The staff were very attentive and the rooms were very comfortable and well equipped. Location was perfect in relation to our river trip from the London eye. Lady on breakfast called Agatha I think was lovely and so helpful and even when we checked out the help and attention continued. Overall an excellent stay and we will return.

The apartment size was wonderful.. and plus two bathroom. Excellent location. The parking kind of expensive.

The location is very convenient, close to the metro station (is the same line that goes to the airport). The room is big and fully furnished, with a washing machine or a kitchen.

Stayed there 4 nights b/4 our Uniworld River Cruise. Staff was terrific. The dining area is a work of art, the rooms wonderful and the common areas warm and inviting. The hotel is in/near New Town, still a short walk to Old Town. Plenty of restaurants and bars (not like US bars with a real ‘bar’ but mostly tables). The staff helped us in mapping points of interest, securing a ride to our restaurant reservation among other requests. And they seemed genuinely interested in making us seem like VIPs. BTW, add the breakfast option, one of the best breakfast buffets I can remember, and I’ve experienced many. Great value.

The hosts are very nice and reacted always very fast. The location is great. The metro is just around the corner.

Nothing likable about this place. Very disappointing and would strongly suggest other guests to avoid this place.

The bungalow was great and relationship between price/value was very good, in fact everything was better than expected. The owners were really nice and respectfull. It is located in one of the main streets but at the end of a small street, which makes it calm and nice. Breakfast was really good, I loved the banana pancakes as well as the fruit juice served in your own balcony. They arrenged for us a transport from the airport, which made things easier. If I travel to Ubud again I would be happy of staying here.

The location is good if one likes to walk. It’s just 10 minutes away from Sultan Ahmed by foot and there’s a tram stop right in front of the hotel if one wants to go to more distant places. The staff is extremely helpful and accommodating. They allowed us late check out at no extra cost.

I needed a cheap place to sleep a few hours and have a shower. The bed was clean and there was hot water for the shower and I arrived at 2:30am and managed to check in without too much hassle.

Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful despite the circumstances. We were offered an upgrade but declined the offer. The hotel was fairly well located and close to restaurants, local bars, some entertainment and shops. The hotel was badly affected by flooding on the first night that cut of water supply to the entire hotel. This meant there was no washing or shower facilities. The hotel was very helpful to discount our first night, organise a free hotel transfer, and an upgrade to the 5 Star Compass Skyview Hotel for no extra cost.

The location, cleanliness and the staff are very friendly.

Bed v comfortable and slept v well. Surprisingly quiet at night.

The Apartment is really big and the Location is awesome near Sagrada Familia. Awesome view from the balkony.

The staff and service was really nice!!! The room is clean.

The hotel is good but not so much as per the comments in this page! Pro pics makes it look like modern but in reality it is an old fashioned hotel, with carpet and old furniture. No elevator to the rooms. It is quite clean though, and the breakfast is good yet not varied at all (eggs, sausages, rice…).

The host provided us cutleries and offer to call a Thai restaurant in our behalf.

The room was comfortable with lots of closet space. Common areas were quite beautiful. Everyone at the hotel was very nice. Even though our room was not ready when we arrived in the afternoon, they made us feel at home in the music room and we were able to order drinks. Loved the canary singing in the music room. It’ s cozy, clean, stuff and location are great!

We chose the executive floor. There the staff and their service were excellent, the king-size bed extremely comfortable, and the room well designed. The provision of a complimentary breakfast and snacks were alone worth between $100 and $200 over the duration of our stay: and the executive dining room was private, refined, and enjoyed a great view of the Olympic "Bird’s Nest" arena and the park in the foreground. In the main hotel, the restaurant menus had many photographs: this was an essential benefit for ordering from staff who spoke no english. I would emphasize that all staff throughout the hotel were very polite and helpful; and when a translator was essential, they found one for me, for which I am grateful.

Excellent place to stay in Hanoi. Right in the Old Quarter. Fantastic location. Very helpful/friendly staff. Clean environment.
