Excellent location – really in the heart of everything. Great size rooms and good air conditioning. Free WIFI was good and the place was really clean and had everything we could need. Bedroom were comfortable and had good facilities. Great communication from the host and his/her rep on site – they arranged for a private taxi etc. Really good and would definitely go back!
The bed was large, firm and to our liking. Liked the shower. Towels good for a budget hotel.The continental breakfast was very good (no eggs) and plentiful. Good orange juice and coffee. Meat and cheese; croissants and 3 kinds of bread. We were pleasantly surprised.

The bed was very comfortable. We were given the use of a kitchen , which was nice. Owner pleasant even though his English was limited. he waited for us to check in past the check in time stated.
Perfect location in district 1. Kind staff, they helped us to print our bus reservation and pointed the city highlights. Our room had no Windows so it was a bit hot. The A/C was enough. Good wifi. Good breakfast. Great rooftop and view.

Staff we’re very friendly and accommodating! The garden and B&B itself are very beautiful It’s very close to central Florence, but peaceful enough-basically this place is perfection, I have nothing bad to say at all!! 🙂
