The location was perfect, it was easy to navigate - an excellent home base since the train station is a few minutes walk away. The hotel is clean and well equipped. Staff is great and I like the idea of rewarding when opting out house keeping (for sustainability).

I stayed at this amazing hotel for nearly 3 weeks now, and I have to say their service is outstanding! The staff is incredibly helpful, and the room size is generous, especially for London standards. I was fortunate to be upgraded to a studio room, which was not only spacious but also spotlessly clean. The hotel has a delightful aroma as soon as you step into the lobby. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located just 3 minutes away from public transport, making it easy to get around. While it's a bit far from the city center, public transport makes it accessible. The entire staff is friendly, and Nina stood out for being sweet and professional. I can't wait to go back! Their checkout time of 12 pm is a bonus compared to other London hotels where it's usually 10 or 11 am.

Everything was amazing. Check in and check out were swift. The restaurant team are outstandingly polite and cheerful. Huge windows in every room. Amazing control on lighting without having to move. Facilities are superb and the rooms is bigger than everywhere else in London. The nespresso machine gets an additional point. Park Royal station is few steps away but Hanger Lane is better. When taking a bus back to the hotel go for Number 487. It takes you to the hotel door

Loved the staff, very professional , friendly, and efficient. Shout out to Nina and one of the fellows at night with a pending earring. They did everything to accommodate 9 of us and were very helpful. They gave us plenty of information and were quick to let us know about the eco rooms and gave us advice on what to do around the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean. Loved the hypoallergenic sheets and the touch screen for the light switches. Enjoyed the easy access from the Tube station to the Hotel. Barely a minute walk to get to the main entrance, very practical when it poured down with rain. There were plenty of options for breakfast and the food was nice and warm at all times. Loved the fresh fruits and watermelon. The gym was easy to access right at the entrance and it was great to have a bathroom as soon as you walked in the hotel too. Overall thanks to your fantastic team, we really enjoyed our stay.

There is a paid parling lot and you can charge your car with the 4 charging points. Easy access to highway to go to any location we wanted. Cleaning is perfect. Kid friendly. Upgrade to King Studio with interconnected double room. Welcome gift pack for children, colouring book and activities. Christmas presents for the children, which they were delighted to receive.

Staff was very nice. Upon check-in we were greeted promptly. Any questions we had during our stay were answered and easy to understand. Food at the restaurant was always good and affordable. Very close to the Underground was a plus.

Location was Awesome , just 3 mins walk from the nearest Tube station which has connectivity for all over london. The beds were spacious and room service was great. All the staff were very courteous and breakfast had good vareity of options
