I have stayed here several times and find reception always friendly. The location to kings cross and local bars and restaurants are great .the rooms are clean and more than adequate for the money with free toiletries plus tea coffee etc. Considering it is a third of the price of most hotels I stay in I highly recommend it for one night visits

The reception staff was so good. It is 2-star hotel but the gent at reception could not be more helpful and cooperative. helped to print some vouchers and also gave information about buses.
Horrible horrible experience. I arrived with my 8 year old daughter – quite late. We had been travelling seven hours. We got a very very small room – our bed were approximately 1.10 cm. One blanket. (I had booked for two adults – so I was pretty lucky that my kid was small). The room was hardly furnished, no shelfs to put your things on (not even in the bathroom). It smelled smoked, and was very chilly. This was my worst hotell experience EVER. And I’ve ben traveling a lot. The breakfast was a joke! Just toast and a small sweetened youghurt (and horrible coffee). No eggs, no fresh fruit. Nothing for people with allergies (like soya milk). HGated it.
Exactly what it says on the packaging! Comfy bed… warm, clean and most importantly, a 5 minute walk from Kings Cross. Would come again.

I always stay here when I’m in London because they are clean, friendly and good value for money.
The location suited us very well and while basic, we enjoyed our stay. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom facilities were excellent. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.
Enjoyed the hotel, room was a little on the small side. Although the room had tons of storage for luggage so it was average after weighing that in.
