It’s close to a lot of sights and the neighbourhood is recommended
The room was really spacious, well-equiped, and clean. Suitable for long-stay travelers. The location was near to main attraction of the cities.
This place is awesome. The first of all because of the host, Giuseppe. He is very friendly. He gave me a lot of recommendations concerning sightseeing, eating out, public transport, and etc. Secondly, the location is good. There are a lot of sightseeing spots in a walking distance. A metro station is very close also. Third, the room by itself is great. It’s clean, the bed is extremely comfy, the view is nice.
There was always someone on hand to answer a question. The staff were always extremely helpful.

Amazing view from the hacienda to the surrounding Anden and valley. Very nice staff. Everything was totally clean.
2 bedroom very spacious apartment. Rare to find in Venice. Next to the waterway.
Very Convenient, Not far from old city North Gate, and have supermarket right next to the hotel. A local food market is just 5mins walk from hotel as well.
Will stay in this apartment again for its location, staff, spacious room. The staff Javier was superb for his warmth and swift response to our texts at all time. Laundry machine and drying machine located on the ground floor with detergent provided – all free. Our luggages kept in the reception office after checkout – helpful. In a quiet lane, but a grocery store and restaurants just steps away. Recommend Sierra Sevilla for breakfast special (yum and good value).

I was in Berlin for work with a group of 16 people. Staff was absolutely amazing, when I got to my room I was speechless , it’s an amazing hotel and I would recommend it anytime. Definitely will use again.
Marta was very responsive and caring host. We landed at 0:30am in Chopin airport so we needed a late check in. The location is easy to reach even with night bus. Instructions were clear. The lady at the gate was very helpful even at our late arrival (thanks!!). The apartment is as described. The Bed is comfortable and clean. Although it is by the main road it was quiet and we didn’t hear any car noise during our sleep. Marta also provided flexible arrangement to accommodate our check-out time.
The highlights for us were the location, secure parking, quiet area, proximity to trams, and a very comfortable bed. The apartment had everything we needed and was stylishly decorated.
