The bed was comfy. The room was cleaned every day. Great location for getting around area and into City. The Park just at the next corner is just amazing. Spent hours there.
The local staff were exceptional after I arrived and made up for the issue I originally had when I requested an early check in via email. About an hour after attempting to check in, they realized I asked to check in early. They were sincere and apologetic and made every effort to accomodate my needs.

Breakfast was adequate and good quality. Location convenient for car travelers. Bus stop nearby. Quiet location. Parking-like facility.

The spacious grandure of the hotel public areas and guest rooms. There were lots of lobby seating for lounging and our room had plenty of unpacking space. It was a comfortable hotel yet not in peak condition as evidenced by the many burnt out bulbs in the hotel marquee.
The room was very basic with very little room to maneuver. the mattress had to be replaced upon arrival and the handrail from the top floor was not secure in place, potentially very dangerous. As a family of 5 (one been a baby in a push chair) we were unable to access a single lift but rather had to use 2 lifts every time owing to their miniature in size. The hallways were dirty with the wall paper peeling off. Overall it was a very disappointing experience. I most certainly will not be staying at this hotel aging and I would not be promoting here as a family friendly hotel, but rather the opposite.
The hosts were extremely helpful and accommodating. I felt comfortable immediately. The location couldn’t be beat and as for price, it was comparable to a hotel room, only you get 3x the space. This apartment made for a relaxing vacation in a city that is full of life and history.

Nice location just 5 min walk from the old town, 10 min walk to Krakow Glowny railway station. Spacious rooms with high ceilings, simple furnishings but everything was very clean and functional. The kitchen/dining room available for guest use throughout the day is a nice feature with use of fridge, fruit available for the taking, etc. Breakfast is a very modest gesture, but there are bakeries nearby and plenty of amazing little cafes and coffee shops all over Krakow so you’ll probably want to go out for food anyway.
