The room was twin bed and we woke up late like 2 hour after the checkout time and they didn’t even called us die the checkout
I liked that the accommodations were much different then regular hotels. Meaning the floors that were part of the hotel were managed by staff 24/7 and they were attentive to our needs at whatever time we needed. Great view. Very clean and cozy room. Also the mandatory breakfast included was delivered to our bedroom before 11:30 am at whatever time we needed it to be since there was no breakfast lounge. As long as we choose from the options 20 minutes before OR the night before. We loved it!!!! And when visiting family we will choose this place again. It felt like our apartment with maintenance and service of course.
The bathroom was nice and clean. The location is very convenient for traveling to the Toyko Narita airport.
Good location just a short walk away from Red Square.
Beautiful new hotel near Seoul Station (direct tunnel access from Exit 12). Beds were comfortable and amenities were great. Bonus for good laundry facilities if you need them. Lots of little restaurants, coffee shops, etc in neighborhood behind the hotel. Friendly helpful staff at the front desk. Easy access to airport train.
A good location between city center & other part of the town where zoo & planetarium is located.
Good room for 1 person, quiet, clean, with air conditioning and safe. Wifi working fine. Really near to the centre and just 15 minutes walking from promenade des anglais.
Very nice location, good infrastructure for leisure. Great warm swimming pool.
The breakfasts were passable. The room was great, very clean and very comfortable. But what earns this hotel the highest rating is the staff. I had my wallet stolen during our stay in St. Petersburg (be very attentive!). The staff (especially Kiseniya) really went out of their way to ensure that I got a police report number for insurance purposes. And dealing with Russian police is not the most pleasant experience. The location, close to Nevsky Prospekt, is also ideal. St Petersburg is wonderful. The staff at this hotel equally so.
The property had very comfy bed and very lovly and welcoming owner. But it generally a really homely feel
