можно как по карте, так и наличкой. Нам очень понравилось, спасибо!

The room was really huge, not like typical studio apartment, about 40 square meters or so. And the bathroom as well! And even the balcony! Felt tiny there)

There was a pub near by, the room was big, helpful with airport transfers.

великолепный отель. отличный сервис, благожелательный персонал и прекрасные номера – просторные и светлые, ничего лишнего, никакого визуального мусора, много света. выходишь на балкон – вид и на горы и на море. с моего было комфортно наблюдать закат. прежде чем принимать решение – обратите внимание, что спуск к морю в 15 минутах, но это чудесная прогулка.

Удобное расположение и инфраструктура. Хороший шведский стол, вежливый персонал.

We stayed in this Riad for 3 nights. The biggest advantages are the excellent location (it`s about 5 min to Jemaa el Fna) and the daily cleaning of the room. The staff (Halid) was responsive and friendly and gave some useful advices for us. Also we had breakfasts and free Wi-fi. I recommend the supersuite room for 3 people.

Понравился просторный номер, огромная двуспальная кровать с удобным матрасом. За несколько дней до заезда со мной связались, уточнили, когда я приеду – и номер был готов уже к 11.00 (тогда как в обычных отелях заселение ровно в 14.00), т.е. мне не пришлось ждать.

Персонал приветливый. Отель приятный. Кондиционер в номере. Море в 15 минутах ходьбы. Кухня в отеле. В целом на четверку.

хороший номер,удобная кровать,кондиционер,ежедневная уборка номера и смена постельного белья раз в три дня,в номере был фен,а также понравилось хорошее отношение хозяев гостиницы,готовых идти навстречу своим гостям,отличный вай фай,который давал возможность общения по скайпу .в номере имеется холодльник.отель находиться недалеко от моря,рядом столовые,океанариум и аквапарк,все в шаговой доступности.спасибо за отдых!

Очень удобное расположение: рядом с автобусной остановкой, откуда можно добраться и до сочи, и до олимпийского парка, и до жд вокзала. До пляжа 10 минут, рядом много кафе, есть магазины, аптеки. Есть принадлежности для шашлыка, можно самим устроить ужин-барбекю. В один из вечеров я отравилась, сотрудница дала градусник.

Отличное расположение, недалеко от ж/д вокзала и аэропорта. Рядом столовые, кафе, рынок, остановка общественного транспорта, с которой можно доехать до основных достопримечательностей Сочи. Пешком можно дойти до Океанариума и Дельфинария. Отель находится в 5-7 минутах ходьбы до моря (пляж Чкаловский или Дельфин). На четвертом этаже отеля расположена кухня, где есть все необходимое – чайник, микроволновка, холодильник, столовые приборы). Кондиционер работал исправно, так же в номере имеется небольшой холодильник и плазменный телевизор, на балконе пластмассовые стулья

Very friendly and helpful staff, cozy and well-decorated apartment, daily room cleaning and breakfast brought right to the door. Excellent experience!

The suite we had was fantastic value for money, and it was really quite. The location of the hotel is brilliant, only a few mins walk to Blackheath train station, only a short wander the Greenwich park. Blackheath has a lovely selection of good food and drink establishments.

Very cozy and welcoming. Small but decorated with tast room. Great localisation.

Luggage storage was especially appreciated on both check-in and check-out days! The apartment was properly cleaned and more spacious than we anticipated, there was enough room for the 7 of us. And finally the location is outstanding, right in the hart of Madrid!

This place was fine for us. Pretty flash actually.

The location was nice, but we had to take Uber cars to get to the main downtown. You could take a bus, but we were short on time. It was great they had free parking for us – that was a positive! The apartment itself was very beautiful and the view was breathtaking – every bit worth it. We honestly booked for the view.

Мы отдыхали в этом отеле в октябре 2017г. Самое главное это расположение. До основного пляжа не далеко. Основные развлечения располагаются так же рядом если отдыхать в летний сезон. Кафе и столовые которые находятся поблизости работают до глубокой осени.

Удобное месторасположение, уютная гостиница, атмосфера спокойная, есть все для полноценного проживания и отдыха

Администратора никогда нет на месте, нужно звонить! Парковки нет! Вся сантехника в номере разломанная, работает «на честном слове» ! Кровать двуспальная, а одеяло две 1,5! Чистота большой плюс! Wi-fi только на первом этаже на стойке администратора… при заезде администратор набивал цену , мол на букенге старый хозяин размещал объявление, типа цена совсем дороже, но платили мы по цене букинга

Очень спокойно в отеле, соседей не слышали. Уборка в номере по первой просьбе. В номере есть все необходимое: холодильник, кондиционер, посуда,телевизор и др. есть вай-фай, работает нормально.

Были три дня. Хорошие цены!!! Можно договорится о раннем заезде и позднем выезде. Комната была на 2 этаже с террасой, что приносит больше комфорта, за счёт увеличения площади.Утюг, чайник, микроволновка, посуда на этаже. Холодильник приличный, есть сушилка, раскладушка и таз на балконе. До моря 300 метров, пляж хороший. Кафешек рядом много. Магазин и банкомат есть на отставке «Известие», так же на остановке «Знание» (она и ближе), также присутствует отделение Сбербанка

Хорошее местоположение отеля. Близко до пляжа. Отличная терраса) приятный номер

близость к морю, хорошие кровати (матрасы). администраторы, после того, как не смогли решить проблему с уборкой номера и забитым стоком в душе, по нашей просьбе, переселили в другой номер.

Отзывчивый и компетентный персонал. Достаточно комфортный номер. было немного грязновато (пол), но после просьбы об уборке номера, убрались практически идеально

Отель расположен в 2 минутах ходьбы от пляжа, выход к морю между пляжами "Чкаловский" и "Фрегат". Рядом множество палаток, магазинчиков и столовых/кафе. 5 минут до Океанариума 7-10 минут до ДиноПарка и Дильфинария. В номере уютно, чистинько, на этаже гладильная доска, микроволновка, чайник, столовые приборы и чашки.

The location is nice, it is really close to a large park (Vondel Park) and the access to trams is really close. The museums are also a few minutes away on foot. The room and bathroom were clean. The price was reasonable when compared to other prices in the city.

Очень чистые и уютные номера. Хорошая детская площадка. Ездили в конце октября, купались в бассейне с подогревом.

Мы брали 6-местный номер, он очень уютный, с видом на море. На территории есть подогреваемый бассейн с подсветкой ночью и беседки. Рядом магазин, где можно купить продукты и позавтракать у басссейна в беседке. Совсем близко набережная, пункт аренды велосипедов, и на велосипеде до олимпийского парка минут 5-7.

Близость к морю, удобное расположение, чистота в номере, комфорт, красивая территория, доброжелательные хозяева!!!

Прекрасный отель. Все есть, что необходимо для комфортного отдыха. Номера чистые, светлые. Доброжелательный персонаж на ресепшене – помогут и подскажут. Территория отеля заслуживает отдельного внимания – она великолепна. Зона вокруг бассейна чистая и очень красивая. Отдыхающие могут вечером пожарить шашлык (собственно, как мы и сделали) и разместиться в одной из беседок. Есть утюг, что очень радует. Если следующий раз соберёмся в Сочи, то остановимся в этом отеле

Идеальное соотношение цена/качество. Отель новый, номер просторный. В номере есть все необходимое. Удивило, что стены в доме не из гипсокартона!!! Звукоизоляция на высоте!!! территория отеля под видеонаблюдением. И этот отель почти единственный, который не требует никакой предоплаты при бронировании! Так держать! До пляжа 5 минут неторопливым шагом. До Олимпийского парка примерно 15 минут пешком. Очень ухоженная территория. Был в разных отелях в этом районе – этот лучший. Во дворе бассейн с лежаками. Кухня просторная, с большим количеством посуды. И особенно порадовало отношение хозяйки Светланы: очень доброжелательная, всегда готова оперативно решить возникшую проблему. Кстати, по прилету в номер заселились досрочно без каких-либо доплат. Если нет желания готовить на кухне, то рекомендую две столовые: Четыре сезона и Столовую номер 1 на ул. Нижнеимеретинской. Также порадовал комфортной атмосферой ресторан Абрис и очень приятными ценами в сочетании с высоким качеством еды.

The breakfast was tasteful and convenient. The staff was exceptional as they were extremely accommodating. They were more than willing to help with recommendations in terms of finding day trips that work for us. To top it off they helped call taxis even if last minute.

We stayed at Tulip Inn for few nights. The location is great/safe and within the Olympic village. You can walk to the seafront in 10 minutes where you can enjoy several beaches. The hotel restaurant serves tasty Russian dishes for reasonable prices. I think it is the best option for breakfast or you can go to one of seafront restaurants. There are also bus stops that will conveniently get you around Adler. Another option is to use taxi- Uber and local taxi providers work there too. We used the local taxi provider and we paid 800 RUR for a one way trip to Sochi. You can also rent a bike in the hotel or to do some exercise in the gym or at nearby outdoor playground. Rooms are clean and tidy with a view of Caucasus mountains or the Olympic village/sea. I think this hotel is a great starting point to explore Adler/Sochi and Krasnaya Polyana.

Зарядить телефоны тоже вопросов не было. Мелочи продуманы. Все такси всегда знают где находится здание, подъезжают куда нужно и довольно быстро Рядом олимпийский парк, можно гулять. На высоких этажах отличный вид из окна Вечером частично видно фонтаны и нам удалось застать фестиваль фейерверков Отель большой, дышится хорошо, охрана всегда на месте. Персонал помогает и готов подсказать даже обычные бытовые вопросы. Удобный заказ прачечной и быстро решают вопрос со стиркой. Быстрее заявленного. Цена за номер и спецакции делают выбор этого отеля оптимальным

С 8 этажа хороший вид на море и окрестности. Надежный интернет, достаточный для работы. Приличный выбор еды в шведском столе.

Отличный вид из номера, очень удобные кровати, просторный номер с двумя санузлами, качественная сантехника. Во дворе бассейн, в соседнем – детские площадки, территория очень ухоженная. По утрам приплывали дельфины, их видно с балкона. Везде велодорожки и велопрокаты, в том числе для детей велики, самокаты, ролики, пляжи оборудованы кабинками, туалетами, куча кафе, ресторанов, магазинов. Есть квесты, много интересных экскурсий
