– sunny apartment – Mercadona (good spanish supermarket) right next to the apartment – well communicated with the city – very efficient AC
Ease of free movement and your own space. Air conditioning was good, the facility had working kitchen, appliances such as iron and washing machine are available. The Host was very friendly and gave good advice. The location is great for exploring l’Eixample; close enough to Sagrada Familia, but not too deep in tourism. We used Monumental metro occassionslly which is a 5 min walk.
The location to sagrad Família was good. It was spacious and we appreciated the size of the kitchen.

Great location, almost 2-3 mins walk to Sagrada Familia. The view from the apartment on the 6th floor is impressive. Supermarkets, restaurants and public transport are very close. Good contact with the owner. Very comfortable main bed which one can not say about a sofa bed. Overall rating (from 1 to 5) strong 4 points.
Good location very close to Sagrada Familia and restaurants. A/C worked well and it was great to have a washing machine and dishwasher. Nice place to come back to after a big day of sightseeing. Wifi worked well too. Appreciated the dishwasher tablets, laundry powder, dishwashing liquid and spare garbage bag! Shower was good and the small balcony was nice. Nice and spacious and modern.

Great location..sofa bed already made up on our arrival. Apartment layout suited our needs. able to leave our suitcases with office on our last day before leaving for airport.
The apartment was very modern and fully furnished, very comfy bed. Great location i.e 5 mins walk from Sagrada Familia. Some nice restaurants around , underground station very close.
The owner is very kind and helpfull. The location of the hotel was perfect to explore the old town!
