I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was old and a twin bed. Nice front office staff. Good breakfast. Just not what I expected as i stayed in another facility in Krakow that was excellent .. owever full for the 2nd night. Disappointed.

The apartment was large, comfortable and well maintained. There are restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and bakery nearby.
Comfortable bed, clean room and nice bathroom. Room stayed cool even with the hot weather. Breakfast plentiful with lots of choices, water and tea/coffee in room. Reasonable walk to train station (Kraków Głowny) with airport access and to old town. Wi-fi took a few tries to connect first time but then was solid. Staff immediately fixed a burnt out lightbulb and also helped with tram line info.
Very good staffs Good rooms and location I made mistakes in my reservation. But they’re soooo friendly and patient to help me solve my mistake. The most important thing is that they really care about and focus on clients’s feelings.
