Staff was really friendly and helpful and spoke great English. Location was handy, breakfast fine. Left early on my last day so they prepared breakfast for me to take with me, much appreciated.
Staff was extremely friendly and extremely helpful -- possibly the most attentive staff of any hotel I’ve stayed at. Valentina even commented that it was her goal to improve the hotel’s rating on booking.com from 9.3 to 9.4 or 9.5 this year; it says a lot when the staff have a goal for their hotel! Room furnishings were modern and complete Although small, room did not feel cramped or claustrophobic (I had a single room, aka their Writer’s Room) Location is absolutely terrific. About ten minutes to the Cathedral / Dolac Market / Ban Jelačić Square, and a tram stop is literally right outside. Restaurants and shops within five minutes walking. Breakfast was perfect -- maybe because I was the only one there so early, but attention to detail was phenomenal. Eggs, coffee, anything not on the table already was offered to me individually.

Our room was nice and comfortable. Wi-fi was good and stable. The city centre is about 10 minutes far from the Hotel. Staff – Daniela and Valentina – are very nice and ready to help. Breakfast was quite varied and tasty – Thank You, Valentina. Thanks a lot for a pleasant stay.
We stayed for one night and arrived late because of the flight. Danielle (Danijela Cavlovic) waited for us with great patience and gave us an explanation of the rooms and the coffee-tea corner. The rooms are cozy and comfortable. Breakfast is made on spot by Danielle and was tasty and suitable for all ages. Excellent location! Around 15-minute walk to the city center and along the way are wonderful shops and bakeries. The parking space is a bit crowded but we were with a big car! Definitely recommend getting there. Very nice and tidy room, extensive and tasty breakfast. Danijela was also very helpful. After I lost my wallet, she arranged a new passport and passport photo for me by contacting the embassy, photographer etc.
The location is 10 minutes by walk from the main square. Daniela (the owner) and her colleague are so kind and always ready to help you. They also make a very good breakfast, at the time you request. The room is large and very clean. The free private parking inside the court is very useful (just be careful if you have a big car, the places are not too large). In conclusion, everything was perfect!
