Angus hotel is super central and close to Kings Cross. It’s easy to get any bus or any train from the KC station. The hotel is a few hundred meters away in a quiet corner. It was easy to get to by using an Uber from Paddington (instead of missioning with all my luggage). While I was disappointed in the view, the room was super clean and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Best sleep I’d had in 2 weeks! The sheets were really soft, the room quiet and they provided sparkling & still water which I really appreciated. I also liked that you could control the main room light from the bed so you don’t have to get up, turn the main light off and get back into bed – well thought out. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would be happy to stay here again.
While check in time was 2pm I arrived 9am and they found a solution.

We stayed here at the start and end of a trip to France and it was absolutely ideally situated for Kings Cross and St Pancras stations. Rooms are very tight but comfortable, clean and have everything you could need for a short stay. Great to have tea/coffee/biscuits/water available. Staff were friendly.
