The Sheraton is like the Mona Lisa that someone has painted a mustache on. It has everything one would expect in a luxury hotel; a huge, glittering lobby, efficient staff, spacious room, comfortable king-size bed, iron and ironing board, floor to ceiling mirror directly in front of the toilet (no kidding), shoe horn, flat-screen TV and more. It is only because of the overall excellence that one notices the flaws.
Only a short walk to main square in the center, where there are lots of nice places to eat and drink. Also mini markets, money exchange places and very large shopping center (at the main railway station) are all close. The apartment is very nice and all you need for a break is there.
Really good location, comfortable beds, clean room, good breakfast and room service
Unlike some of the hotels in the area, the crowne plaza has always been entirely headache free to book and check in. The staff are friendly and helpful. Many thanks.

Staff were very accommodating particularly when we asked for a room change. Breakfast was basic and covered the essentials.
Staff are helpful, good English spoken here, all very nice and friendly. I went here mainly for safe, secure parking for my motorcycle. The room was big, AC and ok view. Price is decent for the location and what you get.
Boutique & unique. Unlike large "sausage factory" hotels. Lovely atmosphere; lovely terrace in middle of busy location. Very quite; staff umimposing.

The location is great, near a bus and subway stop and the price was affordable. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet, no street noises.

Very unpretentious accommodation but has all necessary things. In the very heart of crowded but beautiful Venice.
