Super location. Excelent service, Luca was incredibly kind. Rooms have a good size, well decorated in Venetian style.
I traveled with my 18-year old nephew and we both loved the perfect (I cannot emphasize this enough) location, the huge gourmet breakfast with great coffee and the lovely room. And of course, Luca was the best—so helpful and friendly—he really made the visit special.
The property is in a great location; close to Rialto and in the Castello district which is really lovely and less busy than San Marco. It was good value for money.
Location is fantastic ! The owner is makes sure your stay is perfect, he serves delicious breakfast 🙂 the room is basic but has everything you need and it’s just a few steps from all the most popular places in Venice.

Just a great B and B close to Rialto Bridge.In the middle of everything. Lovely and clean and decorated beautifully. Great breakfast. Luca was such an interesting person and a good host. Would not hesitate in recommending this place. Restaurant down below was also very good.
Maybe the best accomodation I have ever had. Clean Clean Clean! Very nice a spaceous room, great owner, great location, absolutelly ideal bathroom. We had a really good time there.
The host was really kind, breakfast was supppppper delicious, and close to visit other places.
The host Lucas was very helpful, even meeting us to show us to the B&B and helping with luggage. Very comfortable room.
