Well catered for. I would definitely recommend this property.
The Staff were SUPER friendly and helpful! Because I rented a car,having secure on site parking was crucial.The entire Hotel complex was very quiet.The price was excellent.They even gave me free strawberries my last day!

Staff was very pleasant Food very french 🙂 Some construction work outside the building, difficult to find at first close to metro stations and shuttle bus all in all – pleasant experience for a very short trip
Location was most convenient it was right walking distance from Florence Railway Station. All Staff (front desk, breakfast server and other staff )very friendly . Front desk also provided volt converter. Breakfast was very good to have a great start to your vacation day.
The 3-bedroom ryad was fabulous with lots of room for our family of four. The rooms are nicely furnished and we had our own private outdoor pool and terrace to enjoy the view. it came with private full size washer and dryer in the basement so we were able to do our laundry and be ready for our second destination of the trip. The staff is wonderful with excellent service, and the food is delicious. The location has easy access by taxi/car but still walkable to the souk. Would highly recommend this hotel/ryad:)

The view, the calm and the owners advice to have fish and chips from the food truck in Ucluelet!
Great location for getting around town and seeing the sights. Paris has the best Metro in the world, but there’s plenty to see within easy walking distance of this hotel. The staff provided great recommendations for local eateries (the wine bar/restaurant just down the street would rate a return visit next trip). Shopping was varied and interesting ranging from French children’s books for our grandchildren at 1 euro each to a finely crafted hat for my wife from a local milliner.
The matrass is very comftable,Very central location,near transport.247 reception.Very helpful staff .Recommended!!!
