The front desk staff was very freindly and extremely accommodating to all our needs as we stayed there after a eye surgury.
Elenora (is owner of the otel) is amazing. She was very helpful about everthing. And the otel is like home. There has so modern furniture and that room so clean.And the otel has a great garden with litte fish pool and plants. There is so peaceful.
Lovely clean room, with period features and great furnishings. Great air conditioning, which was well needed as it was scorching in Florence when we were there.
Most importantly other than the nice 👍🏼 rooms and location is the hotel staff, they are very welcoming with warm smiles and great hospitality attitude.

Great position, has a wonderful terrace and breakfast is included!
Small, modern hotel right next to the Nevsky Prospekt, the main avenue in Saint Petersburg. The street the hotel itself has nice bars (for example for cocktails and Belgian beer) and restaurants.
Studio standard was pefect for 1 person queen bed took up most of the area. Little kitchenete adequate. Receptionist young miss was very helpful and caring . But English was very limited. REGISTRATION DO IT THE FIRST DAY OF ARRIVAL IF YOUR IN RUSSIA FOR 7 DAYS OR MORE. IT TAKES 3 WORKING DAYS FOR VISA😁 I WAS LUCKY IMMIGRATION LET ME DEPART AS I WAS THERE 7 WORKING DAYS. Ill go back to hotel its 6 stops to the city on the Metro. An Supermarket at Metro. Wear your walking shows your gonna walk a thousand miles.😃

Staff were very kind and welcoming. Very central location (15 min walk to Blue Mosque). Off -street parking available.
Good staff, and very clean rooms. No surprises whatsoever. The breakfast was great, but a bit overpriced.. WiFi is good, although not great.
The location is perfect, just a meters walking from Ipanema beach (the best place in Rio).
