Its one of the best choice to live in adler, very clean and nice and confort place with a nice garden and everything you need is in this place, the only problem is that the owner dosent know a word of english but its ok. She is very kind and helpful. The location is a little far from atractions but good enough.thank you so much anna
Good location, and wonderful ‘infrastructure’ with open terrace, common space, plus bicycle rent option. Everything is clean and nice. Room was warm even at very low temperature. Staff is very nice and friendly also.

Расположение отличное – близко к Олимпийскому парку и медиацентру.
Приятная атмосфера, доброжелательный персонал, уютный двор, терраса на крыше. Номера соответствуют описанию и представленным на сайте фото. Уборка по требованию. В номере был сломан водонагреватель, оперативно предоставили другой номер. Есть трансфер до моря (не пригодился).

Мы получили от гостевого дома все что и ожидали! Номер просторный, места для двоих достаточно, кондиционер, фен, тв, утюг в номере все работало без нареканий. Wifi шустрый, без перебоев. До пляжа 25 минут медленным шагом или 3 минуты на трансфере от отеля. С утра, правда, трансфер на пляж в 9 утра, для нас это было поздновато, но зато обратно чтобы сбежать от жары очень удобно! Олимпийский парк – прямо через дорогу, рядом есть и кафе, и столовая, и магазин. На крыше отличная терраса для вечерних посиделок и для утреннего кофепития))). Соотношение цена-качество просто отлично!!!
Очень доброжелательно встретили, разместили без задержки. В номере продумано все до мелочей. Остались довольны!
