The location was excellent, the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Views were amazing to the Isaac cathedral. Breakfast was superb and staff were very helpful.

The hotel is ruled by Rocco Forte and you can feel it in details — clean, good service and management. Rooms are elegantly simple, specially the ones facing the cathedral. Location is the best — in the middle between Hermitage Museum or New Holland island.

Very pleasant,clean and comfortable hotel,most helpful staff,fantastically located,delicious breakfast but horrendous restaurant. In a country where the food is quite delicious we only had 1 bad meal,but sadly it was in the Italian Borsalino Restaurant of the hotel, actually I do not remember ever having a worse meal from beginning to end anywhere I have ever been.Great pity. The adjoining restaurant is much better.
