Location was very good. The young lady on our second day was very nice and also very helpful at breakfast.
The location was perfect for us. The room was bright and clean. Plenty to eat for breakfast. The convenience of a supermarket next door. We forgot an umbrella but they had several available for use.
Can’t think of a better place to stay for some days in Florence. The location is perfect, right in the middle of everything that you want to see, drink and eat. Surrounded by good restaurants, museums, monuments, supermarkets, shops, etc… and still quiet enough from all the touristic noise or confusion. Highly recommend it for a couple, group of friends or a solo traveler.
Lovely B&B in a great location. Walking distance from the train station and conveniently located for all the major attractions in Florence. The lady who greeted us (didn’t catch her name) was very friendly and helpful. The only thing to note is that the B&B is up two flights of stairs and there is no lift.
The staff were very accomodating and patient with my traveling companion (although she didn’t think so). They walked me down to locate my lost companion and rode with us to their parking garage. Several times they took time to mark up a map with routes to the various museums we wanted to visit. Since we had an early morning tour, the staff was kind enough to give us access to making a self-service breakfast.
Excellent location for seeing the most important things in Florence. Between the Duomo and the Uffizi gallery. Easy walk to the Academia, Bargello and Pitti Palace. Lots of good restaurants in the area. The room and shower-room were fine and the breakfast a good continental one. The only difficulty was rather a lot of stairs (being in the old part of town) and no lift, just take light cases or a strong man! We were very pleased to stay at this B&B and would stay there again.
I love everything!! Especially how attentive the most was she was so helpful with my stay in florence and even with questions i had about italy in general.
Modern and refurnished, my room was big, with a big window. Silent rooms,with new modern doors. and a big central table for breakfast where you could share, conversation with other travellers. the very nice way Valeria attended us, and gave us usefull information was a very good starting-off for the day. they offered a very complete breakfast with baked at the moment bread and croissants was delightfull! .
Location couldn’t be more perfect! Cleaning lady came by every day. Breakfest was so much better than expected. Fresh croissants (not the typical sweet type), yoghurt, good cake (in the weekends (?)). Thoughtful welcome and goodbye. Our late arrival wasn’t a problem en nicely arranged.
2 tram lines and U-Bahn line right outside. A number of good restaurants within walking distance. Two laundromats close by. Inside facing room was fairly quiet for busy neighborhood.
