Friendly and very helpful staff in a very modern hotel.
It was clean, easy to check in, staff was nice and room was nice and big! Even had a bathtub! I wish I would have taken advantage of that.
Excellent hotel with great localization (not far from the city center, but far enough, that is peaceful and quiet), 2 min. walking distance from tram line, 5 min from underground/bus station. Great value/price ratio, 24h reception, very nice receptionists, perfect breakfasts, very nice bathroom, separate toilet, desk to do some work. Modern, clean and elegant, yet modest.

Location. Despite there was construction next door during our stay there was no problems.

It was clean. Always the number one thing I insist on. It’s close to the subway line, which is essential in Seoul.
There was a blank glass door that doesn’t open, my wife (whose vision is impaired) walked into that night non-door) seriously injuring her nose and left eye. The Hotel immediately after the incident put doors in front of the glass disguising the cause of the accident!! They were afraid of a Lawsuit, but Refused any serious remedial concession on price of rental, etc! I should add that lower echelons of staff were helpful with bandages and sympathy!
Manager and also staff are local people and they were very friendly.Location of hotel close to Ubud and also close to rice fields.Our room was clean,comfortable bed,good breakfast and wonderful pool.Thanks to everybody.
Very comfortable beds. Room clean and staff very friendly and accommodating.
The Riad was very cheap and very good value. Considering the price the breakfast was simple but good. Fresh croissant and fresh bread with jam. Jamilla the lady that ran the Riad was very helpful.
Nice, little apartment with all the amenities. Cleaning supplies, cookware and dishes available.
