We arrived ahead of time, we did not have to wait for the room, we immediately moved in. Very friendly hostess, she told us everything and explained about Krakow, she even offered umbrellas. The room is cozy and warm, the mattress is very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need, carefully thought out. The breakfast is delicious and hearty. The yard is wonderful. Next time we will come only here.
The hotel wa amazing. It is slightly out of krakov but easy quick and cheap to get in. We where a party of 8 and some had single and some twin rooms. The rooms had everything some kitchens. There was a lovely patio to chill out in. Would highly recommend
The accommodation was nice and having shops locally made it easier to sort something out to eat as I was unable to find a restaurant for a meal. Breakfast was good, and the bed very comfortable. The staff I met were very pleasant and well spoken, with a good command of English

A very cosy, clean and pleasant place. Every room has its own style and design. The host is very client-oriented and children-friendly.

The woman who greeted us was extremely helpful offered us umbrellas when it was raining and tram information. She changed our rooms for us because of a fault she noticed ( we didn’t even notice it) very clean room with everything you needed for a city break. Would come back.
My needs were a little more complex than most guests have but they were met. Everything was great about my stay breakfast, room, staff, garden….. I heartily recommend this place.
Pleasant atmosphere, nice interiors, quiet location, extremely helpful staff. Maybe is an absolutely perfect place especially for those who travel by car because the hotel is situated not in the center of the town.
