The staff were super friendly and really helped us out a lot. When we had lost passports they went the extra mile to sort things out for us. It felt like staying with extended family. Gardens were stunning and immaculate. Swimming in the pool at night was a real highlight. Close to town but not so close you felt you were in it.
It is well positioned as it is a short walk to the main street in Ubud. Rooms were cleaned every day, with new linen provided. The room was very comfortable with plenty of cupboard space. Bikes and airport transfers were arranged for us.
Clean, friendly staff and within a walking distance to the center of Ubud. We could choose between three different breackfasts on with rice, the others with bread and egg. Each breakfast came with juice, fruits and coffee or tea. The quantity was OK but not excessively high. I guess that’s why some guests are complaining about the breakfast. However the taste was very good and for some extra money (20-25.000 IDR) we could add pancakes or cereals.

Great little hotel close to the center. Comfy bed, massive bathroom, quiet and private. Friendly and accomodating staff. You can also rent your bike here. I highly recommend this Villa.
