Very nice location, just 5 minutes walking from train station that goes directly to the airport. Cool neighborhood with several nice restaurants.
Staff was really friendly and helpful, always smiling! Our room was clean, small but comfortable, a little bit noisy (you can hear the other guests). Location is great, only 1 km by walk from Khao San road. Wifi and Air Conditioning works great. You can take free coffee or tea. Staff can help you to take airport transfer by taxi or mini-van. Bathroom was clean always. Basic room and good price for backpackers!
This was my second time in this hostel in Vienna. Location is excellent – less than 5 mins walking from Westbahnhof; and it is well-connected with rest of the city by public transport. Facilities are good, kitchen is cute, and staff is great and awesome, always ready to help. I will be back for sure!

Perfecto!!! This little apartment had everything I needed! It was clean, roomy, cute, and incredibly comfortable with memory foam mattress and pillows. It was also so quiet and I slept like a log! Despite being super safe and quiet, it was just steps away from the exciting Puerta del Sol square and all sorts of food and shops! I wish I could have stayed forever! Dana was so welcoming and helped me with learning my Spanish, as well as meeting me late at night for my check-in. The apartment had a couch, a nook, laundry, and all amenities. I was so, so happy and will definitely be back!
Located an easy 5 minute walk to Tamachi station , which is only one stop from Shinogawa station and the Narita Express to the airport. Good value for money, with clean and comfortable rooms. Close to restaurants and convenience stores.
The yuba (tofu skin) restaurant in the first floor of the building was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast buffet there was delicious and had healthy vegetarian options. Note that in addition to Japanese breakfast food (salad, fish, miso soup, tofu, various side dishes), there is also yogurt and fruit, toast, eggs, and one type of cereal (Frosted Flakes?) for those who prefer western breakfasts. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. It was an OK distance to Ikebukuro Station, and from there, you can get anywhere in Tokyo easily. Other reviewers have mentioned that this part of Tokyo is "seedy." True, it’s not Azabu or Ginza, and there are more girls/snack bars and hostess clubs than you can count (and even a gay bar or two--good for you, Ikebukuro!), but I’ve stayed in worse areas of Tokyo in worse accommodations and I never felt unsafe in this hotel’s neighborhood.
