Удобная квартира для отдыха с семьёй. Очень доброжелательная хозяйка-Елена. Всё чисто и аккуратно. Хорошая звукоизоляция. Транспортная доступность. Магазины в шаговой доступности , по дороге к морю.
Квартира в 7 этажном жилом доме, нет эффекта общежития. Не хватает микроволновки, и вай-фай ловил только ноутбук, для телефонов сигнал слабоват. В остальном всё отлично – ремонт, мебель , рядом магнит, столовые итп. Пляж 15-20 минут пешком по эстакаде, но нам не понравился, за те же 15 минут ездили на нижнеимеритинский пляж, тк были на машине…
отличная большая квартира, 2 кондиционера, хороший wi-fi, красивая мебель, чистота, отличная звукоизоляция, отсутствие неприятных запахов и насекомых

Аппартаменты класса люкс! Просторные комнаты, новая дорогая мебель, техника, чистое новое постельное белье и т. п. Выручила и стиральная машина. Район тихий, в пешей доступности общественный транспорт, жд вокзал, пляж, продуктовые магазины. Внимательная, доброжелательная хозяйка Елена. Обязательно вернемся сюда в сентябре с детьми. Спасибо!
