Great apartment, very comfortable and staff very professional and friendly. Mostly good quality furnishings in the apartment, was pleasantly surprised that they offered a tablet to use during a stay (didn’t use it as not familiar with Samsung – an iPad would’ve been more user friendly). The stay at Casagrand Luxury Suites was fantastic. The apartment was huge. We were 5 adults and 3 children, and had plenty of space. The apartment was recently upgraded (I think they opened in June 2017), and they have chosen an exclusive standard. The air was cool and fresh, even with high temperatures outside. Combined with comfortable beds, we slept very well during the stay. The most impressing part, was the service they provided. We have never experienced more service-minded staff at any hotels we have visited before. They responded quickly and always with a smile. They also paid extra attention to the kids, which we always appreciate. We can definitely recommend a stay at the Casagrand Luxury Suites.
