Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Helpful if you wanted to know information about the local area. Even went as far as bringing me and my partner a plate of breakfast when we were late down on our first morning there. Breakfast was lovely with a mixture of traditional Thai and some continental options. Free tea, coffee and water accessible 24/7. Great hotel.
Location – in the less touristic area if Nimmanhaemin. A lot of restaurant around it. Proximity to airport – in our case it was a criterion.
The quietness and wonderful staff. They couldn’t do enough for us.
We were there to enjoy the local mountainbiking trails and the hotel was perfect for location in that and for the evenings entertainment.

If you looking for big home and opened living room full of guests, opened kitchen that you can just walk, grab snack, coffee and water which on the house. I like the fact that everything answered the tourist rather if you looking for relaxation might no be 100% your choice( which more high-end choice in CNX). The room spacious, clean, value for money, nice local breakfast and bonus with balcony. Staffs as well alway alive and friendly, they helping you out with places or recommend the restaurants in the area.The hotel just 3 minutes walking distance to main Nimanhemin road. Which from there you can walk explore or take a cap( red car) to go around.
The location is quite good. I love the breakfast here – it got everything for a morning, with both western and Thai foods. Staffs there are friendly and trustful, they give me many useful advices.
Everything is fantastic. The staff, the rooms, the pool, the food. Its the only place we choose to stay in Chiang Mai. Of course its not in the Old City, but if you want to be there, ‘Bed’ has other hotels in other locations within and outside the walls. All offer the same friendly service and first class amenities.
