Helpful&welcoming staff. Excellent location – 5mins straight the street – u r at Victoria Station. Hotel offers free luggage storage after u’ve checked out. I left my luggage for almost a day.

good location. good facilities in room, the number of plugs and charger sockets for devices was excellent, and there was european sockets as well so you don’t need to carry charger plugs and travel plugs with you .
