First off the staff on site was lovely. What was a bit disconcerting was the video check in process. First time I had ever experienced it so it threw me off a bit. For a B&B it was very lovely and well appointed. There were no facilities other than a breakfast room and your room so if that is what you need then this is perfect for you. Not a big property, I think only 7 rooms but very quiet given the location on a main street. It was easy to get to and only one stop from the Naples Central Train station on the metro. Great location and easy to walk around from there. Breakfast was fine and adequate, nothing memorable but nothing that scarred me for life either. All in all I would return but probably request a street front king room rather than the twin beds in the back.
One staff member was very helpful, she noticed some issues with our room and got them fixed. She also gave us lots of recommendations. Coffee was nice too.
Everything was great, I enjoyed my stay! The rooms are big and cozy, the AC works perfectly, room was clean and full of light, just a great and enjoyable stay.

Ana was extremely helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. In the heat of July the free water was most appreciated, and breakfast was plentiful and varied. Great location for all the sights.

What a wonderful little new gem in the center of Napoli. When I visit Napoli again I know I dont have to look any further. Room is large and cosy, ecquiped wit everything you need, great beds, nice little balcony, modern bathroom. For breakfast you can choose among fresh pastries, bread, muffins, Nutela, jams, boiled eggs, granolas, cheese, meat, fresh coffee made by lovely staff. What I really appreciate is always available still and fizzy water free of charge all day long. I was really delighted with truly amazing staff. When I was sick one day, they took care of me like family, they kept asking me if i need anything, brought me cold towels for my temperature, offered coffee, drinks…..The day was 17. June (Saturday) and the two ladies who worked until 4 pm that day I want to say THANK YOU. They deserve a raise from their superior for sure. Huge recommendation from me!!!!!!!!
The room was extremely clean when we arrived (more than perfect, it was outstanding) and big enough for 2 people. We had fresh bed linen and towels, it has a nice design and it is of a great confort for a really fair price. The staff is really friendly and helpful, Ana-Lisa welcomed us and was absolutely lovely! She offered us coffee and fresh water on our arrival. The service is impeccable! The location is close to everything, port and old center. You can do everything by walk for there but Metro is really close as well! I would go back to this hotel with pleasure and recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Napoli!
I liked the staff. It was very helpfull, kind. Speaked english fluently. The rooms were cleaned daily. The bnb is brand new,fresh.
The breakfast was good. The rooms were clean and we had fresh soft towels everyday, The shower was hot. The staff were helpful & friendly. The hotel was located close to the markets etc.
