The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was great with regards to size as well as the bathroom cleanliness. The lounge area is well equipped to be used at any time including microwave, fridge, coffee machine etc. The terrace at the top is lovely and one can see the Basilic’s tower which is especially beautiful at night. It is great that the building is very central and that it is non smoking. Also, it is conveniently located next to a restaurant, hence getting meals is extremely convenient. There are also nice cafeteria’s in the vicinity.
Ante was a wonderful and friendly host. Our room was beautifully decorated and he had lots of free amenities for us to use-- toiletries, snacks, tea, coffee, and a mini fridge. The parking was great. Great location!
Everything!!! Apartment was great but the warm welcome and service provided from Barbara and the team was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. Would stay again and highly recommend.

The charge about breakfast is expensive, It takes many times to walk around trips by bus or by train. but the cost is cheaper than others on the suburb. There are Chinese to be server as a good communicate to decrease questions due to many Chinese travelers, it has good convenience on live.
Location isn’t bad but the room is very under standard.
what I saw property photos in online, there is no such facilities, Giesor for hot water is not working. tub bath is fake. No TV in room, vary poor facilities.

Japanese standard clean, nice staff, good facilities. Washing maching in the room really helps a lot. There arw not much selection for breakfast but the quality is fine..
HOTEL ALPS has a great location. Its a 10 minute walk to dotonburi and shinsaibashi. 5 mins walk to namba train station. It is also bordered by 2 convenience (Lawson and Family Mart) stores open 24 hrs. We were traveling with a two yr old who had a fever during the trip, was able to get thermometer and "cool fever" pads at 3am. The room even had a massage chair, which my wife and I happily used after a long day of exploring orsaka.
The breakfast was fabulous. Wide range to choose from & they even serve champagne with your breakfast.
The property was very clean. It was in a great location and it felt safe.
The location was convenient for where I needed to go. It was quiet and the staff was very friendly.
Staff were competent and friendly. Rooms and bathrooms were spotless. Location close to the canal was a nice plus.
