Ricardo helps us a lots by sending messege to let us know how to contact him when we arrived. He also recommended about the direction and places we should visit. Restaurants and shops are around. The location is great as it’s just 5 minutes walk from Sao Bento train station and also not far from Ponte Luis I bridge. We can leave luggages at apartment in case that the room is not ready.
The hotel staff was so nice. The staff helped us a lot, he even helped us call a taxi. The staff told us a super recommendation of Restaurants and sights, along with that, the location was perfect. thanks.
Location. Clean. Friendly staff with excellent suggestions
If you arrive between 10 am to 7 PM, then you collect the keys on site in the building; otherwise, it is close by. Also, we arrived on a week-end, so parking on the street was free until monday morning. This is when we had to take care of the car; they deal with a parking 10 minute-drive at a reasonable 24-hour rate. The reception and the staff, esp Ricardo, are very kind and helpful. Thank you! Location is amazing. The security in building is also excellent, despite safe neighbourhood.

Exceptional in every way, location, security, soundproofed, blockout blinds in a nicely finished apartment, an enthusiastic host, eager to please. 1 minute from the metro and supermarket, 4 mins to the breathtaking riverfront, right in the centre of the old city. Open the beautiful long windows and gaze down to the action, or close them and hear nothing.
I liked that the host was really helpful finding parking for us. Explaining all the appliances function and places to visit and eat. Thanks Ricardo.
Excellent facilities, really comfortable, could not have had better guys on arrival, they not only showed us to the apartment, but gave us tons of local information too. We arrived in the midst of "the festival of the year" & didn’t realise all the restaurants would be booked up, he very kindly found us an excellent one very close by, we watched the throngs of people streaming down to the riverside then joined them later for the fire works. If you like "olde worlde" tiny cobbled streets, but modern facilities, then this is the place to stay, Plenty of bars, cafes & restaurants practically on the doorstep, and easy access to discover Porto.
