Very friendly host and easy to communicate and arrange meeting and thorough explanation once we arrived. Good location, easy access to waterbus. Beautiful interior.
Although staff only spoke Chinese, she was very courteous and tried to communicate as best as she could. The location is excellent, with a short distance walk to a Metro station. Accommodation was quiet and comfortable, and very affordable.

Ms Shunji was very thorough when explaining all the appliances and facilities of the hotel. He was approachable when we had questions about the area. Upon check out, he offered to drive us back to the train station when we were carrying our luggages. We really appreciate his genuine concern when taking care of the guests. Our stay at Stay Inn Gyojo was definitely our favorite accommodation in the whole trip!
Location, very close to St Mark’s and the other tourist sights but in a quiet area. Close to waterbus stops, so very easy to get around Venice Excellent breakfast

Friendly and helpful staff, design,facility, location, The soap and shower gel are way much better than other hotels serving their brand of shampoo. The shower facility is very comfortable. The spa is small but functional. Tranquil! The pool is comfortable if less than three people using it. Nice design and coloring. The jacuzzi has three type of jet. Even it’s a home grade plastic pool, it’s extremely comfortable than many marble pool with steel bench. The water may not be as clean as commercial grade jacuzzi.
