Quiet and clean hotel in a very nice part of Venice – a few minutes away from the crowded tourists haunts but with many little bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
The location on a quiet waterway in an off the beaten track part of Venice was excellent. The front of staff service was first class. The room ( we were upgraded) was excellent. For anyone who wants to stay in the north of Venice, away from the crowds, but only a Vaporetto ride to the centre, I would recommend this hotel.
