The atmosphere is really chill. The owners are really making you feel at home. Breakfast is simple but do the job. The area is safe as residential.
The hotel was very clean and comfortable and the staff very friendly. The location and cost were also very good. The one problem is the very high staircase that must be utilized to reach the hotel. As an older traveler, I found it difficult and somewhat frightning to bring luggage up and down this steep winding staircase.
The location is excellent. Very quiet at night, getting a good night’s rest.The breakfast was excellent for its variety and for being right on point to be served without delay.
The modern design from lobby to room. Good bed.safety vault. Friendly staff.

This is a superb hotel in pretty much every respect. It is akin to a small village with multiple pools, restaurants and state of the art facilities. The spa is a must.
Rooms are spacious with a great view of the city. They had a smartphone with free wifi and tour guide apps which was useful. close to metro.

Everything great here!!!. Very cheap and useful underground car parking below the Hotel building. The room was big and clean with a nice and useful balcony. Perfect the breakfast with all you need and from the hotel it’s very esasy to reach the center by tram (tram stop it’s a 5 minutes by walk from the hotel). Some useful supermarket are near the hotel building. The staff of the reception and of housekeeping service was really kind.
Clean and peaceful room with all needed facilities. Hotel on boat but not far from main center.
The hotel is located literally above the metro, the wi-fi works well, breakfast is good, staff are friendly.
